An absolute MUST HAVE in the newborn trenches!
We could not survive without this app & detached device. This tracking was extremely helpful for when our newborn baby boy went underweight his first week. We use the app & detached device everyday, all day & it’s super convenience for fam members helping caretake as well with all info centralized for everyone to see in real-time. 10/10 recommend!!
Cannot connect
We have been trying to Connect this device for Days and nothing!!!! We are Losing some details and i havent received any responses from customer Service.
Love this app
I’ve been using this app and the buttons since 2024 with my first born. I love the analytics and ability to customize buttons. And the device makes it so easy when we don’t have our phones on us.. we keep it by the changing/nursing station my husband and I can quickly update the log. I do wish there was live activities enabled on iPhone though, so I can start a nursing session from a button device and stop it on my phone lock screen Widgets would also be cool to have

I really like this app, but my husband can’t use it because they haven’t updated the version in the Samsung store! Please fix ASAP!!
Don’t buy device
I wish I know before purchasing device tali that I can you app without the device, don’t really use the device because I need to edit date on the app anyway
You need this momma!
It’s crazy how much is free on here… my baby is 2 months old and we use this every day. The baby sitters use it and it helps so much! We haven’t had to pay a dime for these great features- although you can get more if you did pay! This app makes my life so much easier!
App logged me out for good
The app logged me out & NEVER let me log back in. I couldn’t be sent a code & I couldn’t change my password. It kept saying “too many requests” after the FIRST time I tried logging back in. It also said it after I asked for a code to be sent to my email & to reset my password. NOTHING WORKED. Absolute garbage. I don’t understand why an app for logging baby diapers & feeding is operating like this is a banking app.
Great help for pregnancy brain
I love this device. It interfaces well with the phone. It’s great to be able to share an account to anyone caring for baby. One complaint-whenever grabbing the device to move it (we can’t put it in a stationary spot) we constantly hit the buttons and have to go in and edit things. If the cat walks over it or the dog knocks it down or someone bumps it, then things are activated. It would be nice to have a cover that kept this from happening and for transport in bags etc. It would also keep the touch surface cleaner than right now with exposure to cats paws and roaming dust viruses etc. Also make the back one screw for the batteries!
Could be great
The best part of Talli is the external component. But the way data is stored and summarized is not really very useful. It could use nap predictors, wake window averages, etc. Until it updates with those features, it is not worth the money.
Pretty good app with room for improvement
We have been heavily using the app since our little one was born. It has good features and functionality, however I do with the data insights /graphs etc was easier and more functional. A “time between events” is not useful for everything and is pretty hard to read unless you’re used to looking at data in this manner. For example: it would be nice to have different types of graphs, bar graphs, high points etc as I am currently going to have to use multiple apps to track the same things For pumping it would be great to be able to see a vertical bar graph with totals per day where you could easily map trends over time and highlight best day, best output, best time etc. Feeding: Similar as above but showing Average feed time length, high days /high times of day
Peace of Mind
We have used this app for both our boys. It has been so helpful in tracking progress and giving us a heads up when the next feed is needed and if meds or other things have occurred. Our babysitter using it too so we are on the same page. User friendly and gives us peace of mind and not having to remember with prego brain. Highly recommend!
Too many attempts?
This app must have a bug! It logs me out and says too many attempts and I am not attempting anything. How am I supposed to track my babies feedings, pumping and sleep!! I pay for the app and for it to not work is ridiculous! I am left with a malfunctioning app as it also won’t let me reset the password in case someone as trying to hack my account.
Great at what it does, could use some more features
I love using this app and especially love the fact that it has a physical panel with buttons that log things and connects to the app! I also love that it connects to Alexa, so I can log things hands free (even though I’ve noticed that Alexa doesn’t always hear me correctly when I try to log things through her). However, there are some features I wish the app had that I believe that the app could make it even better! It would be great to have a function where you could make/see routines/schedules such as set nap times/wake windows and a pumping schedule. I’ve looked at getting other apps for this function, and have noticed that those apps also have everything that Talli offers as well minus the physical button panel aspect. It would also be amazing if the app worked with the Apple Watch and widgets. This would make it even more user friendly and functional, as I’d be able to log things from my phone’s Home Screen, and from my watch as well!
