What people like
- Very low trading costs
- Easy to use interface
- Great for checking trades on phone
What they complain about
- Keeps freezing and crashing often
- Customer support ignores your emails
- Trades get stuck or fail
Convenient for active traders
The mobile app makes it much easier to keep track of positions during the day. I find the combination of charts, alerts, and trade management particularly useful.
Incompetence
Incompetence If you value your money, don't use this broker. If you still decide to try it despite this warning, you'll realize how incompetent the system updates are, in addition to the potential pyramid scheme that occurs when they freeze your trades to take YOUR profit. Hope it helps you 🤗
Peccato
Modo oscuro
Pongan modo oscuro
Good for monitoring trades
I mainly use the app to monitor open positions while I'm away from my computer. Having everything available on my phone is very useful.
Operaciones
Overall good experience
While my experience with Axi's mobile app has been largely positive, I sometimes wish for more advanced analytical tools. However, the trade execution speed is commendable.
Markets don’t load
I don’t know why, but I’m frequently unable to trade due to my markets not loading. I’ve checked, and it’s not an issue with my connection, as other brokers work at the same time. Quite frustrating considering I have money in my live account that just sits there. Would appreciate if someone could fix this issue.
thaï access
Good thing but please fix th BUGS !
Very good
The design is professional and the app is straightforward to explore. The layout makes the information easy to follow.
Stay away.
Axi is a Terrible app. So many better to choose from. I have “lost connection” during two trades and all my money was gone each time. It’s like clock work. Once you move into bigger trades they steal your money. Do not use this app. I have pics to prove it. The app freezes non stop, no one helps. A simple email takes week to get a response. They will message this post and provide me with a email that is useless and no one gets back to you. There is no help, you have been warned. Stay away.
User-friendly
Axi's mobile app balances functionality and usability quite well. With competitive fees and tight spreads, it serves as a good platform for both novice and experienced traders.
Totalmente inutile
Horrible
Lags during market volatility and doesn’t fulfil orders immediatly
Works
I appreciate the clean design and the way the different sections are organized. Everything feels easy to find.
Terrible App honestly
Super glitchy app. Seriously do not use it. If you do don’t say I didn’t warn you. They do maintenance checks every week or so and it just messes up the app.
Reliable trading platform
I found Axi's platform reliable and effective for trading various instruments. The onboarding process was streamlined, and I appreciated the live event notifications for effective trading.
Bugs & underdeveloped
Axi is an okay company. Their swap free MT5 account is absolutely one of a kind. It is all good until the first withdrawal. It has been 3 days of uploading documents and wait for pending. Axi’s live chat is under maintenance, their email service takes as long as 2 days to get a reply, and their AXI APP has such a bad map design. It is hard to explore the app and find what you are looking for.

Navigating the Axi app is smooth and efficient. I particularly enjoy accessing forex pairs and stock trading features with ease on my mobile device.
Bizarre
Good for tracking markets
I started using the Axi app to follow stock indices at lunch breaks, set a few price alerts, and now I quietly adjust my trades from my phone without needing my laptop.
Crashes
Kept telling me error when placing trades, after 10mins it placed all trades without my knowledge and wouldn’t let me close them for 1 hr after. Drained my whole account and told me I owed them money. 3rd time in 2 weeks
Good trading app
The Axi Trading Platform provides useful tools and ample market options. I appreciate the user-friendly interface, making trades easier to execute.
