Absolute Waste of Time - Avoid at All Costs!
I had the misfortune of downloading this bank app, and I can’t stress enough how terrible the experience was. First, it demanded all my personal details upfront—name, address, phone number, the works. After reluctantly handing over my sensitive information, I expected at least a functional app in return. How naive of me. The app failed to work right from the get-go. Crashes, bugs, and error messages galore. Every time I tried to log in, I was met with a blank screen or an “Failure Check OTP code” message. Really? In 2024, this is the best you can do? Not only did it waste my time, but it also left me concerned about where my personal information has ended up. The developers clearly have no idea what they’re doing. It’s almost impressive how consistently awful this app is. Do yourself a favor: don’t download this app. Save your time, sanity, and protect your personal information from these amateur developers. How this app made it past quality control is beyond me.
Generally a good app
Used this app for 2 years now and it has simplified money transfer. Please extend the app usage to other countries as well. It would be great if people from other parts of the world can also use this app to transfer money. Also add other currencies and not just the $.

Missing Refunds – Please Add Statement Feature on Dahabplus virtual Card for refunds
I’ve been missing several refunds on my dahabplus virtual card. Merchants claim they’ve processed the refunds and shared with me refund tracking numbers. I reached out to the DahabPlus team multiple times, but their support has been unhelpful. There’s no proper statement or refund tracking feature in the app. Please improve transparency by adding a clear refund statement feature on the dahabplus virtual card. This is frustrating and affecting trust in your service.

Not fit for purpose
Very disappointed 🙁.. They claim the app works for inside and outside the country..... just wondering how you expect someone living abroad to have SOMTEL number !!!!.. either the app is not fit for purpose or the marketing is totally wrong...
