Update sperrt mich regelmäßig aus. Ich kann die App im Store nicht updaten und in der App wird mir angezeigt, ich hätte eine alte Version. So kann man jemanden auch sehr gut aussperren.
FaceID fehlt
Jedes Mal den PIN eingeben müssen ist uncool.

Interlocking sign in with each others, poor performance with simple task. Lol
Good but not great
I like the fact I’m able to submit receipts but often this does not work properly. I have reported to Moss and nothing has been done. It still keeps telling me something has gone wrong and to try again but nothing works.
Super easy
Nothing beats approving request from your team on the go. Very easy to use and the app makes it really easy!

Cumbersome to enter expenses
We switched from Rydoo to Moss, and it's now taking me many more clicks & unneccessary mandatory fields to enter a km-expense for my home-work & back travels. Some examples: - You can't use the same expense description twice - Kms are nested inside expenses instead of a separate entity - It doesn't automatically calculate 'there and back' - You can't adjust the kms if somehow the trip took longer - Another mandatory useless description field - You need to select a grootboek/cost area? wheras it's obviously a travel expense Just frustrating. (It does have company cards which the previous tool didn't; but the employee experience is worse)
Love the concept…
I love the concept of Moss and whenever I’ve had to deal with customer support the response has been brilliant but I find it unbearably frustrating that you can’t submit mileage expenses on the app because the ‘car £0.45’ option is just off the screen at the top so can’t be selected.

Fantastic experience for managing spend, accessing cards, and keeping track of outstanding tasks in an easy to navigate and beautifully designed app.
Locked out due to low version
No need to do this. I can’t update my phone yet so now I can’t access moss. Dreadful

In Ordnung, aber UX könnte besser sein
FaceID fehlt mir sehr, jedes Mal die Pin eingeben zu müssen ist sehr nervig. Ein Dark Mode und ein Bisschen haptisches Feedback würden der App auch sehr gut tun.

Most intuitive and easy to use app. Having previously used Pleo, Payhawk and spendesk I have to say Moss is by far the best option.
Nur 4 Ziffern als PIN
Nur 4 Ziffern als PIN - für ein derart kurzsichtige Implementierung kann man nur 1 Stern geben. Dann kann man den PIN auch gleich weglassen und nicht den User suggerieren, dass es sicher sei. Habe ich als Admin die Möglichkeit diese Richtlinie zentral für alle User anzupassen? Bitte unbedingt nachbessern und Unternehmen dabei unterstützen sensible Daten zu schützen. Danke.

Avoid
Absolute shambles of a product. Avoid where possible. Basics such as password reset should not redirect you to submit your email and original password. Only giving 1 star as 0 stars is not an option.
Can’t even log in
I am not able to get the app working on my phone, when I have to type in the confirmation code that I got via phone I cannot type any digits - the keyboard doesn’t work. Too bad !
Best spend management solution.
Having used other spend management solutions in the past this one is simple the best out there. There is nothing quite the end user experience of Moss and the ease of use of this application
Exceptionally bad design & functionality
Opening Amosa is my least favorite thing as the entire flow of performing the core task, confirming transactions or logins is so badly designed one has to wonder who was employed to work on that feature. Not only do I have to fully close the app every single time for each new confirmation request (horrible time waste), but I have to sometimes confirm transaction WITH THE EXACT SAME login pin I literally entered 5s prior for logging into the app in the first place. This is so laughably bad I don’t even know what to say. Whoever designed and built this app should change careers.

The change in our organization since starting with Moss is massive, in a positive way. Such an easy app to record all the receipts while you’re on the road
