Relatively simple & easy app to use
I think the app is quite simple to use. I suggest a personal profile feature be included that shows my trip history & status. The peace advantage menu always loads up with an error message. Please fix. Also, just remove flutterwave payment option. It almost always has issues.
Mr Audu Mohammed
I don’t know why my app is not updated yet
Airpeace is the best airline
Airpeace airline is actually a good one and the best… i travelled from Abuja to Lagos(to and fro) and it was actually a nice one. So I decided to use it once again but trying to ask if there’s Abuja to Akure. Cos I can’t find on the app and online also.
Mr
The app is top notch,it’s ease to access…I don’t have any issues with booking online or having a problem with reminder
Booking cannot be verified in this app
This app needs to be updated or scrapped. Booking reference is not verifiable through the app. In fact, the app is not functional. The customer service is also horrible, causing reputational damage to the business.
Flight
Do can I book flight with the app without going to agent
Plz help
Why is the app showing me USD mode of payment instead of naira. How do I change it
Really nice app
Easy to use and seamless
Attend to me please
I am writing to follow up on a refund request for a flight booked for four individuals on the 4th of this month. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one passenger was unable to travel. Upon contacting customer care to cancel the booking, I was advised to submit a request through your platform. I was initially informed that the refund process would take approximately two weeks. However, it has now been nearly three weeks, and I have yet to receive the refund. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter to facilitate the prompt return of my funds.
Air peace is the worst
I booked an air peace flight of 12pm and they rescheduled it to 7pm. They had me running in Lagos airport so I don’t miss my flight. I personally do not recommend it to anyone
Error
What’s wrong with Flyairpeace app today my data is on all the whole apps are working except airpeace today is not funny
Great app!
But i need to be able to sign into my account
Mess
I booked a ticket, I was debited but the ticket was generated. Fraudulent.
Kindly Add the Peace Advantage Feature
I’d like to commend Airpeace for this app. Also I’d like to suggest that the peace advantage feature be added to the app so we could login our peace advantage accounts
Easy to Use and fantastic app
The app is berg user friendly. Stores your upcoming trips, takes less than 2mins to complete booking and select seat. Best airline app ever.
Flight Prices are Listed in USD
There's no option to change the currency to Naira and this is deeply frustrating. Flight prices are shown only in USD even for people in Nigeria and totally regardless of location
Best in delays
The worst airline ever
Terrible and wicked service
Air peace has the worst service. Was flying from Kano to abuja with a scheduled flight of 10pm till 12 am only you this terrible airline to leave us stranded in abuja till 5am in the morning.
Can’t Use
I could use it because it keeps telling me to input a valid number. My phone number is valid!
Fraudulent App
AirPeace I don’t want to believe this your app is a way of defrauding people of their hard earned money, I booked ticket for me and my wife from Warri to Lagos through this your AirPeace app and I made payment of 202,200. Up till now I can’t access anything not even platform to select seat. Pls do look into it.
This is the worst airline I have used in my entire life
Last week my flight was shifted from 9am to 5pm now the same thing
