Customer Service has never been so simple!
There was no wait time for me to make an arrangement, as I’ve lost my job. I didn’t need a representative to assist me. I didn’t even put my ear to the phone. As a full time mama and neurodivergent to boot; this takes the procrastination out of my mental equation of daily tasks! I love the ease of access of having this app!

Love the app. It’s easy to use.
The app crashes
The app crashes when I try to print my bill from my fully patched iPad (A16) Also it would be helpful to see how much water you’ve used so far in the current billing month.
Recycling Date
The dates for the next service days do not line up with the service titles, making them useless. Please make them line up again, as looking up my recycling and bulk waste days are a major reason for using the app.
Excellent customer service
Customer service rep - Kelvin (sp) just patiently and expertly helped me register my account. Kudos to OKCGov Utilities for providing access to a knowledgeable, professional live person.
Still glitchy & complicated
Despite the new look of the app, it is still difficult to use & tends to lock up often or simply lock me out.
Fix password thing
It always makes me use one time payment. Because it resets my previous password
New Update
I usually love this app and how convenient it is, but the new update keeps logging me out, despite repeatedly clicking on the “remember this device” box >:(
Easy to navigate
Its easy to get what yu need done for most part
Auto pay disaster
It wouldn’t let me update my card expiration date so I had to add a new payment method with same card just new expiration, set the new payment info as default and it still was trying to use the expired payment for auto pay and when I manually tried to submit payment. I had to unenroll in auto pay in order to delete the expired card info, then process payment with the info that was already set as default and then re enroll in autopay. This has been a 4 month long issue that should have been a simple expiration date fix but your site makes it way too many steps.
Locked out.
It is very hard to try and sign in online. I don’t remember my password. I have changed it before and it doesn’t give you a chance you need to fix that so it’s a little bit easier for us to get in at least for seniors.
Unenrolled from auto pay?
Somehow I was unenrolled and then was late making a payment as a result? Not sure how that happened. Very irritating!!

Login Is Clunky
If you use Face ID to login, it will do Face ID to get into the app, tell you that your session is expired and log you out, and then immediately use Face ID again to log you back in.
Update info
Very easy and the site is easy to navigate. Love it
Changing App
Seems like every time I try to use the App it has changed. Used to be really easy to look at collection dates. Still have not found it on this visit.
Bulk Trash
Entire neighborhood was missed for bulk trash. Placed tree branches on the curb starting 26 Jun. Went online to the OKC App to report and the app says I’m late for reporting and next bulk pickup is 27 July.
Changing to a new credit card
It was very difficult to change to a new credit card and set it up for autopay. The page where you delete an old card and add a new card doesn’t allow you to also set it up for auto pay! You have to go back to the home page and go to an auto pay routine where it requires you to delete again the old credit card and then enter the new card again just as you did before. If your system was more intuitive it would save the client and your customer service staff a lot of time. As a retired IT professional, I would be pleased to discuss this with your IT team. Thank you for your attention to this matter. LRC😎

Do better. It’s hard to navigate and I have to verify my device every time even if I tell the app to trust it. The nickname feature doesn’t work. The old app used to just tell us when recycling and the next bulk trash was now I have to go through a link ?