App is OK, but doesn’t work offline.
If you’re out and about, with no mobile signal, it’s impossible to view or log data. Also, if the server goes down it’s not possible to view or log data. When it’s working, the app is good enough.
Saves the day every day
7 days in and this app is the best app I have on my phone more used then any other baby related apps. Logging every thing is much easier and the amount of detail I can add is great. Easy to see when the last time everything happened at a glance and easy to see everything as whole when you click into other screens.
Doesn’t show ounce total
I have bought two devices and the annual plan. We have it set up so that there are 6 buttons for each increment from 1-6oz for feedings. The thing is the app doesn’t count the total number of oz per day. We have to add it up. This should be changed.
Great tracking app!
Tried several other apps and none of them worked quite as well as this one since it was easy to just place the device near the diaper changing stations. That way you always got reminded to actually track it. Only suggestion I would have would be to create an Apple Watch app!

Good so far
I’m really enjoying it so far. I’m just using the app at this time. The UI is a little clunky to use but I like its potential. My only gripe I have so far is id really like there to be widgets for the 1 touch buttons
Fantastic Tool
Talli is a fantastic tool that has helped us easily track any events / activities our newborn has gone through. It’s easy to use and great at enabling parents to create insights and data around the baby’s progress.
New update is full of bugs!
The update that was pushed out a couple of days ago is full of annoying bugs, especially with the timers for sleep and feeding - it worked fine before!
Not always up to date
The day list sorted view of “today” is not always up to date for some reason. Maybe it’s a bug. Otherwise it’s incredibly helpful.
One less thing to think about
One less thing to think about, especially during those every 2-3 hour feeds in the newborn stage!
Hangs on saving
What is wrong woth the ap suddenly?? Just keeps hanging evry time i SAVE/UPDATE ! Latest ios version
Great for keeping track
Just what we needed to track and keep an eye on nappy changes and feeds! Just wish there was a way of the app counting up exactly how much milk she’s had across 24hr as the midwives ask this every time we see them, and we have to manually add all her feeds up from the app
It’s a personal mind assistant
We’ve been using this app from day 1 with our 2.5yo. It really takes the guess work out of tracking, which frees up that part of the mental load us parents/caregivers carry. We love the custom button feature and think it’s worth it for the paid version. The free version is perfectly usable too. We also love the data! I could easily tell you how many diaper changes we’ve done over the last 2.5 years or how much time I’ve spent breastfeeding. Pretty fun to see! The med tracking and reminders are also very valuable. I suggest this app to all new parents/parents welcoming new babies!
Talli device will not connect
Save your money and don’t buy a talli device. Ours will not connect to the app even though we are following the instructions. Perhaps the app works fine, but it does not connect to the device.
Game charger for new parents and caregivers
Talli has been such a great tool for our family. In those early newborn days, it kept us on track with every wet and dirty diaper, which made all the hospital and doctor check-ins so much easier. I also loved being able to see my pump sessions, bottle feeds, and nursing times right away. It even helped me remember which side baby last nursed on, which was huge when I was running on no sleep. As my first got older, I used it to track her solid foods, medicines, vitamins, baths, all of it. I even added custom buttons for her frenectomy exercises. I shared the tracker with my mom, who watched her during the day, and she would log meals and add cute photos of my daughter eating. It kept us totally aligned. Now that she’s two, I only use it once in a while, mostly to track medicine so I don’t accidentally give her too much. But now that I’m on my second baby, I’m right back to using Talli every day. The caregiver sharing feature is still my favorite because it keeps my husband and me completely on the same page with feedings, diapers, solids, everything. Honestly, I’ve used Talli for just about everything since becoming a mom, and I absolutely love it!
