Hello wati, Your are doing fabulous job for wa customer support. So far you gave your customers an infinity strong experience in wati, but there should be some improvement live calling through panel bulk assign and much more….
Blocked my business number
I cancelled the service due to the poor UX on the app, my number wasn’t resealed upon cancellation and now they are forcing us to wait for at least 30 days of inactivity so the number is liberated. This shows the brand is not focused on their clients needs, without access to our number we are loosing sales by the minute. The app does receive and send messages, that’s why I’m giving more than one star but I strongly advice to stay away from this service, all of the 5 agents involved from my team asked to look for another service or return to regular WhatsApp business within three months of use.

It has terrible services, so many technical glitches and charges so heavy for their services.. randomly it will start hanging and you lose your data as well. -100/100

Poor support by wati no direct no. Provided Not even for pro plan users & even when u book ur zoom meet it will take 3-4 days this is a very poor costumer support
Must-Have For Easy Customer Chat
Wati makes talking to customers so much easier! The shared inbox and quick replies save a ton of time, and setting it up with WhatsApp was super simple. It’s a great tool if you want to keep up with customer messages and help them faster

Best WhatsApp API Ever
I found the new features, such as Instagram DM, where you can reply to your WhatsApp messages and Instagram DMs from a unified platform, very useful. Additionally, for support, they have launched KnowBot. All you have to do is upload your detailed support documents, and it will reply on its own, as if we are talking to a human.
Poor service don’t buy
The customer care is poor and no technical support is there with lack of transparency
