This app is great. But, I have 2 issues that I’m struggling. Limited amount to send and card saved in the payment option. Card saved option can’t edit. I hope you can get fixed soon. Thanks.
Fixing problems
This app is not comfortable and it’s hard to new users When you want to back there is no bottom to back. Also when save a cards and receipts you can’t delete it no option to delete or edit information. I recommend the paysii developers have to change some bottoms and add new bottoms like deleting card and receipts profile edits

Terrible service.
Terrible service. My money has been pending for hours, and customer service is unreachable. This keeps happening. Very frustrating and unreliable. I do not recommend Paysii.

Using this application in Africa
This application is really easy and it helped me much. It’s first and reliable. But it also be helpful using it in Africa. I travel a lot to Nairobi Kenya and I have family and relatives in Somalia. Every time am in Nairobi it doesn’t work.
They don’t have control over their system.
PaySii is one of the worst money-transfer apps I have ever used. I had a very serious and unacceptable experience with their service. I sent money through the PaySii app and entered the correct recipient information. However, their system sent my money to the wrong person. I have screenshots showing exactly what information I entered, and I provided those screenshots to PaySii as evidence that the mistake was not mine. Despite this proof, PaySii told me that the money had already left their system and that there was nothing they could do about it. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to be a problem with their system, they initially tried to blame me for entering incorrect information—even though my screenshots clearly show that I entered the correct information. This is extremely concerning for a company that handles people’s money. If a customer enters the correct recipient information but the company’s system sends the funds to someone else, the customer should not be held responsible for that error. PaySii should investigate what happened, determine why their system sent my money to the wrong recipient, and make every reasonable effort to recover or reimburse the funds. Simply saying, “The money already left our system, so there is nothing we can do,” is not an acceptable response when the transaction was processed incorrectly. Customers need to know that when they send money, it will actually reach the person whose information they entered. If PaySii cannot guarantee that—or cannot properly investigate and correct a transaction when its own system makes an error—that raises serious concerns about the reliability of the service. I have kept screenshots and documentation of the transaction and my communications with PaySii. I am asking PaySii to take responsibility, properly investigate this transaction, and return the money that was sent to the wrong person through no fault of mine. Don’t use this app!!!!

This is the best and the easiest low fee app you can use. If you want to send money abroad it’s just send and BOOM they already got the money. Thank you guys
Good idea
However each time I tried to send money to my home, i struggle. At the end of the process the system gives me an error message saying the payment failed. After repeating multiple times one transaction enventually goes through. You need experienced developers!
Long payment process
Add more payment options like Apple Pay or trustly to make it easier for us to send money. Entering card details is quite distressing especially when it goes wrong and u will hv to restart the whole process again. Otherwise a great and easy to use app.

High Exchange Rates and Delays Make Paysii Less Appealing
I recently tried using Paysii to send money from Canada to East Africa, and I must say I was quite disappointed. While the app does offer a convenient way to transfer money, it falls short in a couple of critical areas. Firstly, the exchange rates offered by Paysii are significantly higher compared to other money transfer apps. This leads to a noticeable difference of 15-20 dollars on the amount received by the recipient. In an age where we seek cost-effective and efficient money transfer solutions, Paysii's high exchange rates are a major drawback. Secondly, the delays in delivering mobile money are frustrating. Timeliness is crucial, especially when sending money to support loved ones or for urgent needs. Unfortunately, Paysii's delays in delivering mobile money can be a significant inconvenience. Considering these issues, I can no longer consider Paysii as my go-to money transfer app when sending funds to East Africa. It's essential to explore alternatives that offer better exchange rates and ensure timely delivery of funds.
