Real time tracking
New user, love the app and convenience it offers but it never updates in real time especially when you’re trying to meet your ride. I almost missed my bus one time because it only said trip has started and no update on it moving and when it’ll get to me. Also can we get smaller 18 seater buses for the Lekki to yaba route?

Please, fix your buggy app, trying to go to work this morning and all i’m seeing is 1hour away! called the driver and he said he’s a bit close???? What’s this ? fix up please, you’re making people late.
Unable to see the bus location
I am unable to view the bus location on the Shuttles app. This is quite inconvenient, as I have to keep calling the marshal repeatedly just to know the bus location. The app continuously shows “Connecting” without displaying the location. Meanwhile, I am able to view other locations via WhatsApp and other platforms. Please look into this and resolve the issue.
Security
People don’t really confirm their identity once they enter the bus. I think this should be looked into and tightened. Thank you for the good work. Shuttlers has made my life easier.
HORRIBLE IDEA!!
The app doesn’t really work. It ‘s supposed to give “live” updates but the whole time the “live update” is stuck in ONE position for 30 minutes. Btw, the pickup location is a LIE! Took a trip from the island to Lagos outskirts and there was NO notification that the bus came to pickup point and left without me until I called to ask why the bus was taking so long. ETA what? Expect your bus 30 minutes after the “ETA”. NOT reliable. Just take your public transportation.🙏🏽

Good idea, Horrible execution
1. For some reason you can’t track the rides arrival time so you’re always left guessing. I’ve waited an hour plus for the bus yesterday under the sun 2. The drivers number is not correctly entered on the app (missing 0 at the start or +234) so that doesn’t work. When I figured it out and called him he doesn’t pick the call. Mix this with the lack of tracking the bus I’ve missed a couple of rides 3. I heard the driver is supposed to call on or before he arrives. This has never happened for me and as stated in the last point he doesn’t even pick calls 4. On my first day using this app, when the ride reached my nearest bus stop, the driver refused to stop and took me from Ikoyi to Phase 1. You guys need to step up your game - there’s a lot of potential

Payment variance
The booking amount showed changed at check out point. For instance, the booking amount for a particular route I booked was #2,670.00 but at payment point it changed to #2,812.10 without any proper explanation of what the extra charge was.

Unethical ride cancellation
Why am I getting a mail at past 8:00 pm that my ride for 20th March has been cancelled and I have to book another ride that is far away from my pickup location. There should be an automated rebooking for the same pickup location. How do I get to iyanapaja from egbeda at 5:30 am?

Review your payment reward system
If I fund my wallet with 50k I get 100 points. If I fund my wallet with 1k I get 100 points. I’m sure by now you can understand the gap already. Reward wallet fund as per the amount funded.
Bus stop
The drivers stops more than half the passages at their locations in the morning, but can’t pass ligali street or at the end of Ajose street for us going to ligali Ayoride street. Pls look into these. Thank you. This will help us reduce additional costs for us

Terribly slow response from Chat support
Chat support are just not worth it, they reply very slow, you have an issue and they are responding in like an hour or more when you’ve just sorted yourself out. Tho marshals are helpful, even more helpful than the so called support

An absolute life saver for me. Thank you so much for this recent update, feels like most of the issues have been addressed. Although could the select departure date option when booking a ride still be in a calendar format, it aids someone like me who has booked multiple trips have a clearer view of days and dates.
Absolute trash
This app and their buses are absolute trash. If you value your health and mental well being please don’t take this bus rather go to the park and enter the normal cabs. They keep waiting for each other on the road not thinking about the passengers and they’ll turn off their AC mid way. You can’t even withdraw money to your bank on the bank if you’re no more interested. I repeat do not use this app and their buses

Cancellation timelines
The two hour non-refund cancellation timeline just isn’t making any sense, imagine booking a ride since morning, something came up at work and you have to cancel , but because the cancellation time is less than two hours even just 2 minutes less than 2 hours, I can’t get any refund It’s really terrible because it feels like your company keeps this policy to just consume people’s money No one’s asking you for a full refund but a minimum amount should still be considered as long as it’s still a reasonable time range before the trip starts
Best to do it
The service is as seamless as ever! Love the app and how easy it is to book rides. Finally found a route that gets me gets me closer to work! Love it!

Before the Bus was fair on space and cooling capacity but these days, the coaster bus feels choky and the AC not working optimally

1. Unable routes 2. App keeps logging me out 3. Unable to cancel trip just because I didn’t do it at your own time. The idea that I have to cancel my trip at a certain time is just ridiculous. At worse you charge a base fare. Terrible !!
