Hello, dear developers! Unfortunately, the map does not load in any place. I would like you to fix it. Thank you in advance.
:(
i used to use this when i first started playing in 2020 and then took a long break from genshin and ive recently got back into it, and i thought using this app again would be useful, but to my surprise, its not, the maps wont load, so you dont know where anything is.. its a shame, it was a good app back then!!
I go into the app and it crashes.

Error when trying to mark as collected
The app worked for about a week and suddenly it won’t let me mark anything as collected as it just comes up with an error. I’ve tried everything, reset my internet, reset my phone, re-downloaded the app. This is one of the only apps where you can mark things on the Genshin map, the other option is on Google and I don’t wanna spend time in a browser when I can just check an app instead.
unusable
the map only loads like 2 small chunks at a time so you have no idea where anything is like how are u supposed to use an interactive map when it doesnt even have a functioning map
It’s okay
It’s good but every time I open the app the map doesn’t show and only the pin points
Pretty good
It doesnt load for me😕 it worked before like a year ago, but now its not loading, its really great and i hope it loads for me soon.
Helpful
Really helpful:) way easy to check what you missed like chests
Used to be good
Never had any problems til recently - it will tell you where things are but won’t let you mark them as found. Comes up with an error every time :( It was useful as theres only a set amount of map pins in game, but the app is now useless.

It’s very laggy
It’s so laggy even on my iPhone 15 it’s very laggy the map doesn’t even load half the time at this point I’ll just stick to using safari if the maps not gonna work cuz what’s the point then
Incredibly useful!
Great app, has helped me for a long time to track things in the game - chests for exploration and oculi, as well as upgrade materials. Thanks for a great app! :)
Crash on load
Looks like it has potential but doesn’t even open on iPad Pro.

Just doesnt work anymore
Ive been using this for years, and all of a sudden the map just wont load, all icons for materials load but the actual map is non-existent, re-installed, created an account and logged in via the app, but nothing Hopefully there is an update soon

Helpful
It helps me get amonculus and chests really good for f2p players
Poor
Crashes soon as you open it
no longer working?
this app used to be really useful to track which chests and oculi ive found, but recently it stopped working. by that i mean, if i click "found" on something, there will be a pop-up at the bottom saying "failed to mark location: precious chest" for example. so now its no longer useful for me to use to track exploration things, its only useful to find resources now
Perfect🥰
As a genshin user myself, it’s perfect in every way! Precise locations and simple design!

Map not showing when zoomed in
I have been really enjoying the app for past year and it helped greatly to keep my game progress. However recently it became very hard to use - when zoomed in, map part disappears leaving only white background. The location markers remain however almost impossible to match them to where you are on a map in-game. Really really disappointing and not able to use the app anymore.
Kinda Stetchy
Sure, it seems great and tells you where things are! But I have to add my account for it to be more accurate... and that’s just a bit- weird? Idk but still it’s great ^-^
Thank you ❤️
Its very helpful
Crashes on start up
Doesn't even load
Bag. Please fix 🙏🏻
Can’t mark anything :( but the app is very good!
Alright
I’ve been using this app for around two years now. Worked perfectly for the starter nations, I used it for all my exploration. Just found out that it doesn’t have a majority of the materials from the new Fontaine update. Frustrating.
Needs work
Upon first download it looks and works great, but in practice it fails on a number of things. After having this app a week I made an account so I could start to record things I found. After I’d put about 10 things down as ‘found’, I discovered the app (on restart) resets these ‘found’ faded icons. When you click on them it still has them marked as found, but the icon itself is no longer faded - which is a quick way of seeing what you still need to find. So the app is useless for recording things until this is fixed. Another problem is the filters not saving. The filters need to save so that even when the app restarts it remembers what you had it set too. The reason for this is that when playing Genshin Impact, and switching between this map app, sometimes the map app will restart (due to iOS poor memory management- I’m on an 11 Pro too). So then I had to redo all my filters every time. The pro upgrade option mentions ‘track unlimited collectibles’ - What does this even mean? Can I only track a certain amount in the free version? It doesn’t say anywhere. I’ve no problem paying but don’t want to unless I know the app is going to work the way it needs to Edit: the faded icons seemed to have come back now, so may have been an issue communicating to the website? Will have to see how it continues
