Apple health connection
Why not just import all the apple health data?
Awesome (but waiting for improvements to Nutrition)
This app has helped me stay on track with my health goals, and it’s part of my daily routine! The only area that’s a bummer is the nutrition section. If you’re a very active female and intermittent fasting is not recommended for you, there is no way to score highly in the nutrition section since the only measure in fasting and with no focus on nutritional content. I’m looking forward to an update in that area, hopefully soon! Everything else about the app is awesome though!!
Disappointing
It doesn’t sync workouts. It takes 1 week to give a report, which I found to be a very basic report.
Meh
Nothing special so far, and how do You get it to stop asking you to send/ connect with a friend? Very annoying.
Slow your rate of aging
Fantastic app for longevity—it helps me to gamify my positive habits to try and reverse aging. I use a Garmin watch, not a whoop, and so this app helps use my Health data in a similar way.
Cannot Sign in with Apple
Tried several times, it’s broken. Unable to use app as a result. Privacy is crucial for health apps.
App good
Referral system bad. Subscription too expensive. Data cool. Health info good. Very engaging. Cool animation. Very science. Very motivating.
Used to be Great. Glitchy Now.
I used to use this app regularly, and took several months off. I reinstalled it recently, and it's been so disappointing by freezing, taking ages to load, not completely loading, and simply shutting down. I couldn't even keep it open long enough to submit feedback on the app. My version is up to date, as is my iOS. It's a great idea for an app that used to be great, and now I'm just bummed.
Animations annoying
Have to wait for animations you see over and over again. Terrible design. Give me control!!!!
Very motivating
Love it,I use this App since it came out. I only have one suggestion, it needs some sort of freeze your score button . Time limited would be ok , for days in the hospital , traveling long distance or equipment-watch or iphone beak down ,which happened to me and and makes You age instantly and start all over .
Horrible
According to this app I’m aging at a rate of 1 year per month. I’m 50 years old so I guess I’ll be dead in a couple years? This is consumer fraud once again. DO NOT GET THIS APP!
Why is 4 meals a day unhealthy
I like this app, but how are 4 smaller meals a day within a fasting window unhealthy?
No updates in months
Very laggy recently and no updates in months. It seems the app may have been abandoned.
Blood Tests
I upgraded to the Pro level, only to find out that I have to either upload or manually input my blood tests. All my blood work is in Apple Health. It would be much more worth the very expensive subscription price if the app could pull my blood work automatically from Apple Health.
5 Stars
I’m really enjoying the little “jobs” the app creates to rake in more points. I also enjoy all the different aspects they cover regarding mind, body, and mental health . Keep it going guys. Great job’ will upgrade soon;)
Overpriced
This is a nice application but it’s overpriced. It’s not worth $60 a year. They give you a free 3 months if you share with friends but only one time. Why would I waste my time doing that?
Brilliant…but
I love this app, I love the high definition graphics, the attention to detail even the sounds are brilliant. I had to take a star off because although I’m more than willing to pay premium, I simply can’t afford £49.99 upfront like that, monthly little chunks would be so much easier OR offer a free trial with various payment options in the subscription menu. Apart from that everything is flawless and I really hope to upgrade sometime soon.
Import contacts?
I got this app today. It asks if I want to share my journey with friends. I click no when it asks to share contacts yet it still brings them in and there’s no way to get past this screen. I even force closed the app and same this. I very carefully selected NO to import contacts and still did and then asked me who I wanted to share this with. Not cool especially considering the app is about $200 annually.
Not abandoned, but seems abandoned
I’m a premium subscriber and I like what’s in the app today, which is why it gets 3 stars. However, the app feels lacking in support and basic functionality. For instance, as a premium subscriber the “feedback” option is and always has been greyed out in my settings. I also can’t do simple quality of life things like add a profile picture outside of Facebook of all things in 2022. The only thing I’ve seen the team add in the last while has been simple functionality for businesses to onboard their teams. Here’s to hoping for some quality of life improvements and basic innovation for individual users sometime in the next 12 months.
Probably the only good fitness app
It’s literally the only thing I consistently check and update. The gamification of it makes it fantastic to use.
Don’t waste your money!
I’ve had this app now for about 2 years and have been keeping track of all of the information generated based on my activity, mood, nutrition etc. I have always paid particular attention to my aging. I’m currently 56, will turn 57 in 2 weeks. For the past SEVERAL months my biological age as registered less than my true age as I eat right and exercise 6 days a week. For the past couple of months my biological age has been 56.2, which is about .8 less than my real age. Suddenly 2 days ago it said my biological age is 58! There has been absolutely no change in my activity, nutrition, mood or any of the other parameters used. How can this be? It’s obviously a scam. I’m about to turn 57 so they raise my biological age to keep using this piece of junk! I’m cancelling my premium membership! Buyer beware!
