You do have to pay for it but it’s just like 4 bucks, very worth it if your pregnant and not know what and what not to eat, it explains if it’s it’s good or bad and gives you recipe alternatives that are pregnancy safe

Sounds like a good idea… but it’s not
I think an app that let you know what is safe to eat, what is not safe to eat and what to eat in moderation. Sounds like a brilliant idea while pregnant can help justify those cravings. They can help solidify what to eat and what not to eat, but this app is just a scam. It won’t let you see risks. It won’t let you see ingredients unless you pay for it. I don’t recommend buying you’re. Better off using google and word of mouth.

High Hopes - Disappointed
I had high hopes for this app and downloaded the lifetime version ($55) thinking it will be my pregnancy food bible. To preface, I have iphone 15 pro with the latest ios version involved. The app did not perform as per sponsored video on instagram. On the video, they were able to type "sushi" and a list will show. When I do it, it says cannot find and to email them to add to the list. I also searched an ingredient that I already see (ie. Acai), again search function could not find Açai even though I see it right there. I contacted the developer and screen recorded my issue. I thought deleting and redownloading wouldn't resolve. But it didn't and caused the app to charge me another $6. I was later told it was because I had to hit restore. I once again deleted and this time selected restore... I see why I missed it, the the size of the font of "restore" is super tiny. It should be be at least the same size as their buy button. All in all, I gave it multiple chances and it's just not working for me. I hope Apple refunds me because this did not perform as advertised.

After getting a second opinion on some things on this App my midwife & OBGYN have said that a lot of information is false and very misleading. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There are things to "avoid" that are actually quite good for you vice versa.

Várias informações erradas, por exemplo colocando o café expresso (que é o que mais tem cafeína) como algo bom, e o fígado bovino como algo ruim. Além de que, o aplicativo na versão grátis não é útil; para saber os riscos dos alimentos por exemplo, precisa pagar. Estou desinstalando.

Waste of Time
Nothing annoys me more than an app that claims to be “free” and wastes people’s time making them sign up, just to limit their access to everything unless they pay. Why not be transparent to begin with? I’d rather use an app that wants to help, not something that’s just a money grab.

Não gostei porque alerta como não recomendado o chá de camomila por exemplo, e diz que o chá preto é recomendado… completamente o contrário do que minha médica disse, ela alertou para não tomar camomila em excesso, como qualquer coisa q vc exagerar vai fazer mal tb, mas camomila não faz mal para gestante de um jeito a não ser recomendado como está no App. Aconselho que consultem seu médico SEMPRE! Pq tem informações contrárias no app

The first few things I looked up I was shocked to see the results with False or irrelevant information - eg, stating tahini is ok to eat in pregnancy when in fact it’s actually a risk of listeria . Then 2 minute noodles listed as a no because of being bad for you? Not worth the money
