Denied
The photo was denied the first time. $20 for nothing.
False advertising
The app works great until you select same day print in a store. 2 times in a row the app failed to send the photo order on the same day.
Quick and easy
I find it difficult to get around and want to renew my passport. This provided an incredibly easy way to do so. I will have to go back and review and see if it was approved good so far

Perfect Vietnam Visa Photos!

Efficient
Great app, easy and fast.
Didnβt work - $40 wasted
Wouldnβt recommend. Ordered digital and wouldnβt print at CVS. Then placed a new order for them to send request directly and app never sent it through. Waste of time and money
Fast easy simple
Title says it all less than two minutes
Not for Hong Kong
Photo Not Accepted by Hong Kong SAR Online Passport Portal. Still did not work after PhotoAiD attempted to fix.
Best of three I tried
I tried the three highest rated passport photo apps and this is by far the best
Do not use
Awful customer service. They say the prints arrive on 2-3 business days. I ordered on Aug 19th and I still have not received my order that has supposedly been shipped twice. They donβt provide tracking information. Would recommend finding an alternative company
Efficient
Love this app. Was recommended by a friend and I, too, highly recommend to anyone who is crunch for time.
Reject
Photo rejected by passport agency. No way to have photo retaken in app
Fast and easy price fair
Needed a picture right away and was able to print at my local CVS. Amazing. I love the fact that itβs verified.
Scam alert - Do not use this app
Donβt bother using this app. Waste of time and money. They just let AI take over, they literally edited my picture βafterβ reviewing the digital copy. They changed the body of the person in picture that were mailed to me. I had used this app once in past, then it worked out well. I (had taken the printouts myself though) but it seems they have let AI edit the images wildly without any human in the loop
Great app
So this app actually works and they help make your picture better!!! I just got my passport back after like 2 and a half weeks!!! Iβm so happy!!!!
Photo not accepted
I paid 1999 for the photo and it was not accepted for a passport photo says itβs too close to back up from the camera
Great app
Recommend it
Awful
Photo did not meet passport requirements
