Great tool
The app is user friendly and is updated on a regular basis. The trip calculator is great to help plan rides. There are ways to locate file anywhere d gas and other amenities.
Lacking the basic
Can’t even find nearby gas or parking.

How often are updates made. An indication on the map it when you sign in would be nice to know. Keep up the good work Kevin S.
Shuts off sharing on its own
Love the app. Sometimes when I am riding it stops sharing with people that I turned on before I left and then I have to go back in and turn them on again. That should not happen. Stop with all of the pop up messages while driving. I have to stop and clear them off the screen to see the trail. Yes I am running the most up to date version.
Permit hooder
The app works good but I don’t believe you should be charged $4.99 to use it when I just paid $301.50 for a permit that should be included, no questions. I don’t think it would break you to include it for tye permit fee. It is all just digital anyways

ITG map improvement ideas
- revise colours of yellow and green to offer better differentiation - line differences to clearly show road running vs trails -allow each club to add relevant real time info about trails, conditions or issues that riders need to be aware of. Ie Amazon drivers stuck on trails, washouts, fallen trees . Transparency will go along way with the ridership. - allow clubs to tag trail bosses to the trails they maintain for use at club level only
Go snowmobile app review
The app was way better quality last year before the $3.99 annual fee. The app should look at the BRP go app and update to show where you are in relation to the trail system. Thanks
My personal opinion on upgrades to make easier to route plan and follow said routes
One thing that could be better is a better way to incorporate a route searchable route from your current location to your full end point instead of section by section with a end point address for example more like normal gps systems so it’s easier to do a quick reference on the trail for those of us that don’t have built in screens or gps that have to bring out there phone at curtain points to confirm there going the right way as the trail for those that aren’t familiar with the area can get easily lost or take the wrong direction before having to turn back or simply miss the small signs and go past there intended trail Anyways like I was saying a better way displaying your trip destination with a turn by turn referencing would be amazing even though this is better then nothing it could still be better and maybe you could base it off of google maps platform I’d be willing to pay slightly more for that type of system as I could wear an ear bud or helmet mounted mic and speaker to hear turn by turn direction Just my personal observation I’m just not fully excited by having to download each section on a long trip Thank you for your work though either way!!

Out of cell coverage acknowledgment
The need to acknowledge when you go out of cell coverage is irritating. The notification covers the screen when you are using if navigating and doesn’t disappear until you select ok. You need to stop, take off your glove and select ok for it to clear the screen. First world problem? Yes. Necessary? No.
Needs work
This will be the sixth year using this subscription map service and every year I have asked for the app to more closely mirror that of iMotoneige . Snow depth layering, time since last grooming, and a boat load of additional data need to be added. At a minimum the ability to submit hazards would help a lot of users..

Is there some way to set it to track up
The BRP app is better for tracking
Used it a couple times and is great for trail openings and I use the BRP app for tracking.

I have found this app very accurate I can really get excellent detail information when I need it
Very limited
Unless you pay for the app the map is useless because it doesn’t show where you are or any detail.
Landscape bug
I have found a bug in the app, every time I open the app in landscape mode The app will turn to portrait mode and then it will stay locked there. This is a big problem when using your phone or iPad mounted to your snowmobile in landscape mode. Please fix this ASAP!

So So at this point. Maybe 2.5 stars if I could.
Currently having issues with the app locking up with the “Is your experience with this app positive” box. Can’t select yes or no….. or open the app beyond this point. I’ve tried closing the app, and also restarting my phone without any luck…. Hopefully this is fixed asap as we may be heading back out to ride from Searchmont to WaWa. Up to this point the app has worked decent. Though it did lock up on me when out in the bush without any cell service for a while one day. Normally we ride in D13, and where we stay most of the time we don’t have any cell or wifi service. This is the first season I have had the newer version I guess I’ll call it due to the restrictions that were in place for covid…. I last had the previous version for the ‘19-‘20 season. Never had any issues at all with that version (pay only) compared to this one with the upgradeable free app. And yes, I upgraded. Another hope is that the tracked rides will be saved/ transferred to future versions. I tracked some short cuts across lakes for future reference.
Great App
This is a great resource to know if the trails in your destination area are open or not. Also great to be able to see gas, food locations.
Wifi/carrier message blocks screen
I’ve been using the app for a couple years now, mounting my phone above my dash. Lately I get going and a few 100 yards in a message block pops up to warn me about data usage. Great, thanks. But warn me before I start moving. The block takes up half the screen and with my gloves on I can’t clear it until I stop and remove my gloves. Annoying.
Not All inclusive
After buying a sled, insuring it, licensing it, buying an expensive trail pass it’s a unfortunate that you must pay for additanal features with this app.. if the app is not tied to ofsa it should be.

Fantastic to find yourself, mapping a route with mileage is easy.
Zoom problem
Very helpful. But I Do Not like that when you zoom a name to read it, it disappears
Update and give more info.
Clubs need to remap every season. Changes are not made quick enough. More detailed background map showing all services is needed, not just the ones who pay to be advertised. All other known roads and lakes shown and named. All private property should be shaded as such and trails specially marked when on private property. Thanks AC+YA
