Stopped supporting 3.0 devices
This app should be supporting Powerup 3.0 devices by having the Bluetooth drivers added. What a scam to get people to buy overpriced devices. Throw away culture.

Idk why but why cant we just integrate the 3.0 in the app because old 3.0s are now useless
Cannot connect dart 3.0
I try to connect dart 3.0 and it doesn’t show in Bluetooth settings.
Throttle
Hi! I’m having a hard time trying to fly. When I connect the plane, I can’t figure out how to control the throttle! Overall great app!!
Pilots need it!
It is so good I am starting to collect Rc planes and the 4.0 was a great choice next I am going to get the 2.0. One thing you need is controller support wire you tilt your controller to turn the plane. Lastly you need to make a 4.0 dart (shorter version of the 4.0)
Should not be asking for a photo
This is an app for controlling a toy. Why are you asking for a photo? That’s really creepy.

I bought this plane and I was so excited fly it right away. I flew out of my yard. It went. It was twisting in the air. It was so cool right until it landed in my neighbor’s gutters and now I’m standing here, wondering how to get it down I tried, but it just it and it might even break so now I’m here just waiting for wind to knock it down but I don’t think that’s gonna happen until like when I’m it’s like 2 AM so I can’t really do anything
PowerUp 3.0/DART Rudder trim required
I know you added the ability to use the 3.0 and Dart withe the app, however I am unable to trim the rudder via the 4.0 app.
Bug?
Cannot access the hangar without internet connection.
Probably my greatest rc purchase of all time
I have had a power up 4.0 for about 4 years now and it has seen a lot. This plane has flown like 500 feet in the air and lost connection due to high winds, sent into around 10 different power lines, stuck in trees for weeks with rain, and stepped on by a 9 year old. This plane still flies great but I have had to glue the seam in the frame once and replace the foam nose.

This thing is great! But the one problem I have is that the instructions don’t show how to replace a propeller. Now I’m stuck with a hairy plane! If you put how to change a propeller in the instructions I will give freely 5 stars, but until then, this is my review. Other than that, everything is great! Highly recommend.

Do not buy the 3.0 model
There is no app for the 3.0 model that still exists if you bought the 3.0 model your out of luck it does not work with any new app and the old app was taken off the market however if you buy the 4.0 version it does work. Still very disappointed.
I miss the joystick mode

Love the app but it sometimes glitches in mid-flight causing the plane to crash. Please fix this but otherwise a good app 👍👍
GREAT TOY!
If powerup could add a screen lock function so the app doesn’t flip over when you try to turn but overall I might run out of paper soon😂
Bad app
Not only does the plane not last even 15 seconds without draining but you can literally just hold it in your hand and swing it around and it counts as flight time. The plane is also super weak, broke as soon as it landed in grass.
How do you use plans not in the app?
I have no idea how to fly a plane that is not it the app. Please help me.
No sound
I just got this me it looks really cool and downloaded the app. I tried to watch the tutorial videos but the sound is not working. There is no way to control the sound on the video in the app. I already checked my iPad sound and it works, I closed out the app and went back in, and I even powered it off and on. I don’t think it’s a problem on my side I think it is something wrong with the app.
Very Easy to Use
This app is very simple to use and quick to set up. All you need to have is the powerup 4.0 motor and it tells you how to make the plane. Connects to the motor with Bluetooth easily. No problems at all and the control has perfect sensitivity and is very easy to fly compared to some other drones on the market. Would recommend.
Can’t connect to plane
I followed the instructions online EXACTLY and yet when I get to the app screen with “Find My Plane” I tap the button and nothing happens. The button is fully unresponsive. I have restarted my phone, turned off and on the plane, and yet nothing. My partner also downloaded the app and tried on his phone and he had the same issues. So disappointing.
Almost perfect.
Love everything about the power up kit and the app... except for the lack of a flight stick. Having to to use the accelerometer to control the plane is cumbersome, especially when you have to use a tablet such as an iPad. Make an on screen flight stick on of the controls please.
Great products, some suggestions!
This is one of my favorite toys, I have both a 3.0 and a 4.0. I have no complaints at all (hence the 5 stars), but I do have some suggestions for how to make a near perfect product even better! 1. Bring back the dart/3.0 platform! It’s really nice to have a little slow flier in addition to the big fast 4.0. 2. Add the ability to make custom control schemes. 3. Make it possible to put custom designs in your personal hanger, it would really promote the design process. Otherwise thank you all excellent products!
Can’t sign up
Sign up goes into some weird cycle whereby it flashes and deletes what I type in for name. So no way to sign up. No way to use app. Worthless.
Good customer service
UPDATE: Customer service has been responsive and they are sending me a new powerup free of charge. Updating to 4 stars. Previous review: After downloading latest firmware 1.16.2 the plane will not connect to my iPhone. Very disappointing Christmas present for my son. If I find a fix or customer service gets back to me, I will update my rating. I expect it to be a lot of fun if we get it to work. I followed all of the online “first time connecting” instructions exactly with no success. Hoping there is a quick and easy solution.
Awesome, missing some features
Flies great! The flight telemetry talked about in the Kickstarter campaign and the auto loop are not (yet) in the app, but the app is otherwise great!

The product was to hard to control and would to go were I told it. now it is in the water

Fun and nice with my powerup 4 I just received from the KS. Would you consider MFI gamepad support so we could fly with something more accurate than touch control and miving the phone around ? That would be amazing.
