Too much ads
This apps has too many ads. When i change pages, it sends me back to previous page, which makes ads play again. Reading should be smooth and enjoyable, but the constant interruptions make the app feel more focused on showing advertisements than providing a good user experience.
My Bookshelf
Last time I checked the books that can be saved on my bookshelf is unlimited. But with the recent update, only 6 books were left on my bookshelf😭pls fix
App not iOS or apple friendly
So sad coz after this update the app will not open on my phone anymore. Still using the old iOS did not update to iOS 26. So hopefully developer can accommodate old iOS users even if they continue to update this app. Before I get a black screen whenever I open the app, now I get a blank white screen. Even if my phone is on dark mode. And it stays in the white out screen. Before there were ads with broken links but now they never open at all. Perhaps its best if there are no ad links at start up. That’s where it started bugging, with those peaky add links.
Would it be possible for this app to run on an older ios version?
Hi! Is it possible for this app to run on an ios 12? i have an old iphone 6 and i would love to detach from social media for awhile while reading jonaxx stories from this platform using an old phone. The app is already installed in my ip6 but won’t work if i have to read a story... thank u

Pangit ng bagong update
Kapag inoopen ko ang app offline hindi nag loload mga stories at need naka connect sa internet bago magbasa/reread ng stories unlike before na kapag na open ko na story with internet and want ko i reread yun di ko na need ng internet Nakakainis din yung mga nahuhulog ma books effect
SUGGESTION
Ate J sana po mas ma-improve yung fonts- sana mas maging dark or bold. Medyo malabo lang pong tingnan if naka light mode. Yon lang po, but overall the app is great and the stories are the best!
App’s performance
After years of using this app, I’m disappointed that the same issues still persist. The app frequently lags, fails to load properly, and often crashes when I try to open it. Reading books has become frustrating, when there is an update (perhaps due to the number of people using it). This has been an ongoing problem for a long time, and I hope the developers can finally address and improve the app’s performance and stability.

di po nagloload mga ads edi antay ako mga 5 mins ayaw pa rin pota tapos paulit ulit pa nakakabwisit. wala ko mabasa kasi ayaw talaga magload sa lahat

Book Library Empty Issue
I’m a new reader and I super love Ate Jonaxx's stories. Her plots and the way she writes are just so good and so addictive; it just makes you wanna keep reading and reading! But I have a concern with the app: the library is empty and I can’t see the books! It was working fine on my device naman yesterday! No matter how many times I delete and reinstall the app, it just wouldn’t work. My phone is working well, this app is the only one na nag-loloko sa phone ko 🥹 Gusto ko lang naman mag-basa 😭Nakakafrustrate siya honestly. I hope this issue can be fixed po 🥹

Loading ads that takes eternity
Hello ate J! I really love your stories ever since nung wala kapang sariling app and nag a upload ka palang sa wattpad. However, there’s some issues regarding sa loading ng ads everytime I’m at the end of the story na. I don’t know if the system is the problem or it’s just my internet. I tried to use both of my data and wifi, still the same loading. It specifically loads only when I’m at the last chapter of the story which is Epilogue/Wakas. I tried to install and uninstall it, still the same. But I tried to sign in as a guest, and I can read it without the ads loading for eternity. I’ved red the other users review here in your app and they have the same problem with me. Please do something about this ate J. Thank you.
System review
I really really love the stories so I spend years with this app, but the system kinda sucks. Every update when I open the app I can’t read the update as soon as I click it because of the system and it’s getting very stressfullll

Love it
I downloaded this app the very first day it came out. I had troubles signing in but understandable since it’s a new app. I figured it out later on and I loved the organization of the stories. Organizing it yourself is not needed since the series are in order which actually makes the app even better. Loading takes a few seconds depending on your strong wifi connection. However as I’ve said before it’s still a new app and has potential to be even better. I’ve been a fan for so many years and I read every stories jonaxx ever written and still waiting for more. Much love ☺️
Good Stories but the app is so slow
Sometimes I don’t like to open the app, takes a while to load even i have a strong wifi and data connection, they need to update and fix this app. There are a lot of good stories here because I am an abode reader of the author since wattpad but this app makes me upset many times that’s why i installed and uninstalled it grrr

I love this app but suddenly I can’t read the new updates even tho there is a notification about the update. I tried to uninstall it but it got worst because the stories are gone, it said I don’t have connection but I do.

Hello po firstly, I just wanna congratulate and say thank you to Queen J. This app is so amazing. I really love it but my only concern is sometimes di ko talaga marereceive mga notif. Sa update ng story or sa replies. And one more thing, sana maayos po yung sa replies. Nakikita yung comments kung saan yung reply pero di nakikita kung saang story or line nag comment and it gets really confusing and frustrating. But other than that, I love this app so much😭💖

Evrytime there is a new update the app always crashes. Cannot load the stories for like 3 hours..

Love island ad,can’t be skip and viewed so you have to wait till it reaches 99% hoping na finally it’ll able you to read again but no it’ll just freeze.Sana they can fix this bug on the app.
