What people like
- Completely free to use
- Easy and fun to use
- Great community inspiration
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Exported skins have white backgrounds
- App crashes often or breaks
Really good!
This app is really helpful for Minecraft skins, and the community is kind for the most part, adds are a little annoying and security could be better. Some peoples accounts have been hacked or compromised. This is really helpful for me, especially because in the Minecraft marketplace I sometimes waste my money on skin packed and being able to get custom Minecraft skins for free and it’s a good thing to do to pass the time. I recommend this app for people who want free custom Minecraft skins who are willing to deal with the pros and cons.
What happened to sharing a skin via link
I liked to edit skins I make with the 128x128 on this app then share the skin via link to myself to install on my pc for my Minecraft ON PC. But now it’s only letting me export to pocket edition. And now it seems being able to download on pc is locked behind premium. What a scam.
Easy fix (not about ads, or anything else IVE seen on here)
EDIT:read this, then stay till the end. I’ll show you how to fix this problem:When you copy and paste across different skins, the copied thing you are copying becomes small, and no longer “fits” the image. What I mean by that is that I try to copy (preset and on different skins)CLOTHES onto an ANIMAL (different skin) and the clothes becomes small, and don’t even reach both of the arms. Please tell me if I am doing something wrong. To the buyers reading this, it really is a really good app. The only thing I found wrong was the copy paste. The ads are the only thing keeping it free and buyable to everyone. The end edit:make sure the pixel size is the same. The cloths that I was tryna paste on had bigger pixels, making it so when you try to copy and paste, it becomes smaller. Convert the bigger-pixeled one to complexer pixel. Copy, paste, done.
Pretty good app for skins but to many adds and premium content
To many premium features makes it locked + so many adds
Why so many ads?
Great app for Minecraft skins. But there's WAY too many ads! Whenever i click a skin or even type something in there's an ad.
BEST MINECRAFT SKIN APP EVER
This app is so great the ads don't matter for me since their quick like 5 seconds. They have great skins that are funny, cute, interesting, and spooky. Also you don't have to pay for the skins at all which is better! Guys Download It Today!
NO NO NO
I can’t not deal with this I wanted to play this game to get new skins WELL I WAS PLAYING THE GAME DOWNLOADED SKINS AND GUESS WHAT I DIDNT EVEN GET THEM >=(
There’s some issues
I use this app for Java and bedrock skins (mainly Java) and I LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE the copy and paste feature especially now so I no longer have to go back and forth between the skins. The issue is that when I download, the background should be clear, not white. I can’t use it because it doesn’t register as a skin. It also corrupts the skin itself and messes with the colors. I hope this fixes. Until then I’ll never find another app just like this. Please fix this issue!!! I’ve been using this app for 5 or 6 years now, it’s been my go to
ADS
Is ads after every SEARCHHHH necessary? Not even old skinseed version was this bad, please for the love of god stop showing ads every 5 seconds of searching something. Other than that the app is good but my god
love love love but..
I’ve really enjoyed using this app but recently, everytime I export a skin, it has a white background rather than a transparent one. I’m not sure why this is but it’s messing up how I import my skins and it’s frustrating. I really hope this gets fixed soon.
W app
Goated app
Ads
I type in a search I get an ad type enter an ad it doesn’t even work to search another ad STOP GOVING ME ADS
Improving
The app has made a lot of improvements recently. The following are still left to be added 1. Precise +/- with a numerated % for the color sliders, and RGB sliders in addition to the current HSB ones 2. 3d editor view settings ("show pixel grid", "1st layer opacity" when using underlay) should remember your settings instead of resetting to default when editor is opened and closed
Unadd paying
You have to pay
我遇到了问题。。
why is my exported image white background instead of PNG format？！
It’s great really
I love this app it is so good and it helped me so much you should use it and the adds are soooooo short
Been Using this app for years, I’m now disappointed
For some reason, now when I save my skins to my gallery they have a white background. Which if you know editing skins this messes up everything because now it messes up your pixels and you have to erase ALL the white off the skin. Idk why this started happening but I am very unhappy with it.
Pls read
I was playing bedrock mincaft with my friend but when she load in on her end I was Steve but it worked the 10 months before that😅.
Ok skins but ads
Way too many ads, always an ad when you want to search for a skin and for saving the skin as well..
.
Can I search up something without getting an ad? Like..
