US passport photo rejected
DO NOT PAY THIS APP! I paid this app for US passport photo, and it was rejected at passport application center. They explained why it was rejected (photo clearly did not fit into the template). I had to step out, find Staples 10 min away to get a new photo. fortunately they let me keep my appointment. Now when I created support feedback ticket to the app, they are asking me for documented proof of rejection by passport application center!!

L’application est plutôt très bien faite mais la validation de la photo est vraiment compliqué. De plus vous payez avant de réussir à valider, ce qui oblige à poursuivre ses efforts un certain nombre de fois.

Ça fais plus de 40 fois que j’essaie de faire la photo, j’ai payer en plus …. Il devrai peut-être y intégré des outils pour facilité la validation des photos .
Attention à la conformité des photos mais bon service client

Pratique illégale
Quand le code est utilisé et que la demande est rejetée ou annulée, il est impossible de réutiliser le même code alors que la photo est valable 6mois, même cas si on veut l’utiliser pour plusieurs demandes, donc faut repasser à la caisse, je trouve ça scandaleux et honteux voir de vole et escroquerie.

J’ai pris plus de 30 photos il y avait toujours un problème. J’ai suivi chaque consignes ça n’allait jamais. Je suis allé prendre exactement la même photo sur un autre site et elle était parfaitement conforme. J’ai demandé un remboursement.

Do not recommend
Will not let you upload a photo - makes you take a photo that is lower quality that will not be as focused and blurry because “it passed” they’re system but will not approve electronically directly from the government passport site for renewal. Then they claim you can pay more money to get them printed and shipped to you which also isn’t guaranteed to pass obviously. Then they refuse to give you a refund. Waste of time and money.

Le concept est intéressant mais il vaut mieux aller chez un photographe c’est plus simple et plus rapide. J’ai du recommencer au moins 6 fois la photo, y a toujours un truc qui allait pas.( soit la lumière, soit une ombre, soit la coiffure, quand c’était pas l’un c’était l’autre.
Rapide et facile mais pas automatiquement accepté
Appli super , démarche explicite est très guidée . Mais le coût est à peine moins cher qu’un Photomaton dont la qualité est toute autre . Ma photo d’ID refusée par les services de la préfecture ; pour une photo à moitié floue et un cou pas assez visible (alors que j’ai payé pour la validation par un Expert.

Photos non conservées
J’ai fait des photos sympas, je voulais les commander le lendemain, mais elles avaient disparu de l’app… Ce serait bien qu’il y ait de la mémoire ou a minima prévenir que les photos ne se seront pas conservées

Ik moest een pasfoto hebben voor mijn 80 jarige vader die zelf niet meer goed te been is. Foto gemaakt met iphone met deze app en enkele dagen later 6 pasfoto’s ontvangen via de post. Snelle top service en goedkoper dan bij de fotograaf.

Would give one star app says it can give a free photo will not give you anything unless you first give your email and THEN they say you have to pay for the photo I just took… I can’t even get the raw image I just took to my camera roll without paying it’s a scam don’t download it or use it nothing is free as it claims
Too slow, too expensive.
Three weeks to send out photos is unacceptable. And the quoted price is false advertising because in the end, it still costs $11 for two tiny pictures. Would have given one star, but bumped it to two because the app is actually well done and easy to use.
Still Not Sure
I downloaded the app with hopes of getting my passport photo done. Used the service to take the photo as well as paid additionally to have the photos shipped to me. There is zero tracking numbers on photo shipments, the photos are printed OUTSIDE of the country. I had assumed there was a local company printing and shipping the photos. Still waiting for the second set of photos since the first never arrived. I don’t recommend the app, and I won’t be recommending the app to anyone I know. I would have been better off going to a local place and getting photos taken and printed the same day. Will be deleting the app after I get my photo or refund.
Easy to use
This was a good way to take a digital photo. I had to take 5 to get it right, but it gave useful tips.
Waste of money
Lets you take picture then leads you to believe it is acceptable and asks for payment. THEN find out it is not ok, asks to retake- repeatedly. I must have taken 20 pics. None were approved. Ended up at Staples. Also- extra fee charged for FRANCE payment.
Not worth it
Not really a great service can take ages and despite saying it was passport compliant we had to use a different way of getting photos. Don’t waist your money get it done properly.

Easy to use and good price
WILL NOT WORK TO RENEW YOUR PASSPORT IN US
I used this app because I live in the United States and I needed to renew my passport. I took a photo using the app and they provided me with a passport photo in less than an hour. The photo looks nice but it is worthless, you cannot use it to renew your passport online. When you try to upload the photo, you get an error message saying that the photo isn’t big enough. Afterwards I looked at the photo guidelines on the website, and it says that you can’t use any apps, filters, computer software or artificial intelligence for the photo you submit. So if you want to use this app to renew your US passport, you will only be wasting your money.
Data protection???
This is the second app I tried. The first was honest by telling me that my photo would stay on their server for a month. Deleted that before using it. This one let me proceed then after I went to ‘use photo’ it told be my photo would be reviewed by experts before being sent back to me! How naive do app developers expect the public to be about privacy? Experience with a couple of ‘passport photo’ apps has also revealed a hole in the app permissions system on iOS. When an app says it needs to use the camera, well, obvs. Does that give the app permission to phone home and share your photo with a server that’s probably abroad? No idea and app permissions in iOS doesn’t deign to tell me.

I’ve had multiple photos taken at the photo boths in France. And using this app was way simpler. the pictures were better and it’s an easy app to use. Thank you
No thought whatsoever
Are these guys serious. It has no self timer so you can see your arm stretched out in every photo if you’re doing it by yourself or your body’s off to a weird angle. And it’s only a camera and won’t let you grab a photo from your phone that you were able to take with a self timer so you don’t look like a goof. These people did absolutely no thinking whatsoever
Fraudulent activity
the app has fluctuating prices each time you open it. I opened it once it said $6, then $8, then $11. I don’t like that.
Not quick but it does work
I’ve taken the photo, paid up and now and waiting ……… nothing. After a few hours the photo did appear and the code did work on UK passport site but I think taking your photo would work just as well.
Awesome App!
Living in USA getting the required photo “code” to renew my British Passport was a problem. This App came to my rescue and was so easy to use and within hours I received the photo approval and “code” needed for Gov.com. I highly recommend this App!
Photos do not meet Canadian regulations
Canada will not accept any photos from digital apps like this. There is no stamp of guarantee on the back of the photos. Waste of money
Easy to use but pointless app
Took a photo easy enough then goes to a payment screen where it says to make the image comply with standards which is puzzling as uk government state must be unaltered by any photo editor so not sure on that one However I went to pay but there was an error on processing with natural light beginning to fade I simply took a photo with my iPhone directly on uk passport online application passed first take just follow the guide given on the government site no need for apps that charge your phone already has it for free
