Verbesserungswürdig
Guten Tag, ich habe ein kleines Anliegen, ist es möglich die Pausen Zeiten in der Personio APP so anzeigen zu lassen, dass nicht immer die gesamte Pausenzeit dort steht, sondern, dass bei jeder Pause immer neu bei 0 angefangen wird? Also das heißt, ich mache meine 1. Raucherpause z.B. und drücke auf Pause starten, dann sind ca. 6. Minuten vergangen und ich drücke auf Pause beendet. Dann folgt meine 2. Raucherpause und ich starte diese wieder bei 0 und wenn die Ende ist stehen dort wieder ca. 6 Minuten (nicht 12 Minuten im gesamten) Der Grund dafür ist, ich muss ständig rechnen, bei wie viel Minuten ich meine reguläre Pause beenden muss. Außerdem würde ich eine Option mit einer sogenannten Erinnerung sehr komfortabel finden, damit ich nicht ständig gezwungen bin in meiner Pause auf die Uhr zu schauen. Das heißt mein Handy gibt ein Ton ab, wenn die von mir eingestellte Zeit der Pause vorbei ist. Denn ich bin der Meinung, dass eine Pause zur Erholung dienen sollte und das habe ich nicht, wenn ich ständig auf die Uhr schauen muss.
Geringer Funktionsumfang
Immer wieder fällt mir unterwegs auf, dass man fast nichts in der mobile App machen kann und ich erledige die Dinge dann doch im Office am Laptop 🫠

Really solid app with access to everything I need from the main application on a day to day basis.

The app has very limited capabilities. Also, for the last 6 months it won’t let me request absences. Always with the same error about overlaps.

In der Handyansicht ist es leider manchmal sehr unübersichtlich und es entsteht schnell ein Fehler.
Mobile App ist meilenweit hinter der Webseite
Ich frag mich warum sie überhaupt die App haben. Und es passiert auch nichts. Ich nutze Personio seit über einem Jahr und bin jedesmal enttäuscht wenn ich unterwegs etwas machen möchte und die App das nicht unterstützt. Team Kalender, Details zu Mitarbeitern. Immer muss ich am Laptop die Webseite nutzen.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist die App gut gedacht. Leider funktioniert sie oft nicht richtig.

Urlaubsantrag
Leider ist sind Optionen wie halber Tag (wegen Behörden- oder Arzttermin) und auch Überstundenfrei nicht wählbar, was aber in vielen Fällen extrem hilfreich wäre. Ich habe beispielsweise eine pflegebedürftige Mutter, die ich öfter mal zum Arzt begleiten muß. Soll ich deshalb jedesmal einen ganzen Tag Urlaub opfern?
Easy to use
I can review my payslips and my annual leave on the go. Easy to use and covers the core features I need. Looking forward to more features in future!
Poor poor poor
Awful app. Almost no functions compared to the website. Can't see my team, can't even see my own year calendar. Waste of time using this. Why even release something this poor.

Als Führungskraft fehlen mir diverse Funktionen, die nur in der Desktopvariante verfügbar sind.
seems ok so far - ok maybe not
edited: ok i see why the bad reviews - can’t even add 1 additional day to the start of an existing approved holiday, gives error status 422. seems basic functionality. works on website, just app issue. ****** seems to work ok, looks nice and like that face id is supported. dashboard needs the icons at the bottom to be moved up slightly to allow for the swipe-able drawer on iphone from the bottom, otherwise the middle 3 icons are obscured by the hovering bar and sometimes you swipe the app away instead of selecting the icon.

Well designed, easy to use
My main interaction with this app is when I’m so ill that I cannot get out of bed and still need to signal that I’m taking a sick day 😅 So quite minimal, but in those times of need it never failed me and is super convenient. But generally it really feels like the developers care about a great user experience and I appreciate that. Cheers!

Apple Watch?
This is now approaching useable since 2fa has been added, thank you. It’s possible to log time, but it doesn’t seem possible to edit it in the app? Also wouldn’t you consider an Apple Watch extension for the time tracking as that would be really useful?

Great to stay on top of approvals
Love that I can now get notifications and quickly approve time off from the app as a supervisor or request time off easily. Quick access to payslips and documents is really handy too.
Rubbish
I would love for this to work but it’s absolutely rubbish at tracking hours. Several times now I have tracked my hours through the day only to come to end my days hours and find that it’s thrown me off the system requiring me to log in again and as a result loses the tracking from the day. My hours are then needed to be entered manually which defeats the purpose of the system. Without improvements to the app I think the company have wasted their money investing in the system.

Ich komme mit der APP gut klar. Ich finde nur das Eintragen der Zeiten nicht so praktikabel. Der Bildschirm muss dabei hochgescrollt werden. Das ist gerade bei Tagen mit Pausen und einer weiteren Arbeitszeit schwierig.
App doesn’t list calendar correctly
The days off in the desktop do not match the mobile app. Might be a timezone issue. Made submissions super confusing. Just stick to the desktop app. Very disappointing
It doesn’t allow to change the profile picture
It doesn’t allow to change the profile pictures. Plus I can’t see the documents I have signed. Pretty much useless.
A real improvement
Recent updates to the app have really turned things around. Experience is better, the app feels faster and makes it super easy to manage my time off.

It works fine but have some very inconvenient issues
The app works pretty good, but there are two main things that are really painful to deal with every day: 1. The "Unlock with Face-ID" button in the welcome page and the "Log out" button are very close, and I have clicked the Log out several times accidentally. I would suggest, either a confirmation dialog or place the Log out button in one of the top corners. 2. It has some weird timeout very small, and almost all the time when I open the app for the first time of the day or when I haven't used it for some time, it throws that there is no internet connection. However, it connects then after I click the retry button. Keep up the good work! I'll be glad to change my rating once those things are fixed.

Pointless
The app is extremely limited in what you can do with it to the point that it’s more worth your time fiddling with the desktop version on your phone. The app has a nice interface and a nice UX design, so it’s a shame you can do so little with it. When it’s functionality improves I would rate it very highly.
Praktisch, aber…
Wir haben Personio in der Firma. Ich hab mir die App runtergeladen. Grade für time tracking praktisch dazu keinen Computer zu brauchen. Aber warum kann ich meine aktuellen Über- und Unterstunden nicht in der App sehen sondern nur im Web?

Ok, but logs me out constantly
Really annoying to be logged out every other week and having to do an very annoying manual login on the phone with email and password when I just wanted to clock out. :/ Update: Recently better
Cumbersome
The iPhone app of Personio is tedious at best. The automatic switching between Am and PM is just annoying, break have to be put in, although there is no such legal requirement in the Us. And when I click on booking for Today later in the day, it tries to make a booking for the previous day ... which makes zero sense at all. I think the app still has a long way to go to become really useful.

Cannot conduct team approvals through this app. You have to do that on the web.

I’ve been a longtime Personio user and the app has improved a lot recently. It now has all the main functions I use day-to-day. My team and I would recommend.

We have Personio as our HR tool, but the app doesn’t even recognise the domain so can’t use it on my phone, with no access to support. What a waste of time…

An sich gelungen, im Vergleich zu Konkurrenten fehlt es jedoch an Schnittstelle nach außen (Shortcuts, App Intents, Widgets) welche zur Zeitbuchung sehr hilfreich sind.
