i would give 0 stars if i could. where should i start, this game has CONSTANT ads and no time for gameplay, you are FORCED to play the tutorials that last forever and some of the buttons dont even work you cant even get past the tutorial. anyway this game is AWFUL, 0 stars
Nice, but there are two bugs
Everything’s good… except for two details. The extra slots for skills quite literally DO NOT WORK. I tried it 8 times, and every single one, the extra skills I paid for with gems AND more coins just… weren’t there. Even the starting menu didn’t include them, other than they didn’t work at all. I basically wasted money for nothing. What is even the purpose of adding this if it does nothing but eat money?! And you know what else? The Quick Harvesting skill LITERALLY DOES NOT WORK EITHER. I’ve collected resources under 2-3 seconds plenty of times while paying for this skill. Guess what? NO. EXTRA. BIO POINT. WAS. EVER. GIVEN. TO ME. Money wasted too. What is the purpose of adding something at all if it’s apparently just there to look pretty? Please fix these two currently-completely-useless features and make them work instead of just freaking decorating menus.
Fun but got a lot of ads and bugs and other things
So for me after every time you play it, it feels like I get a lot of ads and the game is quite micro transaction heavy also the idea that you can only play a limited amount isn’t the best and also I could not continue the life campaign before at some point before I played one match of death so to be shortened the game is fun but the pc version is better

Не первый раз уже я трачу время на кучу рекламы, чтобы собрать бусты, играю И В ИТОГЕ игра продолжается, а победа не засчитывается! Это происходит с уровнем, где надо диагностировать болезни, второй по счёту, и где нужно улучшить здоровье пациента. Несмотря на то, что диагностировано уже 14/14, а все показатели улучшились до 100, игра продолжается. Приходится только перезаходить = потеря ресурсов, потеря энергии, зря просмотренная реклама. Ещё не всегда можно смотреть рекламу для получения монет, два дня уже только для получения кристаллов, что невыгодно. На рулетке кристаллов нищие награды, на них не купишь кучу монет.

I love this game but whenever i play for skulls it gives me none im stuck at 3 no matter how many games i play. Its disappointing because i want to reach a different level but wont be able to

i dont know if it’s just my phone, but this game will literally not load. after i downloaded the game i wanted to play it but it kept on showing the loading screen over and over. when it finally stopped loading, after i did all the tutorials, it wouldn’t let me play the main campaign. even bio inc was better than this. 2/5 stars.

SO many bugs
I love playing this game and it's really fun, but honestly the bugs make it impossible to play. Half of the skills you buy never work. It constantly freezes and stops working. And there are times when my patient has died but the game continues. There is such an insane amount of issues that completely ruin an incredible game.
Fun but buggy
I left the game for like 2 days and came back to 6/48 energy. Nothing replenished in the time i was off the game when it should have

Fun game dudes
This is fun to play when bored I like the two options, but there is one problem i like how you can talk to other people in the game but you might want to add multiplayer it might make the game a LOT of fun, you can match up with people and one person be the doctor and the other to try to kill the bot, by doing this it will make it engaging.There is also another problem, im having problems with being doctor and killing the bot maybe try adding a training mode for both things so people might get better at it.Anyway besides that great game you guys made I enjoy so much cya.
Bugs, bugs, bugs
Lots of bugs. On multiple occasions, I have completed the win condition and the game did not end. If you leave during a game, you lose even though it says it saves your progress. If you try to resume, you need to deposit energy again and any boosts you bought too.

This game is hard you have to be a doctor I believe to play
Fun but def needs some work
I love the game. But hate it when the only reason you lose is because you didn’t get enough points. And there are some bugs when you pause it, it sometimes ends up freezing at zero and getting stuck there and you can’t leave.
Unbalanced freemium garbage
Bio points spawn too slow and the systems outpace you. You have to use coins for boosts. By the way nice ripoff of the Inc suffix. You took Ndemic's masterpiece and made mess all over it. Every IAP you receive is dirty cash.
Decent and fun, but has lots of bugs
This game is nicely designed and a fair bit of fun, but the energy counter is so flawed. It doesn’t gather energy after time passes, and then if I renew the energy meter, all of a sudden it it shows a new 48/48 + whatever energy I just bought. So it knows that I should have a full bar based on time passed, but it doesn’t register until I pay for it. That’s so frustrating and a scam.
Good game but really buggy
It was good, but I literally cannot play it anymore.
Love the game but…
After awhile the game got buggy, then it won’t load any levels. I tried restarting it checking for updates but it’s been like this for a few weeks . I just want to keep playing.

No Answer From Support
I used to love playing this game! Then all of a sudden it stopped working for me. It would stay on the loading screen once I clicked play. I emailed support but never received a response. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Nothing worked. Very upset on the lack of response. I would love to play again.
User interface
The game is awesome in concept and in execution however being as this is a mobile game enlarging the UI would be my only complaint I’m playing on my phone and half the time because of the way the game is played my fingers are generally covering whatever I would like to be able to see (mostly while collecting bio points) but still like I said I can’t stop playing it’s a really well made game!

This game is probably one of the best games I’ve played in a while. I’ve been wanted a simulation game like this for SOO long and you don’t understand the joy I got once I found this game. There are a few bugs like how auto collect sometimes misses bio points but I literally don’t care because this game is so fun and awesome 🤩 like not only do I have the option to kill someone but I can also save someone? That’s amazing like what 😭 and it’s free on mobile? Are the developers saints? I love the game amazing gameplay and is overall quite fun I rate it 4 stars however because it dosent have many characters with faces. It has trump it has kim Jon un it has hitler for crying out loud but it is missing one of the most influential people in the 20th century. Elvis Presley. Also some more of these people would be nice like queen Elizebeth II or Beethoven or even pope Francis. But overall really good game 10/10
Pay to win, not registering successful runs
I bought this game in steam, and was really excited to have a version to play while sat on the sofa. I’m really disappointed to see how much it is biased towards having to pay to win as I would happily have paid for a copy but now feel put off this idea. I’ve also found that some of my successful challenges didn’t register, so I’ve also lost the in game coins used on those levels, which makes the above even more frustrating and disheartening.

It’s been at least 11 months & the bug where the days stop counting hasn’t been fixed. I can’t make any more progress in the game & am thinking of quitting.

Not optimised for mobiles
Special features on the life shield don’t work for mobiles as you have to “left click” to activate the shields and unfortunately makes the level extremely hard even on the lowest difficulty

Broken Tutorial
I loved this game even though the death tutorial cannot be completed due to it crashing in the same place, this didn’t matter until the recent update where they made it mandatory to complete before playing. Now I cannot play the death portion of the game which I was enjoying before the update

It’s not a bad game overall, however it is significantly worse than the steam version in many ways to the point it’s almost not worth playing. It’s too much like old mobile games and you can’t do many levels before stopping, seems like more of a cash grab while steam has a full game that’s better. I love the game just not the mobile adaptation