Yes
Me like
HOLY ADS
ADS EVERYWHERE
Perfect
Amazing
ADS
An ad every time i search? Bit excessive.
Good but their is a lot of ads
Good app but every time you search you get an ads so it’s not THAT good
3-D effect
The 3-D effect is the best and I raise the creator of Skinseed is a one sextillion star review
lost potential to greed
i loved this app in my younger years playing minecraft. it was genuinely a community of art. i am thoroughly disappointed to see how ad ridden, money pop ups, AI advertising this app has become. i cant imagine being a kid on this app and having to navigate such pop ups without frustration. i am so frustrated and it is unusable now. i understand needing ads or money to run, nothing is free. but you have become such greedy scum for the level it is at. i wouldve loved to donate in support if you framed your team with uplifting artists and gamers, instead you have betrayed us with AI and creating an unusable app.
Bald things
Don’t Make Things Bald
A problem
I bought this game because my friend said and she got the skins on minecraft.I got it and got a skin and clicked expot and it was not uploading to minecraft so please fix this.
Inappropriate content
Hello, I’ve seen some inappropriate comments and skins. It’s not suitable for kids like me! Plz take away!😭😭😭😭😭
So good!
Just really good and i love it!
Why is it not transparent?
The picture that is directly produced without any processing is not transparent, and I am really annoyed to death
I like it
Only downside is the adds
About this new update
You could have done something about the endless ads with every few taps or scrolls, or implemented something to moderate the content posted, then I wouldn’t have to see a Minecraft skin of Hitler on the front page between two skins of women with everything just hanging out there. But no, let’s add ai slop.
kinda dumb
i downloaded it and it worked but the next day it stops working and gives me the dumbest avatar ever instead. this app does not work
Prob the best Minecraft skin editor there is
Dude, I say this with no hesitation the best skin editor I’ve used. It’s super easy and you don’t even have to pay for it. This has been a staple of my Minecraft journey making custom Minecraft skins is one of my favorite things to do and seeing what the community creates is very inspiring as well. So, nice job Skinseed.
So many ads it’s unusable.
There’s an ad every time you search, and the app itself tries to advertise VIP features.
Nice!
Was fun but one problem: wasn’t for Java was for pocket edition
:(
keeps crashing
Good app! But others can’t see my skins
Me and my cousin were making skins, but we loaded into the game it was working well but we couldn’t see each other’s skins. All we could see was one of the basic skins. It’s fun making the skins but a bit useless if others can’t see them.
Just beautiful
OK, so a friend from Minecraft told me to get this app it’s awesome. I love it. It works so well and I just got it so five stars just beautiful.
Too many ads
An ad after every search? Really? And then after watching the ad it doesn’t pop up with any results. Just a big waste of time
Help
Why can’t I make an account? And I have tried on both my iPads and nothing please fix it :(
Adverts
WAYYYY too many adverts. Every time i click there’s an ad
Why we have to pay now?
I have used this app for 3 years and never needed to pay now you have to pay I think it’s ridiculous most people play Minecraft are 9/5 years old
Why I love it
Helps my mind fun keeps you busy if your bored
Help
I’m giving it a one stop because I need help. Maybe I might change it to a five stall but looking from the reviews this is legit. I wanna use it, but I just can’t find out how I get the skins please help me.
The recent updates..
It is a good app that I’ve used for years however these recent updates are awful. For goodness sake remove the adverts from the bottom of the screen, it makes it difficult to access anything onscreen and makes the app look incredibly tacky. Very disappointing.
I hate the adds in this game!!
I don’t know why but every time I select a skin and try save it or edit it, ads pop up and stop 🛑 me from doing stuff therefore I cannot use the skins. So what is the point??? I use to love this game but because of the ads it has been stopping me from using this game...😤☹️Pls if you would get rid of the ads then I would appreciate the honour but pls…in your own time when you are not busy get rid of the ads. 😇😇😊😊😊😊 -Sincerely from one of people who play this-😂😂😂-g-game🤣🤣🤣-sorry I find the “one of your people” funny 😂 but yeah. Thank you for reading. Hope you people have a lovely day and that’s all I hope for the best!! ❤️❤️
Mincraft
The fits r cute only problem is that it dosent load on mincraft it randomizes fits I had bright green hair bright yellow top and dark blue pants don’t recomend unless you want a ugly fit
