Pure is the best ever
I could not be more pleased with the proactive approach that Pure takes with its customers. Great service and very reasonable cost considering the services provided . I’m a very happy customer!
Buggy! Useless
The app will not allow me to login without an error saying “Wrong email or password”. However, I can login using a web browser with the same email and password without issue. No matter how many times I reset the password or try the app always gives me an error. I deleted the app as role reinstalled it. Nothing works.

Member privileges make app special
I find that the self service features of this app make transacting with PURE really easy (accessing auto ID cards, paying my bills, etc) but it’s the member privileges that really set PURE apart. When I was stranded in the side of the road, PURE’s roadside assistance feature got me out of trouble. PURE’s Art Spotlight has come in handy when shopping unfamiliar artists. I also like the home buying report.
Buggy app
Puts me in the doom loop of constantly logging in, getting a verification code and then doing it again. Called Pure, said they are aware but to just use a web browser.
Can’t log on
Site message said due to upgrade my password had to be changed. I changed it and successfully logged on. I then logged off and tried to logged again without success; had to change password again to log on. Tried this process several times and it always requires me to change password.
Won’t allow storing of password in my iCloud password manager.

Super easy way to access key information!
When I started using this I couldn’t believe an insurance company could make it so easy to engage with them. I may not need this a lot, but when I do, it’s great that it’s so frictionless to get my insurance docs, use their tools, and pay my bill.
Not an app
You can change the contrast, so there’s that, but nothing else. Update: Developer thinks I’m their secretary
Underwhelmed
Trying to pay my bill online through the app and it won’t allow it. It’s telling me I need to pay more than my most recent invoice. It’s not clear why that would be. I’m not sure that PURE is going to be the right company for me.I have reservations about a company that can’t process an online payment being able to appropriately process a claim. Then again maybe I’m in the wrong demographic. Perhaps they’re looking for people who are more comfortable in the paper-based world. From other reviews I suspect I will get a response of a link to follow up to try to clarify this issue. Please don’t send me that. That is unhelpful. What I really want is the app to be able to function the way it should in the first place.
Garbage
This app is garbage and fully bug ridden. Not only does it not use keychain passwords when you do get your credentials entered it give all kinds of weird failure prompts. The it fails just by going back to try again even before you hit enter. Now it keeps saying “no internet connection” incorrectly. Useless and this has been the case for months.
Never works when I need it
Can’t ever get the Auto ID to access or download when I need it. I tried using the text contact option to get help and it merely takes you to a blank text message addressed to no one.
Can’t log in - Bad first time user experience
I just created an account and I can’t log in. I’m 100% sure I put in the correct password because I pasted directly from my password manager. When I try to reset my password, it sends me an email with a link that takes me to…. a login screen. Please log in with your password to reset your password.
Logging in never works
Since I’ve been a customer, I’ve never been able to login using the app whereas the web portal always works. The app indicated the the email/password were wrong but they work on the portal. I’ve deleted and installed the app many many time on iPhone and iPad to no luck. Sorry, deleting the app
Possibly worst app ever
This is the first review I’ve ever written regarding an app. I can’t login, even though my credentials work on the website. Customer service can’t get me in touch with tech support. They repeatedly tell me to reset password and reinstall app…..they might as well be telling me to reboot my phone! Useless!!!!!
Telling me to update but none available
Every time I try to open the app it tells me there’s a newer version available and to update now. The App Store is not showing an available update and deleting/reinstalling is not fixing it. The pop-up notice does not give me a choice to ignore the update and use the existing version I have installed, so this is now completely useless.
Poor performance
Have had to reinstall several times, and when it finally runs it doesn’t load my policies.
