Edit: I watch all ads you throw at me but now … I’m listening to my music and all of a sudden music stops & ad starts talking … LOUDLY. If your app is silenced so should your ads be. Sadly, I’ve stopped playing multiple times a day and even skip a few days now .. oh well something better will show up I LOVE (not so thrilled these days) this app & play multiple times daily. To those who complain about ads … I just wonder why you think it should be completely free to play? When you all start doing your jobs for no pay, only then should you expect ad free games.
Love the game but it keeps freezing
I been playing this game for awhile and I love it but lately it has been freezing and crashing and it’s really irritating I tried to contact support but the button won’t take me anywhere or pull anything up.
Freezing
I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for a while. But it often has some kind of glitching to it. I have had the same issues that others are reported where all of my tiles get wiped away. But most recently, the game is now freezing where I have to restart the game multiple times during one turn and it is affecting my streaks and for some of the timed stuff, the outcome. I am a paid member and considering canceling my membership. Constantly having to restart and watching it affect my game is not fun
Crash and Ad city
This game crashes so much it’s hard to play. And you end up watching multiple ads per game while waiting for other players. It’s a fun game, just wish both of those would go away.

I have been playing this game for over 2 years. I looked past the increase ads and etc but now the game is just unplayable It freezes and crashes. I can not do it anymore. I thought it would get fixed after complaints are logged by other players but nope. It was good while it last. I almost had 1k days on the wordle. 🤷🏽♀️
What a waste of time. Gross political party supporters
This game is so fun. I’ve played this for a long time, off and on. But it’s getting very weird. Some of the hints are extremely political and obvious. What sucks is, it’s such a fun game and I use it to escape. But whoever is in charge of making the hints are sneaking in their disgusting beliefs. I’ve shared and played this games with multiple people in my lives, and they started getting them before I did, then I started seeing it and tried to ignore and play along. Over it. Please advertise what you’re doing so people like me know not to support it.
Way too many ads
This game would be really fun but it has way too many ads. I get that you need them, but I can’t get through one game without 10 ads, that’s just ludicrous. You could have way more downloads and players if you scaled back the ads.
Way, WAY too many ads
I love the game but will delete for the 2nd time. I truly don’t mind (and understand) some ads & will watch for extra time & rewards, but interrupted constantly while during a game!!!???!!! Right in middle of thought process - ruins fun & mood. :( It’s terrible. $2.99 to remove adds just for one day!?!

Had for 10 mins and saw 20+ ads & that is not the worse of it- ad at the top of the page (in addition to ads between every play) BLOCKS clues at the top. Tried shrinking the “board”, moving, rotating my screen…. Nothing would provide the very top line. Did I bother with support? NO, with reviews from over 4yrs ago that should not be an issue that needs assistances…..

The game is starting to get buggy and it’s bugging out a whole lot to the point it’s making my phone glitch constantly buggy today it needs a update I have plenty of space in my phone like around 100gb but it’s just lagging and buggy don’t don’t forget about the ads that consistently pop up but it’s a great game teaching me more about the game and it’s addictive to me but the game is good and this is by an actual person not a bot

Ads make the game virtually unplayable
The game is fun but the constant 30-90 seconds long ads after every task made this app horrible! It’s buggy too so you’ll be sitting there waiting for the skip option to come up and it just doesn’t. It’s gotten to the point where closing out the app and going back in is faster than waiting for the ad to be over.

Fun… when it works
Been playing for a while now and recently the game will freeze and I have to close my whole phone down and then try and restart it again, only for it to do it repeatedly. Hopefully, the developers will fix this problem.
I want to give you 5 stars, I really do
My problem is that I cannot support an icon, or a picture of, people holding signs, in apparent protest, but know that Wordgrams calls it a riot. No. No. No. We can never ever confuse or conflate the two. I don’t like it, and keep seeing it. I really do like this game.

Glitchy and paid for streaks
This game is fine, simple, and very glitchy. At the beginning of each turn after I place my letters, it will wipe them all off and I’ll have to start over again. There was one game where it said I lost in the middle of the game and wiped out my streak. I ended up winning that game, but still had streak of zero. With regard to the streaks, people pay to keep them, so they really are no good and no fun to compete against.
Fun game but the ADS
The ads are so frequent they make the game almost unplayable. I do enjoy the game itself, so I was going to pay to remove the ads, only to see it’s a subscription rate to do so? No, thanks. I’ll just find a different game.
Game not running

Always freezes =deleted
After your first turn, the entire screen freezes. No other choice but to close the app completely. Sad because it looks like a lot of fun. I liked that it was full-screen.
Button removed
Why have you removed the button in each game that allows you you watch an ad for 5 coins? Very irritating that you have done this.

Fun to play but has a lot of ads and kills your battery fast. My phone starts to get hot after playing for about 25 minutes.

Waaaaaaaay too many ads
I get that there would be ads if I don’t want to subscribe but there is at least one extended ad after EVERY turn and multiple ads while navigating the game. It’s a fairly fun game but the ads are way too tedious so I’m going to delete it unfortunately.

When you pay for ad free, it’s not. A free spin should be free, not watch an ad to collect. Even paid for ad free and still had to watch ads to collect. Your game is amazingly fun, and I’m done watching the massive amounts of ads just to play, even after paying for ad free game play.
Has a bug please fix
Was a great game until a few days ago every time I open the app it freezes after one round. I have to shut down my phone and reset open app again same thing happened. I otherwise enjoy playing the game. Please fix or I will have to delete the app

Love playing this game! I would have given it five stars, but my iphone gets very hot playing it. Finally decided after months of playing to delete it. Really sad as I don’t think there’s another app that is similar to Wordgrams. ☹️