Absolutely love this health app
Genuinely love this app, it’s user friendly it’s rewarding and has a simple to use interface. I have a fair few health apps but this one is one of my favourites. My only criticism is that to have a premium account it’s billed yearly, I would love to upgrade but would only consider doing so if I was billed monthly but that’s just me I’m sure many people would pay the yearly price £49.99. Either way I still love the features of the free account I don’t get to see my aging process which is what it’s advertised as but it helps me check in with my well-being.
Paid subscription $60? No trial? One year subscription is the only option? No way!! I’m waiting.
First of all great concept, and absolutely lots of potential here. Jumping on the AI train early on gives you seniority as things expand. That said, mind you, I haven’t purchased a subscription, how am I supposed to know if this is worth paying for a full year at five dollars a month upfront without even experiencing what it has to offer in the full version? **^^^ If the developer supposedly open to suggestions, then why at least one year later is it still an outrageous subscription fee? And why a year later are the issues that I see the same as the ones from a year before? That doesn’t sound like too many customer facing improvements are happening. ** ^^^ Originally, I was going to say wait until they learn their lesson and they bring their price point down or offer more subscription, options and trials. However, seeing that nothing has changed since people left the same types of reviews over a year ago… I wouldn’t hold out too much hope. That alone makes me second-guess paying $60 to use this thing for a year when the reviews are the same. The AI train is just getting out of the station worldwide… There are going to be millions and millions of AI apps that are free and/or offer trials and levels of subscriptions or one time payment that will equal probably 1/8 of what they’re trying to charge yearly…
Great App but…
I actually like this app but not good enough for me to cough up $40 for a year’s subscription. Too bad they don’t have monthly subscription options
Best overall health tracking
Has the core habits that you should be tracking everyday. Great visuals. It’s still a pretty new app, but it’s coming along nicely. First critique is that it needs the ability to add rest days. It’s pretty unrealistic to expect everyone to exercise hard everyday. Second critique is the ability to edit the step goal. If I cycle 20 miles, I get 0 step credit for that. Also 20,000 steps a day is a lot. I run and walk a lot, and get 10-15k. 20,000 is way to much for most people.
Expensive garbage
It does nothing useful and gives no more helpful advice than you could read in less than a paragraph, and it’s common sense anyway. But the developers are smart. You don’t get a free trial. You pay $60 upfront and they’ve got your money, and you’re stuck with this useless piece of expensive garbage. Their advertising is clever. They reeled me in and I fell for it hook, line and sinker. Now they’ve got my money. Beware of ANY app that doesn’t offer you a few days free trial. Chances are it’s utter junk, like this app.
Add rest days
I would give 5 stars if I could just the rest days or easier days missing as I don’t think is right to do workout every day in your life
App sorta works as long as you stay up constantly on data
I’ve been using Humanity for about a year and really enjoyed the tracking of healthy habits. The app does not work unless you have mobile/data coverage and i frequent areas that are without connectivity. You can go back and enter the data but I’m not sure that it registers in the algorithm. My average H score is 80-90+ and the app still has my aging rate as fast so that seems a little buggy. This app does instill some good habits but really gives little insight into WHY your aging rate is fast. Top H score for other users is 93, mine is 90 for the last 30 days, and my aging rate is still fast.
Waiting….
This app is promising. I like how it sets up daily practices you can choose to do for points. I think it will be motivating. But a few things I’m already frustrated with. 1) If you accidentally add incorrect information, for example, too many meditation minutes, there is no way to correct. 2) there is no free trial nor a monthly subscription option. I’m simply not willing to put out money for a yearly subscription without any way to try out premium. Give me a free trial or at least give me the option to buy just a month. 3) They appear to have been promising improvements to the nutrition section for a very long time, particularly the ability to add type of food. Is that still coming, and if so, when? 4). There’s nowhere it breaks down how you earned your points or how many points you can earn for different levels of completion. For example, how many points did I earn for 10 min of meditation? Would I earn more if I did 15 minutes? No idea. There’s no way I would pay for a premium subscription with the current state of the app. But with some improvements, probably.
Nice
So nice app
I thought this was a health app, not a trailer for an action movie
I can’t figure out how to turn off the sound effects, so that I’m not blasted with bells and whooshes every time I try to click on anything in the app. It’s unbearably obnoxious, especially since, more often than not, when I’m using my phone, I’m also listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks.
