Great device!!
I love my TOYBOX . I have been using it over a year now and just got a second one. It may not have the versatility of my bambulab H2C but it’s a solid machine. It prints most files smoothly that don’t even need sanding. Of course some files print rougher and with errors. Not usually the fault of the printer. It’s easiest use so I can teach my 5 and 7 year old grandchildren to use it with minimal help. A great variety of files on the site and you can import some or make your own with the provided software. I use it and my H2C constantly. You won’t be disappointed if you just read the directions it’s easy to
HORRIBLE
I’ve had this printer for 2 years and it’s been a waist of time and money because they over price there printer food and printers my friend got one literally the size of 5 of the TOYBOX baseplate even if u wanna get this as a starter printer don’t because most of the time all the prints that I make fail mark your days TOYBOX

There were a lot of glitches and it’s annoying that u have to pay for stuff when some people of strict parents or don’t have that kind of money
Good printer but small for its price
It can print quality things but isn’t that much as it is quite small.

The app overall is really cool however it will keep telling me it can’t reach the TOYBOX Parrott and to close the app and try again yet every time I do that it says the exact same thing

It wont let me upload my own model so that i can print it i have tried multiple models from different sites also the actual printers they sell have tiny printer beds the only thing i could give it for granted is that its beginner friendly thats it

There so much stuff I can print and I love it I think it’s great but one problem is that sometimes my prints will start off normal but then go to werid like lines everywhere
Guys ONLY buy for beginners
Guys only buy this if you are a beginner just get a bambulab a1 they can print so much bigger and they have like a same app and they are like the same price!!!
Printing speed problems
I like this and it’s a great 3d printer for a beginner. Ive made many things with it, but there are many problems that come along with it. I usually figure these out, but a new problem I can’t find out a way to fix has come up. Printing speed. Some prints will make the 3d printer print way too fast to the point when it goes to add on a certain area of it it lifts up the print. I have done many things like trying to clean the printing bed to make it more sticky for the print, but it still doesn’t work. This problem has happened with multiple prints and is very annoying, considering the fact that toybox straight up restricts the edit button that supposedly lets you change the print speed for all the prints I need to change the speed on.
Best. 3d printer. Ever!

It’s ok for kids
I thought the printer was going to be big but it wasn’t. But because I had it I downloaded the app and it was easy to set up. So after a while I got bored of the things on the actual app and tried to send files to make my own. 3MFs and ZIP files don’t work only STLs worked and since it’s a kids printer, basically nothing worked from the files except a few things. Overall, it’s an ok product but I would honestly prefer something a little more advanced and with more variety and less useless things. It’s also a waste of money just for the printer. For $230 you get 1 spool with the printer, terrible quality, and a terrible app. But for $70 more you can get a Bambu Lab for about $300, but it’s bigger and way better to use. For example, if you were to use the Toybox app, you can’t find anything useful, but for the Bambu Lab you can find almost anything. A Bambu Lab is what I call a 3D Printer.

TOYBOX is cool
TOYBOX as over half of the stuff work but the other half is easy to break and has poor design.
Needs improvement
Connects to printer ok but really slow to search for designs and often unresponsive. Needs a feedback option on each design as some designs just don’t work, disappointing when you’ve been printing for over an hour to find the design hasn’t worked or doesn’t attach to the rest of the design.
App and Printer
The app is good, but the printer itself is iffy. When you make something as big as you can on the app, it only prints 2/3 of the size out. Also it takes way too long to print out something. It took 2 hours to print something that is less than 3 inches

😐Bro is kicking me out
I spend 17 days working on a toy thats a picture and a phone stand along with some figures for a home made board game and it makes me wait for 25 minutes then deletes everything, its not my my phones age, even though the screen is so small that i make spelling mistakes, i had to restart my account because toy box got my password in a data leak, also, my 3-D printer is the same brand as this app, so shouldnt i get something out of that?!! Im gonna rate you 1 untill you fix the rage bait.😡😤🤬👿😾😭

App is full of bugs
The app is full of bugs and doesn’t load the selections of prints. So choosing can be a right pain and to be fair my daughter has now lost interest in the printer. Pity as there is a lot of potential and when it works it’s actually fun

it’s so easy to use it’s really fun to pick out your own toy and create one too I love this app. It’s easy to use. other 3-D printing brands are so complicated. I would 100% recommend this to you.
Terrible
On create import file every time it just says please try again but doing that 20 times doesn’t work terrible quality and when the printer starts and stops printing it make an exteremly loud sound

Almoast every printer has has a time where it just came out as string. My printer literly jammed and the food wont come out. And i think my printer is broken. (P.S, does the toybox alpha 3 come with a free unclog thing?) FIX YOUR QUALITY. 0.9 stars.

I like the app I think the printers are overpriced and bad but they are simple and so is the app so I like it P.S pepperdeamon123 I am 10 and I can use the import function and I think it is level one 3D printing all you have to do is go on thingiverse or wherever you get your files from that you don’t design and download it to files on iPad and name it and add it to downloads and go thetoybox app and on import click on the file. Also I’m not calling you out I just wanted to help :)

You updated the import system and you think a four yr old can use it? I’m eleven and I can’t figure out how the heck your supposed to use it I don’t see how you expect a four yr old to use it. This used to be a child friendly app and it’s been changed to something that even parents barely figure out so you can change it back because nobody will ever learn how to use this terrible mechanic

This is the best starter for when you want to 3D Print. Its very cheap, i have an alpha one i got a couple of years ago and its prices are PERFECT! A Bambu Lab costs usually $500, but the ToyBox Alpha One costs $300, however, on the app, theres not much, unless you check makerworld. Makerworld has STL files that can be imported on to here when you make your first account, there is also a 20% off coupon to send to people, like your friends!
If I could give no stars I would
Avoid this product as they don’t support it especially when there are problems with the printer. Customer support is dismal and they don’t reply in a timely fashion.
