Very worst software
Once we start to play the opponent will quit from 5seccond.. I tried to play 15 times .. the same happened
Great design and getting better with each update.
I enjoy the design and layout of the app. I’m curious why as of late it started to ask me to sign in with my Apple ID and password. Weird…. It’s never done that before until this last update.
Poor sportsmanship
The game is good up until you are winning, and then all of a sudden, your opponent decides to break their connection and you lose. That really sucks and needs to be corrected.
It’s alright
Everytime I’m about to win against a stronger opponent the game seem to time out for the other player but I end up losing. That has to be fixed and or they are cheating .

Got used to tempo 20 second per move games here and over 2800 quickly. We’ll see how high it goes

Enjoying the app. However, myself and several of my friends can’t get notifications to work.
Flaws
I like to warm up playing a few puzzles. The puzzles have flaws but the solution option would let me advance. Some puzzles glitch when promoting pawns and some puzzles have invisible pieces that can appear and disappear during the solution. I have been stuck on #1063 because when I promote the pawn, the puzzle doesn’t recognize the move. I previously used my solution option on another flawed puzzle, so I cannot use the solution option to advance. Also the new menu does not allow me to read messages. I can see a message notification on a live game but unable to read messages from the menu

Got this to play with my friends who have android phones. Today I wanted to change my avatar(apparently they updated the avatar options) and saw that the one and only “Black Guy” looks like a Pimp from the 1970’s… Sad, since I enjoyed the quick online match making, but I’ll be looking for a new Chess game today.

This app has lot of bugs in timer
Sudden ending of game
Whenever opponent take nearly 20 seconds in TEMPO and plays his move, the app doesn’t give enough (20second) time to OPPONENT TO play move . Suddenly it shows you lost on time.

When I’m winning the other random players tend to sit till time run out and my screen will start loading for mins, and once I get out app and go back on, it tends to say I ran out of time and I would lose..This done happen to me more than several times since new update, that’s only thing so far I don’t like but thank you 🫡

Glitch?
Seems like whenever I’m winning the game it starts buffering and then it says my move didn’t go through and I lose on time- love the app, but just not that part, not sure if players that’s losing are doing something fishy.
Needs stability improvements
I’ve been trying to use this app, but it crashes repeatedly, making it nearly unusable. Whether I’m navigating menus or trying to perform basic tasks, the app freezes or shuts down unexpectedly. I’ve tried restarting my device and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Please address these stability issues in the next update, as the app has potential but is frustrating in its current state.

This game would be good , if only it actually let you move the pieces you want so I don’t get checkmated in 6 moves, but it’s fun to play with friends.

Used to be great but since update it freezes and glitches all the time!

You need to fix a bug, when opponent is check mate. Still count continues. (I have noticed this one in 20 seconds game, not sure about rest formats)

Differences in functionality Android vs. IPhone
This app is great! I have only a few issues to bring to light: 1. The SETTINGS icon does not display on my IPhone. 2. There is something in the app that prohibits universal challenges. I can only challenge a player with an Android phone, not the other way around. Example: when I see a challenge from an Android user, when I click on the username, the screen goes blank and continues to say LOADING, but never comes up. 3. It would be great if the app allowed you to rotate a device for a Landscape view. Other than the three items mentioned above, this is, by far, the BEST online chess out there!!!!
Not shows checkmate
When I checkmate the opponent system doesn’t show it instead opponent lost by time ran. Is there any issue in the app or it’s happening only with me.

Time glitch issues
This app had major time glitch. My opponents clock runs down to 0 but instead of winning I keep losing the timeout. This happen all recent game.
Not detecting Checkmate when playing with opponents
Overall it’s good, but it’s not detecting checkmate when playing with opponents. It will go to timeout instead of checkmate.
Was fun
All of my checkmates would count but after the last update I have to wait for my opponent’s time to run out before the game ends 👎🏽 hopefully they fix it before I delete it.
Issue with Checkmate
When we Checkmate our opponent this game making me to wait until the time ranout. This should declare the winner and end the game.instead it’s wasting time.
Need to improve
I don’t why this app management team is not looking into customer reviews,it is a wonderful online chess app i have used so far the few problem are with little softwares like storing data across multiple platform so user retains his stats, work on adds to gain users and small bug fixes all you need to make a great app.
Not able to Accept Game invitation from Friends
Was trying to accept friends game challenge for last 8hours , getting notification but not able to enter into the game.
Play with friends notification is not triggering
Excellent app. Recently we are facing an issue that we cannot play with friends even though the request says it sent. Can you please address the bug?

After update checkmate is not shown rather the it says opponent ran out of time

Too many ad’s
Dear Team, Some ad’s are quite uncomfortable and moreover your motive is now to earn money which is ok, but kindly control the obnoxious ad’s that only gets played makes the user uncomfortable. Hope you’re listening to this and would improve the ad experience . If can you price it minimal so as to remove these ad’s .

So the reviews are not too good but the graphics is medium quality along with the chatting and players all around the world I give this app a solid 4.
Check-mate error
In blitz mode, after the opponent is caught in a checkmate, the game timer keeps running. Fix this error as despite winning the game, the timer keeps running and we have ti wait till zero for the score credit.
Check mate is not working
Sometimes I am doing mate, but it’s not ending the game nor it allows my opponent to give any move and it’s going ran out of time.
