Excellence Service All Around
Everyone should be interested in a clean electric vehicle with zero emissions. eDryv delivers an excellent service with the most courteous drivers that I’ve met. Bonus point! It’s cheaper than the alternatives.

Make alternative payment options
I love the experience but the strictly wallet payment is a whole lot of inconvenience when you factor in the fact that most of the time there aren’t cars available after I’ve used my transport money to fund my wallet and the fact that is NON REFUNDABLE
Complicated
Although , the trip prices seemed fair, maybe cos I am still a first timer, I can’t say cos I’m still yet to get a ride on the app. However, I’ve had a terrible experience the two times I made an attempt to use the app. You could order a ride and the driver cancels, you the user will not be aware. You could cancel a ride and the app will still be sending you notification for more than 6hrs that the driver is few minutes away. You could order a ride and the driver’s car will remain at a particular spot without the ETA changing at all. I canceled a ride because of this yesterday, and the driver called me back immediately to apologize and explain that, maybe the ETA did not indicate at my end that he was close by, but actually he was very close. This entire process made me go so late to church. The app also needs to allow user choose the payment method they want. I don’t like that it made me top up my wallet, for a trip I ended up not getting on because the app was lagging. Imagine that was the only money I had on, I’d have been stranded. Please fix all these and more.
App Not User Friendly
I use Edryv for my commute to work. Clean cars, drivers are okay but their app always has an issue. The updates don’t fix bugs. It can be very frustrating and annoying. Please you guys need to fix your app bugs
LOVE THE SERVICES
The convenience it provides is top notch. Overall I love it and would recommend to anyone. The app usually has a “downtime” and would lag sometimes unnecessarily even when your internet speed it great.
Disorganized operations
This is the most disorganised ride hailing service I’ve ever come across. The drivers are perennially late. Airport pickups are such a hassle, they delay in making the payment for parking thereby making you so late. I had to wait 40 mins before a parking payment was sorted

Garbage app, good service
The drivers and the cars are the best part. They operate like they’re running a service. However the application is absolute garbage, frequent connectivity issues. Scheduled rides that don’t get assigned on time or at all are semi frequent. Good service, bad app

Jumped in an EV on a whim and it was a revelation
I’m a hardcore “petrolhead” and I just downloaded and set up the eDryve App this morning and took my first ride. It beats all the other Ride Hailing Services to death on the quality of the cars, the ride and the nice driver I met. He explained many things about EVs and I’ll be doing this again and again.
Terrible timing
Book a ride for 8am and they assign a rider past 8/some minutes to 8?? Make it make sense and this has happened multiple times, how can my rider be on his way at 7:57 and it’s going to take him 42 minutes to get to me??? When I need to be out of the house at 8???
Hassle-free ride hailing app
I actually love the ease of using eDryv. Unlike other apps where you have to search and wait, with this app, they show you wants available and the estimated price, it’s either you’re in or out and once you pick the ride, they search and are fast to respond whether there’s a driver or not. No time wasting and I like how the cars are a specific model, easy to recognize and gives the brand a different positioning. The trip is monitored, there’s a huge ‘SOS’ button on the app. Overall great experience. I’ll keep using it and give my feedback but I hope they keep their current standards and become a top ride hailing app in Nigeria

I love eDryv. My only issue is the user interface. It gets so buggy. There’s also no way to change your destination when you’re on a trip or add another stop while on a trip.
Fix your reserve feature
Your reserve feature is not reliable. Imagine scheduling a ride for an important meeting at 10am the next day and a ride never shows up.

How do you give a ride and cancel at the last minute. There is no time I book a ride is available, what’s the point?
Lowered rating
Had to lower my rating from a 4 to a 2. The service and cars are great but your app stinks and I cannot sign in(why do I have to sign in and send a verification code each and every single time?) 😭
App not user friendly
The driver always has to close the app and then reopen it in order to end a trip. The passenger also has to do the same in order to pay. It’s annoying. Please look into it and fix it

As much as I love edryv, the app can be so slow and annoying most times. Your drivers are good but majority of them need to learn how to use the map abeg.

I really love this ride its clean and the drivers are very polite I love they effort in trying to better the customers experience. Please allow us take quick stops since the money increases with a longer wait time
The drivers are very rude/ the customer support chat is unreliable.
The app is very poor in the sense that when you request a ride a particular amounts pops up. When the ride ends it brings up a lesser amount than the original amount. The driver would ask you to pay for the first original price but the app wouldn’t be updated. It would still tell you to pay the lesser amount. I’ve called the driver and chatted the support team but no response.

Lack of proper support system
I don’t understand why the app is so backwards. You’d have a support problem pending and unrelated for days. I have a ride still pending even after rider has been paid and bc of that I can’t order any other rides. I have reached out severally concerning the issue, I am not getting any response. Please do better because wth????

Keep doing what you’re doing!!!! Love the drivers, the car & the prices. Only thing is the app bugs out sometimes but no other complaints.
