Force close after initial speaking test
Dear developer, I would love to try out this amazing app but.. the force close is bothering me, i hope it will be fixed soon :)
FIVE STARS 🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎
Amazingly good app for language exchange. Excellent functionality, features and sound quality. Actually, Hilokal is my favorite app out of the many I have tried for REAL learning and not only “social talking”. There are real lessons, the kind you will not find many of on the other apps. There are many useful features which may take a little time to learn how to use, but it is worth it.
Please fix this
I heard my friends talk about this app and they said it’s really good so I decided to download it but when I opened it and answered the questions that the fox asked me it automatically kicked me out, like it won’t let me use it at all.

I recently updated to the newest version and once i’m trying to join the app it crashes, hope someone from the developers answer my feedback thanks
Bug
I actually have been using this app since 2022 and I have never had any problem but recently I got a new phone and when I tried to make a table in my new phone, it crashed out. Each time I try to speak on my table the app will close itself in like two minutes. What’s up with that?
J
Just started using the app Buh I can tell it'll be of great help😁 I love it💕감사합니다🙏
trash
After updating Hilokal to the newest version, the app crashes instantly as soon as I open it on my iPad. I have tried completely deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my tablet, resetting network settings, turning off all VPNs, and enabling all permissions. There is still constant crashing. Please fix this bug for iPad users. I even tried downloading Hilokal on my brand-new iPhone 17 Pro to log in, but the app kept crashing as soon as I opened it.
Technical problem
I installed the application from less than one month and during this month it hasn't a problem to open it until I removed it and opened it again.
Islam group
App is good but so many islam religion groups fighting and defaming others making me uncomfortable

After update issues
I have been using this app for a while today bew update came out and as the app suggested me to update i did but after that the app would kick me out by itself like it won’t let me in this app at all... this is really disappointing. Im not able to use this app anymore. Can you guys please look into it and fix this issue.
Won’t let me use the app
So I get on I get started, I type in the name I use and I select the language I wanna learn. I go through the AI tutor asking me a few questions, I hit finish. I read the overview hit next, and then I hit “get started” and the app crashes. Please fix this
볼륨 너무큼..
이어폰으로 들으면 최소 볼륨으로 해도 고막 찢어질 것 같아요 아이폰만 그런가요?
Target Language
This app is great but I would truly appreciate it if I could change in between my target languages. Especially if I’m paying for this app. I should have the choice. My target language is French but stuck in Korean. I am going to be learning French next semester and I wanna give this app a chance. Like I said, especially if I’m paying for this app I should have the choice to change in between. Thanks.

Review Apps
I have a suggestion, can this application be made like zoom so that it can sharescreen?
Ai is not the way to go!!!
Literally was using this for about five minutes I picked Korean by the way, the phrase that it gave me first I already know, so I pronounced it perfectly, but it kept telling me that I got it wrong… Then he gave me another phrase which I pronounced perfectly, and it kept telling me that I was saying the wrong word. Smh
I changed my device and couldn't login
It said that i've been using blocked device, meanwhile I'm using my newest phone. I mean how my new device is getting blocked? For what reason?😅
Impressive
I am very impressed with the Hilokal software. My teacher was very polite & organized. All of the participants were given plenty of time to chat. We are learning in a community of practice. Excellent Experience. -DrSky
Sign-up crashed consistently
Sign-up crashed consistently when hitting next right after choosing daily study time
Amazing app! I love it 😍
I’ve been using it for few days now And I fell in love with it❤️ I give 4 stars coz there is still room for improvement and the app could go much better than now. I have few suggestions: - firstly please add an option for us to be able to choose more that one language for the practice language option, I’m personally using it to practice 3 languages. Would be great if you let us add more to the list. - please add Kurdish in the native language section, There are more than 40 millions of nativeKurdish speakers now, not only me I’ve also met quite few Kurdish speakers in this app. Now I don’t know what to choose for my native language in this app coz my only native language is kurdish. Thank you!! I’ve been searching for something like this and so happy I finally found it, keep it up and thank you for your hard work🌷✨ Andd if you add Kurdish language, I would definitely become a tutor in your app as well. I’m myself a Kurdish tutor.😄

Glitch
I’ve redownloaded a lot but it keeps kicking me out of the app when I’m signing up and get to the how long do you plan on studying for screen
Unique language exchange app
This is a great place for you to practice your language you are learning ( especially English, Korean, Spanish ) that you cant find elsewhere. But beside, there are some bugs and issues and some creepy guys in this app. But in general, its worth your time !!!
language
So many languages to choose from and no Bulgarian….
Needs a better policy to deal with racists
I’ve been using this app on and off for months now and I’ve had almost no bad experiences with any of the people except for today. I was talking to two great people and then another person comes in calling us stupid Americans and literally just yelling about how they hate Americans. As soon as they left a Korean person came in yelling “black American black American” and then left. How am I supposed to report them while in the call I they leave so quickly???? How am I supposed to give proof???? The worst part is after the call you can see the table history and after I reported one account I tried to report another but the table history was gone. (Not that reporting it would do a nothing anyways) but I wasn’t able to even block the two people who thought discrimination was funny. The app was doing so well until I saw how they handle those type of people and now I’m pretty frustrated with hilokal smh. Do better.
Low security for accounts
I’m using this app for 1 month now... and so many of my friends accounts hacked ... please add more security options to secure accounts...
Can’t Even Open the App After the Update!
After the latest update the app crashes immediately whenever I try to open it, as soon as I tap the app icon it closes right away and doesn’t even reach the Home Screen which makes the app completely unusable.it was working perfectly fine before the update so something in the new version seems to have broken it. Please fix this issue as soon as possible

Misleading
Want let me continue. I get to where it has name and gender but doesn’t let me click on anything, then box that says Hilokal VIP and something about go to premium on 3rd page that you can scroll to. Stuck there can’t move forward.
Add more features
This app is good but I wish it has more features that allow to have private conversation with only one person. I’m not really good at talking in group, it feels awkward sometimes so I prefer to talk one by one person.
Its the best at learning korean
This app is so good im learning korean better
FIX THE ECHO.This App is more Stupid than Siri.Picture bug
The only update I should be getting is the Echo fix update.Every time I click on profiles or visit another app while in a room,my mic echo and everyone can hear their own voice.Fix the random echo.My phone echo’s out of nowhere.I can’t change my photo, there’s no option to select a new picture, just pressing it.Hellotalk, tandem and Bigo is better if you wanna learn a language.Fix the echo bug. This app won’t let me add a photo.Im on iPhone, fix this bug
Too much bugs and glitches
Your app is useful but bugs and glitches keeps occuring. “Connection problem” keeps on popping out even if internet connection is stable. Robotic voices. Keeps on disconnecting and takes too much time reconnecting.