Very cool app but could use more
Awesome app and very motivating but I wish that you could include custom goals even if they didn’t earn you points. People have different health goals and having one app to track them in would be very useful.
Deceptive
To get any of the benefits one has to subscribe, but the only option is an annual subscription. According to the App Store there is a monthly subscription but the app makers have made it impossible to get anything but an annual subscription.
Seems neat but…
I’m going to test it for a bit and see if I want to continue, but the immediate push for premium before I’m thirty seconds into the app makes me think anything useful is going to be behind a paywall and I’ll just keep getting annoying messages to upgrade before I even have a chance to decide if it’s worth it.
Great App
It’s a great way to keep up with what you eat, your activities, and your moods. Almost like a weight loss app but with extras. It’s a little pricy but so far it’s a good app.
Poor design
Downloaded your app two different times in the last year or so. Couldnt get by the cell phone verification page both time. Entered manually.
Pretty Good
It’s a fun app but I don’t think it’s very accurate in terms of revealing the progress of aging. But it is a decent motivator to engage in healthy habits. I spend a lot of time playing singles tennis, walking, taking saunas, engaging in intermittent fasting and I’m in WAY better shape than your average 40-year old, much less people my age, yet it comes to the conclusion that I’m only 6 months fitter than the average 67-year old. It’s nonsense, but the app is still perhaps worth the subscription.
Not Sure
Heard good things about the app. It said it was compatible with a number of wearables. I assumed Fitbit would be one since it’s been around longer than most. Unfortunately it only works with the Apple Health app. Fitbit doesn’t sync with the Health app. I have the other app to sync data from Fitbit to the Health app but it doesn’t sync all data to be used with this app. Would have been good to know before dishing out the $50 for the yearly membership. I’ll see how well it works this way but I think I only got excited to then just be disappointed.
Slow as molasses and buggy
I like the app. It basically gamifies anti-aging which I’m here for. Wish an update would become available soon.
Very very nice app and very easy to use
I love it
Fraudulent subscription
Do not SUBSCRIBE!! I was suspicious and clicked deliberately on monthly subscription and was automatically subscribed for a year!! This app is a scam!!! Avoid.
Love it except for one thing
I absolutely love this app it makes being healthier like a game. The only thing is please add volleyball as an option for a workout. I can’t wear my watch while playing but I’m not able to accurately track it through this app because of volleyball not being an option.
Age…?
Why mark the app 4+ if you can’t properly participate unless you’re 18 or older?
Would be great except for nutrition
I love this app but I feel penalized because I don't participate in intermittent fasting. The latest research shows that there is no advantage to time-limited eating over simple calorie restriction so I don't see why I should be penalized in my score for this. (Even worse, the only kind of fasting that gives credit is a 14 hour daily fast. Why?) What would really be appreciated would be an option to record some kind of calorie restriction as an alternative to fasting (I do read that some kind of dietary data other than fasting will be incorporated.) Also, an Apple Watch complication would be a no-brainer. (Additional: Something seems very off. My average H score is 89 and it says my aging is reversing and it's been that way for six weeks but my biological age never budges. That seems like a contradiction?)
Very entertaining and simple
I love this app the sounds and colors in the app keep me focused on my goals. Fun app for anyone of any age.
Subscription price misleading
The subscription is displayed in a way that makes it look like a monthly subscription, which I didn’t mind as it was less than $5. I was surprised to receive a $49.99 charge to my card, something that I can’t justify on an app with no free trial and all features hidden behind a paywall. I’ve requested a refund.
Best of its kind, needs iPad app
Easy and simple to use and be consistent with on a daily basis. Would be useful to have an app / widget for my iPad (which sits in my kitchen) and the ability to bypass the animation which happens on open, which currently delays me updating yesterday’s results in each morning
Algorithm changed
I’ve been loving this app and was an early adopter and it was one of the reasons I changed my routine and am now working every day. My rate of aging has been reverse for months until around aug 14th and all of a sudden my aging went to fast aging forward. I did really nothing different except less waking but more weight lifting and other activities. There is no way, unfortunately to yell why the aging went from full reverse to aging fast.. so my only theory is that algorithm changed and support hasn’t provided the reason.
It’s just okay
This app has the potential to be very innovative. After using it I noticed the app itself is a little clumsy. The interface could be smoother and there’s so much detail it almost feels bloated. After getting to my age it wasn’t that effective at giving me a definite answer. Instead a lot of the actual data it gives you is very vague, not really giving feedback on your results. However, that being said it might be a good app if you want to log in your habits and try to a achieve a goal. The app doesn’t actually calculate your biological age though.
