This game was great when I was younger, but…
Despite being very nice, I just can’t complete everything, and there’s a lot of problems with the transmission, the fact that Greenland is only linked with Norway just sucks. And them Simian monkeys just die whenever they reach an island and I can’t split the colonies once I merge them, and if I don’t choose the Neuro-Genesis and then my disease gets detected the cure literally accelerates a lot regardless of how much I try. I paid £4 for the Xenolith and I quickly lost any form of entertainment from the game, and that was my mother’s money. I think the prices are too high and the game is just irrelevant to me now. Why did the monkeys die once they reach an island like the Caribbean and New Zealand? Just because they are black? I was even losing traits if when I uninstalled the game and I had to play the nano-virus just to play bio weapon. This might be one of the most terrible things I have experienced in gaming history. The legendary games are destroyed by greed.

It’s good, but repetitive. By that, I mean you create a sickness, it does well, Olympics bring it to Los Angeles, USA eradicates it. It’s impossible to win, and all you do is spend money for stuff that does the exact same thing as the one before. It’s just boring watching the same thing over and over again. It’s like watching Escape From Alcatraz over and over and over again. I mean, maybe watching yourself fail is fun to some, but I recommend making it so that it’s possible, not so repetitive, and 100% not scamming you to do useless stuff.

It's fine, for a mobile game
As nicely as it's often reviewed, the game has accrued a few problems over the years, namely its blatant unoriginality with new plagues. Well, that's my main problem with it; the game irks everyone who is concerned in a different way. The game's fun, damn replayable, accessible, and moderately realistic. It's not like it's a bad thing with good aspects - quite the opposite, actually. Ultimately, this failure is in my opinion inevitable, a result of Ndemic Creations being a one-hit wonder studio, which is what happens when someone has a lukewarm idea and the money to make it happen. No harm done, but still. Sorry if the flow here was a bit clunky, I tend to do that when I am passionate about what I'm writing.

Good game fun to play, but Even after buying the app you have the option to buy so many things it’s getting confusing. Can’t you just make a package with some sort of discount that group everything. I think it will help you guys to even sell more. Keep up the good work!

Love this game, I’ve been playing since 2017. Spent money on all the packs. Full game unlocked. Came back for 2026 update and now it’s expecting me to pay again? I’ve supported this game for so long, crazy all my outbreak upgrades, all previously unlocked scenarios are now locked behind a pay wall I already bought. Wanna give it 5 stars but jeez
It’s good but you have to pay for most game modes
Gets boring quite easy and you already have to pay a little for the game itself so you would think a lot is included but there’s not, you used to be allowed to play cure mode but you have to pay for that now too, and I switched phones and redownloaded the game and it reset all my progress and payments. The only good things I can say is that it doesn’t include ads (otherwise it would be a 1) and is fun if you do spend money.

The frustration is that the game is great. I just can’t rate it highly after being lied to. It said after completing all missions on brutal you’ll unlock the planet apes mission but it doesn’t. I get you have to charge for additional work and the price is reasonable but lying just ruined it for me. Shame really.

Don’t make any in app purchases I purchased all the 7 plague types at once which states clearly is a $2.99 purchase, I’d expect a little tax of course but the purchase charged me almost SEVEN dollars!!! They just robbed me a little…

The plague inc game plays great, needs new updates like different cure modes and when you click on a country you can look at the countries regions where the infection spreads. However the plague inc scenario creator doesn’t let me export files anymore and does not work so yea

Fun but far far too difficult
The game is fun and stuff but once you get past the first 2 difficulties the game becomes near impossible giving you no hints, direction or anything to help you. After the first 2 difficulties you have to look up a walkthrough on YouTube every time because the game won’t help you itself.

Game is fun love the different diseases you can play as. However I notice whenever I get close to winning and almost everyone is dead sometimes the cure would just skip from 90% to 100% when there’s only 100 thousand people left.
