Simple and effective
A simple app. The best part is being able to pause it and redirect it from my phone. My place has a couple areas where it gets stuck on raised wood across the floor so this is handy.

Worsened over the years
I’ve bought these vacuums for years. I used to love them. They’ve gotten worse. They no longer offer good carpet options. Now the app is broken. I can’t connect it to Alexa

Debería guardar el mapa de la casa para así solo mandar a limpiar un área en específico, porque de lo contrario lo hace todo completo
Please fix
The last update has made my vacuum worse. It just spins all over the place and doesn’t keep a pattern. I’ve cleaned it, re calibrated it, reset the map. Nothing is working. Can you PLEASE look at this and fix it? Thank you

De primero no podia emparejar, después deje presionado los 2 botones a la vez y fue de modo que me aparecio la red del equipo y asi fue como logre vincular, de ahi en mas todo funciona conforme a lo esperado
App is downgrading
Earlier the app used to show floor map of the place made by bot in real time. After upgrade it is gone and some stupid looking animations comes

能否將「重複清掃N+1次」的功能加進app中，否則想加強清掃時都必須等機器返回充電座後再次啟動，著實不方便。

Waste of money
Unable to connect to 5g network deeming it worthless! Very disappointed
Not sure what all the fuss is about it works fine.
Now this is just going off a ILife v5s plus so maybe it has issues with other models I don’t know but works fine from what I can tell, it doesn’t really track where the robots at but I don’t think the v5s has the ability to do that. All the controls work and such, just a more fancy remote really.
Needs work
The app worked well until an update, now it keeps telling me there is an update but it doesnt load. The maps no longer exist, just blank and doesnt let me choose an area to clean which is frustrating. Overall the app needs better maintenance and to actually be functioning.

Works for me
I have no complaints about how the app works. The only thing I had to add my vacuum in twice but other then that it works like it should. Although I do wish the vacuum would remember the layout or have an option to forgot and redo it

App working great
Better than the remote, more settings. Will only be using app. The w450 is awesome too! Much better than my old w400.
App does not save password in keychain and loses settings
While the App has some useful functions it frequently logs you out and asks for password to log back in. Trouble is, it doesn’t save the password to your keychain so it will never correctly auto fill when logging back in. I keep resetting the password but lately I can’t do that either since the app just had the endless spinning wheel when trying to do so

Awesome vacuum
I have been buying these vacuums for a few years now and each time they get so much better. I’m very happy with the current vacuum that I have. I’m even more happy with the service every time I call I actually get a real human being and not just somebody that speaking from a script but an actual person that talks to you normally Understand your issues and helps you resolve them quickly. These vacuums save me so much time and while no automated vacuum is perfect. I have to say that these vacuums. Are probably the best out there in my personal opinion.!
impossible to link to wifi
literally impossible to link this thing to the wifi…i connect to the vacuum wifi but the app doesn’t register that i’m connected.
Doesn’t have create button for new map
After updating new version the button for creating new map is missing ‼️
Keeps bumping into stationary objects
We have been running the robot vacuum for months. It continues to bump into walls and seems to never learn the rooms. The walls are getting marks from the constant bumping. Please fix this.
App is crashing on start
Hello The app was working fine until yesterday. Now when I open the app it closes after displaying the logo. As an attempt to fix I already tried the following : - I deleted the app and data. - Rebooted the phone - Downloaded again the app from AppStore. - login And it crashes / close after the login Please fix

Frustrating
About once a month it kicks me out of the app and I’m supposed to sign in again. When I go to sign in, it tells me my password or email address is not correct! It’s the same one I have been using!! So then I try to change the password and it asks me to get a code… BUT IT NEVER COMES!!!! This is so frustrating!!!! I love my robot, but I can’t use it!!😡
No funciona la App
Desde hace 3 días no puedo manejar el robot desde la app. Aunque esté trabajando me aparece como si se estuviera cargando.
Login issue
App is not allowing me to login with my login I’d and password. While resetting the password it’s says email is doesn’t match and when I register new account with same I’d it says I’m email I’d already registered kindly support

The app works perfect. I had no issues at all. Highly recommend it.
Save your money
Can’t connect with o 5 ghz internet. Vacuum constantly gets stuck or just turns off in the middle of no where and will beep until unstuck. Setting up will also annoy you
App crash
After the recent update the app won’t start (crashes) both on iPhone and Mac
App Updates
Main issue is that none of the information (schedule, preferences, history, etc) is stored when the app is updated. I have to re-sign in and remake my schedule whenever the app receives an update. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Постоянно приходиться восстанавливать код для входа в приложение потому что постоянно приложение вылетает из учётной записи само приложение троит давно бы поменяла приложение если знала бы на какое !
