Exactly what I needed
I love this app. It’s easy to use and share with my husband and has made tracking our newborns feedings and diapers a breeze. It’s also beautifully designed!
I payed for premium access
Terrible I payed for premium access and I’m not able to access any of the premium features.
Can’t enable Premium
App works great and wanted to upgrade to premium however it gets stuck on the loading indicator after I try to restore my purchase.
Like it but..
I like the app it’s easy to use and navigate. I like the notifications for feeds and the fact you can tailor a lot of it to want you need it to do however it doesn’t sync well with my husbands side but the worst thing it does is I’m recording a feed and it goes oops something went wrong please refresh and it loses ALL of that feeds info so I don’t know the time started or duration of each side. It’s doing it so often I’m considering changing to a different app unfortunately
Timer issues
So the timer for sleep is off. You click on it and it stays frozen on blue instead of turning orange indicating the timer started. I had to log out of the app more then 5 times. This is frustrating especially in middle of the night. Needs to be fixed

Paid version NOT worth it!
I used Onoco for my first in 2022 and loved it. So naturally I used it again when I had my second in 2025. I use it for tracking feed times, sleep, and diapers. I was so excited when I saw they had an AI integrated feature to help with the schedule. I have faithfully logged sleeping, eating, and diaper changes for 4+ weeks now, but when I try to use the AI adjust it gives me a totally unrelated schedule suggestion. I've been logging wake windows of 1.5 hrs to 1.75 hrs and it will suggest that I wake him up, feed him for 30 mins and put him right back down for a nap after that. I paid the money for help with navigating the newborn schedule shifts and it has been completely useless! It will suggest a nonsense schedule that looks nothing like what the day to day has been like and then if you try AI Adjust again it will suggest something completely different, but also fully unrelated to what your day looks like. So it's basically just throwing out random garbage suggestions without using any of the data that I have been meticulously logging. It is beyond disappointing. I wanted to use it until we got down to one nap, so I did the yearly version, which DOES NOT have the option for a week trial, so I feel like I flushed $50+ down the toilet. The app is great for tracking, but DO NOT buy the premium version looking for schedule help. I also emailed twice to see if I was doing something wrong and almost two weeks later I haven't heard anything back. So, with no response I felt like a negative review may be the only way to actually get help with the app.
Overall great app
This is such a great app to track all things baby related. More than one person can use it making it super easy for anyone helping baby to see what’s going on. The only downfall is if let’s say sleep is started by dad, it doesn’t show properly on mom’s phone. It’ll say sleep hasn’t been started and then you go to start it and it’ll suddenly say oh sleep was already started 30 minutes ago. I wish it would sync better, but for everything you get, you really can’t complain about the small glitches that occur.
Great App
Loved the app and was helpful. Stopped using due to AI use. No need for AI in a babies app!
Good but needs improvement
It dose the work and helps keep track of baby schedules and easy to use, I have tried huckleberry as well at first but found this more easy to use. The issue is some of the logs disappears if I captured them offline even when I reconnect and refresh. The graphs and analytics can be improved further as it can be a bit difficult to see/read. I did not subscribe yet because I don’t see the features in the subscription as advanced or unique.
Amazing App for Moms & Dads
It’s a great app! We use the free version of it and it does all the record keeping we need. It’s super helpful as I’m a mom that needs to pump while at work so I can keep track of how many oz. have been pumped. Also great for going to the doctors when they ask questions such as how many wet diapers, how long do they nap for, etc. I highly recommend this app! I think for the year and bit I’ve used it, it’s only gone down like 2-3 times just for a few hours and then it’s fixed. I use this app daily so I’d like to say out of 365 days that’s not bad at all.

Great Little App For New Parents
Just about perfect for everything you need. Has intuitive design choices throughout and allows you to spend less time figuring out the small stuff and more time focused on the baby. My only gripe is the Apple Watch integration is poor
Nice design but buggy
The app has a pleasant design but the bugs make it hard to enjoy. Various users don’t see each other’s live updates (eg when baby is sleeping) and to see most up to date history of the diary you need to refresh the app constantly. Some users get the dynamic notifications, some don’t, despite having the same iPhone models and settings. In addition, some of the analytics are not thought through - eg why can you see pumping by time pumped but not by volume? Volume is more important.
Would be great if it was reliable
Has all the features, parts of the app looks nice. But. It’s not reliable. Invites don’t work, the app doesn’t load for half a day, etc. Overall style is great, but missing some important views, some parts are not legible at all, some dialogues are annoying, and the timers on activity indicators don’t really work with multiple devices. There is potential, but it doesn’t live up to the price point.

