This is the best app i have ever used in my life
Worst rate ever
They exchange your money with very very low rate ever and exchange in the market charge you that its soo bad and its the only option that we got in the mean time to send money back home .

I am a regular user of this app and has always been handy for me and my family. Excellent and exceptional service at all times. Customer service agents are also very supportive and understanding. I will always recommend this app to anyone.
Stay away
One if the worst service you will encounter, and fact that they are unprofessional and unhelpful will just stay there. They requested a document dated within the last three month , as i provided then they said no that means i have to provide full bank statements for last three months it was xaliimo who was very good at speaking somali but unfortunately thought she knows english better. I have all this written in email.

Most of the remit agency deliver the money within a 5 minutes nowadays but talk remit is taking ages. I have sent the money to nepal but its not delivered yet. Its been 5 hrs but i haven’t heard any good response from the team.

Random processing making undue delays in getting funds
The app is good when it works. It appears to randomly process transactions. If one makes two transactions one goes through while the other states processing for three days. This is terrible especially if you need money transferred immediately. The rates are competive. However I did two three transfers in a row and for every transfer the rate went down. Surely thinga do not change that fast.

Veldig grei app for å sende penger til slekt og venner. Går som regel lynraskt, men i noen tilfeller kan samarbeidspartnere i enkelte land skape forsinkelser. Hvis det er behov for hjelp er kundestøtten kvikk og veldig hjelpsom.

Not working anymore
I loved this app and it was great for me, who sends money regularly to Somalilnd however lately it’s stopped working at all Now it logged me out and i cant login back for the last one month I haven’t been able to you see I did everything deleted and installed again and so its not working Is there any alternative app to use

Not satisfied with the services are regards delivery of funds. I had to chat up the customer service every time I made a transaction because they weren’t delivering the funds even though the app was telling me that transaction was completed. And each time I chatted them I was told there was a system issue that they were addressing. Quite a stressful process and cycle. The only advantage I see with the company is their good customer care personnel and good exchange rate.

I don’t recommend this app
Sending money to mobile wallet takes 5 minutes on every other similar app. It’s been 5 hours and messaging with customer service for 4 hours and still haven’t received the money. All I get is an apology and that there are technical issues with my transaction. I will not use their services ever again once I leave Malawi.

I am having an issue with my fund transfer from UK to Cambodia. The issue was happened this platform. I try to follow up many times and yet they only can tell, apologies. Apologies can not fix the issue but they must get it done as soon as possible. Money has been deducted from my bank account yet they did not make a refund yet to my account. To Talkremit management, If you want to build a trust between your customer, you have to fix out the issue happened at your side not just only say the word apologize. I have my limit of patient. Please help me out to solve the problem.

I had problems but everything has been fixed by customer service. Therefore I would recommend using this app. Because it works good in Somalia and if you problems they will help you I would not recommend Ethopia because it’s too slow.

Worst experience
I had the worst experience with this app for sending remittances. I sent money 24 hours ago, and the status showed “ready to collect.” However, when my cousin went to the bank to pick it up, they said no payment was showing on their end. I contacted customer service, and after waiting for almost 6 hours, they told me they had no updates and couldn’t even provide a timeframe for when the issue would be resolved. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial transactions. I will definitely be looking for other alternatives in the future. Very disappointing.

Very poor service from you the customer support very poor did a transfer since over 7hrs no update on why the money was being held without payment called the customer support team to escalate it tried to speak with the manager or supervisor or the team treating why the transfer was held no response. This very bad You have debited my account for £700 waiting for the equivalent in naira Nigeria money
