Easy Way to Travel
We have used the shuttle for many years it is excellent. The app is very good
Tied up in knots then charged more
User unfriendly website, had to go back more than 10 times to complete one booking - knew I lived in France but wanted me to add a uk number. Get on it admin. Yesterday site was different as was price!
Satisfied
We travel to the continent and back a couple of times a year, and we always use the Shuttle. It is flexible and easy to book, easy to use
Pretty poor
Annoying - leaves you hanging when logging in so you have to close the app and reopen it. Going to pay - doesn’t recognise the saved card so you have to renter the same card. Poor user experience
Flaky journey
Every mistake - need to go back to start. Every pause - need to go back to the start. Shame as it works well when you get everything right first time.
Great and convenient travel
Travel with le shuttle can be sometimes a pricey option, but it’s not impossible to find a great prices! It’s a very good alternative for the ferries that operates between England and France! Very happy to save the time as the train is just a 35min Very pleased

I don’t like the way you nudge people to take insurance. It’s a deceptive pattern. Overall usability can be improved.

Just not easy to book, clunky to complete dog booking and can’t auto fill c/card . Have to fill one line at a time.

To buy ticket online is very easy only the price is too high, and so I gave 4* only because of the ticket price
Can’t use app
Have been using app for years. Won’t let me into the app despite having deleted, reinstalled the app. Spoke with Marcus the chat Bot who couldn’t help and kept referring me to the help pages. Logging an issue takes up to 28 days to reply! I go next week. I can’t call as I am at work. It is so frustrating that I can’t use the app as it’s easier when travelling with dogs.
Good but with some minor bugs
The app is quite easy to use. Information is clearly presented. There is some tidying up to do. For example; when I open the App it remembers me, which is good. But I sometimes get several sms with a login code even though I am already connected.
Something has gone wrong
Do not download. The app is broken. It was working perfectly until an app update seriously messed it up. Once logged in, you get a tsunami of text messages to authenticate your details as you try to use the app. Also, your bookings do not show in the bookings section. Best to use the website. This all makes the app unusable.

Unable to change my vehicle. Can change the reg’ but not the vehicle. 😱😩

Multiple authentication codes sent when opening app
There is an annoying problem with this app at the moment- whenever I open it I have multiple authentication codes repeatedly sent through to me by SMS - I cannot find any other way of notifying you of this bug!
Payment portal inefficient
The app is great; fast, easy to use, intuitive. However when I tried paying with via the app the payment portal gave me a QR code to scan for my banking app, which obviously is quite the problem when I can’t scan my own phone. Had to use a card reader which took me 5 mins to find. Inconvenient.

Please fix it
If you log in, then close the app, then go back later it says you are logged in but spams you with text codes. All the trip files are showing no trips until you got to the ‘all trips’ web page and there they are. If you leave it open it continues to send text codes to log in. To fix you need to find logout then log back in, using the latest text code. Close and reopen and it starts all over again.
Not bad but needs 2FA via Authenticator not just SMS
The app is intuitive and easy to use. It’s clear and has all the functionalities you would expect except 2FA via an authenticator app. You are only given the possibility of 2FA by SMS. Not only is this very unreliable (SMS not received etc.) it is also insecure compared to authenticator methods. Please can you add this functionality to the app?
Authentication gone wild
All I’m trying to do is to access my Trips in the app. I received seven authentication codes and nowhere to enter them. I can see my details so I know I am logged in This is a breaking point, but the fact I always have to authenticate whenever using the app has been a sore point for a long time. Sort it out!

À partir du moment où l’on choisit la langue française, la langue française devrait rester sur toutes les pages et non revenir en anglais.
How to make it work
App doesn’t work. Doesn’t go further than startup-screen. Go to settings op IPhone and disable refresh in background and disable Siri settings, then the app will work.

Used to be the best
This app used to have the best UX design of any booking app I’ve ever used. What on earth the latest update has done I have no idea. Why did you change it? Whoever was head of UX must have left or changed. Please revert back to old flow.
Doesn’t open
App now completely fails to open despite deleting and reinstalling. Hopeless.

Has become much worse over past year or so
For the last few months the app has been very erratic, sometimes my bookings show, but more often not. And why a barrage of text messages with access codes when I am already in the app! This morning I received 8 messages in seconds! Absolutely not fit for purpose.
Still not working
Title says it all: still not working, i.e. completely useless app. Very annoying that despite all negative reactions the company still hasn’t resolved the issues.
Not opening issue
The app is not opening on my iPhone 8 Plus, but it is working on Samsung!
