This app is probably the easiest to navigate through super easy to view your billing statements pay your bill what ever you need

I have to re set my password every time I try to login. It’s BS and I can’t even use the app.
Make your payment via bank check
Yes if you want to make a credit card payment it will take you third-party site… But if you enter your bank account information and have it saved as the future payment option, this app works perfect. Made my payment in seconds. The website was down (always an issue there) so this will be my go to going forward.
Upgrade app
This app should update can able login faster with faceID or touchID iPhone and android faster and guided

Great App
Ignore the reviews from years ago. This app works as needed. Able to view my account and pay the bill. Very quick and responsive. Glad I can do everything I need so easily!
terrible service
I have been waiting for three days for them to reconnect my service and they are just excuses, they call and one of them doesn't answer the calls and they don't even come to the house and I know it's my fault for not paying on time because I forgot, I'm busy and it can happen to anyone, but I think they should be more responsible with the service because it is needed, because they are very active when it comes to collecting money.

Bad app
I have a feeling that ONG might be a small company because their app and website have a budget-friendly vibe. There’s definitely potential here, but this app has been the same for years. It’s not a native app, just a shell of their website. This means that the user experience is not great and the company is saving money. Please invest in your website and apps.

I just got this app. It works great! Super easy. Logged in and paid my bill in no time!
Password says not working
I put the correct one in, changed it now and logged out, says password no good again garbage service app
Could use improvements
I don’t know if they look at these reviews or not, but it is rather annoying having to re-enter my information every time I use the app. Even after checking “Remember me,” it in-fact does not remember me and I have re-enter my password. If a fingerprint or Face ID feature was added like every other utility app has, that would be awesome

Great app. Very informative and intuitive. The app gives me all I want...my usage and compares to previous year, how much do I owe and various ways to pay. Very satisfied customer
Awful
The app is terrible. Signs me out often and the password reset option doesn’t make it to my email. If we’re only allowed to use this company then the process shouldn’t be this difficult. Build a better system.

Best Mobile App
I have been using the app to review my billing history. Signed up for eBill and paid my bill by check. I really impressed with simple steps, thanks ONG!
Convoluted at Best
My gas utility complains about late payments while providing this sorry excuse for a payment system. Did paymentus even hire software dev engineers or was this a school (High) project.
No statements
Unable to view statement without enrolling in email statements. I want a paper statement and be able to view statement in mobile app.

This app is literally 10x harder to use than their actual website. Avoid it!
Reset password every month
This isn’t saving my password. I have to “ change” it every time. Please update the software. Make it work as it should.
Horrible App
I’ve used this app for several years without a problem suddenly something changed …. My login & pin are no longer recognized. At first it took a long time to except my info & I would play around before my info was excepted, now it’s a hot mess! I assume no one is updating the app!
Not for future payments..
I’ve found if you’re wanting to make a payment closer to your due date, the calendar will not set for that. It’s functional if you’re paying within a day or two. Meaning if your pay one isn’t due for 2 weeks, you cannot set the calendar for that.
Mobile app is terrible
I just tried to log into my account on the mobile app and it’s telling me wrong username or password. Seconds later I used that same username and password to log in via desktop. This app is garbage
Will not load
Loved the ease of paying my bill but for the last 2 months the app will not open causing me to go past due - going to uninstall and reinstall / hope this helps
Horrible
The app fails on so many levels. The UI is horrible and many functions do not work. It seems that ONG does not invest in testing before deploying new technologies.
Only works to check bill amount; never able to pay
I've had this app for several months now, and just like the ONG mobile site, I am unable to use it to pay due to an inability to scroll down and select the button to continue and enter payment info. I always reach the point of selecting debit or credit card, but am never able to access anything further. Two stars because the information it provides in the way of usage charts and bill totals is fine, but I don't see any real reason to have this when I am forced to log on to a desktop/laptop in order to pay my bill anyway. Hope to see a fix someday, but I'm not betting on it.
Just use website
I hate that I have to put my login information every time using the app. That was the main point for me getting the app.