I pay premium for it to be unable to be used a lot of the time, it has been down all day so far and is unhelpful for someone like me who has memory issues! I think your premium should be cheaper for an app that barely runs
Almost Perfect
This is great to have all the information for all my kids in one place and letting multiple adults access the information. I wish the nursing entries showed which side was started on for the last feeding instead of the last side and that time from last feeding was larger font to quickly find that info.
Not Reliable
We signed up for premium because we liked the basic app, privacy commitment and wanted some of the more advanced features. However, multiple aspects of the app were not working as advertised and we did not hear back from support ever despite multiple requests. I believe some level of support should be expected, especially for premium subscribers. We moved to a different baby tracker app which has been much more reliable and working ad advertised.
It’s overall ok
Overall it’s ok but has alot of glitches. Every time i use the nursing timer it changes the time randomly for how long it’s been and it also switches the side the baby is nursing or just shuts off the timer. Been like this for awhile now
Nap time predictions
The nap time predictions are more accurate than I am just watching her cues half the time 😅 only issue is they seem to not think my lo should be awake between 8-10 and won’t give predictions if she is so we just go off cues
Glitching
I have been using this app for almost two months. I really liked it initially. But for the past few days it had been really glitchy. Every time I run the timer for nursing the app ends up crashing. I lose all of my information and I am left guessing how long I fed for in which side. I’m thinking about switching apps. Please fix!!!!
Errors keep occurring wiping data
However errors keep occurring making you have to find other ways to track it in the moment until it is back up and running, would be good if it worked properly then I’d consider paying for full access.
Subsciption issues
Paid for an annual subscription to use the premium features about a month ago. The account did not upgrade and says there are no purchases to restore. I reached out Via email for help and heard nothing back. Would really like to use this app but I am so disappointed in my experience when upgrading to premium that I have been using another instead.
used to be awesome
i really like this app, but within the last week or two, any time i use the nursing timers they are super wonky. it will counting counting when i stop it, or wont count even when i press it. i’m up to date with the app, so i think it needs another update!

So many glitches it’s unusable
Such potential here, I absolutely love the scope. Unfortunately it’s so glitchy that it just doesn’t work for the basic thing we want it for- to track sleep. It either records him as being continuously asleep even when you try to stop the timer multiple times, or it just doesn’t let you add sleeps. This makes all the longer term tracking inaccurate and useless. For £7 a month I expect WAY more.
So far so good
Seems easy enough to allow everyone to see a child’s schedule. Just wish you would add other options for “family members” or a weird in slot. My oldest is 17 and I just had a newborn so it would be nice to allow access with the correct family member title. Please fix this.
Used it every night for the last 20 months but now it doesn’t work
It now constantly says sever error so I can’t even open the app at all, not even to view past records- please fix!!!!!!
Bug
I love that you can keep track of everything sometimes things don’t end up getting logged but it’s great to have an idea of how the baby’s routine is but we’re currently having issues with the app not communicating what’s logged between partners on the main page

Password recovery
Hello. The app went down so I deleted it and redownloaded. Low and behold, I don’t know password. Password recovery doesn’t seem to work. There is no way to contact you. Help!

Helps keep track of all the things we need. The ability to be able to edit entries is extremely nice because you don’t always have time to enter things the moment you’re doing them.

