اشتريت و قمت بلدفع وكان معطيني وقت الوصول ٧ ايام ولكن تم التأخير لمدة لا تقل عن ٢١ يوم في كل مره كنت اتواصل معهم يحكولي شركة الشحن و شركة الشحن عندما طلبت منهم تعويضي عن التاخير حكولي انه الشركة بدها كمان ٣ ايام ل تستلم هاد الحكي من الشهر الماضي طبعاً للان ما وصلني شيء شكراً

Bad service
Very disappointing experience. The pricing is not transparent at all — the app shows one price, but when placing the order, additional service charges are added. On top of that, Aramex charges extra, and once the item arrives, there are further fees just to receive a small product. Why isn’t this clearly communicated to customers upfront? The overall process feels misleading and poorly managed. I still haven’t received my order, which makes the experience even worse. This will be my first and last order from Dr. Nutrition. I would not recommend it to others.

I’ve waited 1 month for my order to arrive and before it arrived they emailed me saying we are returning the order and we’ll start a refund process