Great but several issues with the app
So I love this app! It’s easy to use and helped me create a routine I can stick to. However there are so so many bug issues where it can go down and I cannot use it at all. I’ve tried re-intstalling, turning my phone on and off, refreshing, reconnecting to the internet. Which can throw the whole routine off if I cannot remember what time my little one woke up. Just such a shame, because it is great if the app worked properly.
Game changer
I have used this app for both my kids and it is a game changer! Not only can you log feeding which is amazing since I can never keep up or remember the last feeding, but you can also log meds, bowel movements, or even milestones! Truly an amazing app and you can share access with caregivers so they can also add to the log. If you are a parents, this app is a must!!
Needs offline features
That all is great but you can’t use it offline which is annoying. Can’t use the app while travelling because don’t have consistent internet access
Timer glitchy
I loved this app when I first got it. It’s super easy to use and all of the information you need is right there at a glance… or at least it was. I’ve been using it for about a month and lately I’ve noticed 2 issues. First, at the top of the timeline on the Home Screen there’s a quick view chart that says (for example) how many diaper changes there have been, how many were wet, how many were dirty, and how long ago the previous one was. This is super handy when you’re a busy mom trying to figure out when the last time you changed baby was. When I first got the app, this was based on the last 24 hours. Now, it’s based on the last day and resets every night at midnight. This is especially irritating at 1am when you’re barely awake and trying to figure out if you need to feed baby again. No new mom wants to do clock math when she can barely function as it is. Secondly, the nursing timer is extremely glitchy. It will reset itself randomly, won’t stop when you tell it to, and skips time constantly. Right now, for example, I’ve been nursing for over 10 minutes and it says that it has only been 7. Last night, I know I fed my baby for over 20 minutes and it only showed 14. When you need to be on a schedule for sleep training, this is extremely annoying. I’ve taken to timing it on my watch and manually entering it but, again, no new mom wants to do clock math at 1am! I’ll keep using the app simply because I haven’t found another one that is as easy to use that allows dad and nanny to enter data, but I really hope they fix the issues soon. Response to developer: THANK YOU for your quick response. I updated my timeline which will be so handy tonight. I sent a problem report either the same day I made the review or the day after. I’ll look out for your response.
What happened to our favorite app?
This app has become part of our daily lives since our son was born… and we invested in the subscription. But lately we’ve seen crashing, down servers (data not loading), nap estimates not showing and now our breastfeeding log isn’t saving correctly. I hope this all gets fixed soon. For some reason it’s just all bugs now. Please fix! I wouldn’t recommend this app in the current condition. (Updated) Now when you start a timer, it won’t save. You have to manually enter the time. As cool as this app can be… and we have literally raised our baby with it… there’s no way I could recommend it. Just way to many bugs. They fix one and another appears. So frustrating.

The newborn stage is hard. when did they eat last when was their last poo how long have they slept?? well with this app it’s so easy to keep track of all of that
Crashed?
My husband and I used to love this app for our daughter until it suddenly crashed and stopped working and we can’t figure out why.

Subscription required for Routine Creator
Downloaded the app mainly for the Routine Creator so we could enter daily tasks on a calendar and perhaps have reminders for those that were upcoming. However, the app forces the user to pay for the subscription to simply do this. There are plenty of other free apps that will do this, so I’ll continue using my other logging app alongside a free family organiser app. Unfortunately this app’s description doesn’t have an asterisk on the sentence for this feature, to inform it is only part of the subscription, so it was a little disappointing, as the user interface looks nice!
A life saver! 10/10 would recommend!
This app is a game changer! I couldn’t imagine how we could have made it through the newborn stage without this app. My husband & I love being able to track diaper changes, feedings, nursing, pumping, etc. Life with a newborn can become a blur and nearly impossible to keep things straight. This app is the answer to those problems! I usually take the late night shift (I’m a night owl) & my husband will tap in for the early morning shift (he’s an early bird). Onoco makes it easy to log all that happened in the night so when my husband wakes up for his shift, he knows what happened while he was asleep. It’s also nice that we can make notes for each other to see. Several times my husband made sure I could sleep in longer when he saw how late I was up on particularly hard nights when the baby decided to cluster feed 🥰. There are many more useful functions found offered through Onoco from growth charts, sleep prediction, schedules & routines, development resources and more. This is honestly the first app I’ve ever found that had everything I could imagine needing. I can honestly say that I haven’t found one flaw or been wanting for anything else! 10/10 would recommend!
Multiple crashes/unknown server error
Downloaded this app three days ago and was initially impressed.Unfortunately it is now crashed coming up with an unknown server error multiple times. I have change phone from Wi-Fi to 5G opened and closed the app as well as turn my phone off and on and this does not resolve the issue. Given the nature of the app is disappointing to have this amount of crashes so frequently and it is not helpful when you have a newborn.
