Tenho o HT08 e amo principalmente o cancelamento de ruído que é inigualável, as vezes na academia só de ativar o cancelamento sem música vc já nota a enorme diferença e o app permite isso de forma prática

O app me desloga e quando tento logar novamente ele fala que minha senha não está de acordo com a criação, porém ela está correta
Heroad GT2
Estou tendo dificuldades para conectar o fone Heroad GT2 no app da QCY, já conectei minha caixa de som, meu fone H3 PRO, mas não estou conseguindo conectar o GT2. Talvez por ser um lançamento ainda está em fase de teste, mas espero que a QCY resolva isso o quanto antes.

Os fones funcionam normalmente mas quando ativo o anc só um lado fica com o volume normal, o lado esquerdo fica muuuito baixo, tenho que ficar trocando de modo até voltar o normal

Qcy e sempre um ótimo custo. Já é o terceiro que compro sempre acompanhando as novidades mas dessa vez achei que o novo n70 perder para outros na questão de cancelamento de ruim achei muito fraco.

eu tenho um relógio e um fone da marca, o aplicativo no começo funcionava normal, mais dps de um tempo ele começa a fechar sozinho e não consigo configurar o relógio pq assim quando entra no aplicativo ele buga e fecha sozinho e isso resolve só se desinstalar e instalar dnv o aplicativo, precisa de melhorias e atualizações.

Ldac not showing
The app works well, but the iOS version is missing LDAC support/settings. I use the QCY MeloBuds M20 Pro, and the Android app correctly shows the LDAC option, but the iOS app doesn't show it at all. Please add the same LDAC functionality to the iOS app so both platforms have feature parity.

Os fones sao excelentes, mas o app fica deslogando toda hora, uso ele tem uns 3 anos, sempre trocando por outros fones da QCY, e o app sempre foi ruim kkkkk

The QCY app is useful but needs improvement. It often feels slow and has some connection issues. The UI also looks outdated. Please release more updates, fix bugs, and most importantly, add more modern and customizable watch faces. This will greatly improve the user experience.

Poor ANC and terrible customer support.
The ANC on the Melobuds Pro is OK, not great. But don’t even think about contacting customer support. I contacted them four times in five days about an issue I had and I never heard from them. A product is only as good as the support for it.

Poderia ter conexão com o Strava
O app é usual, mas bem simples no geral. E faltam algumas coisas bem interessantes e pontuais, como a conexão com o Strava por exemplo. Até os apps de relógios “xing-ling” possuem essa interação.

Can’t log in
My iPhone remembers my login info, but that app says my account doesn’t exist. Fortunately the headphones work fine without the useless app.
Requires cellular data permissions
While the app provides a generous number of settings(including an EQ, tap control customization, and ANC modes), changing any of them requires an internet connection. EQ profiles are not editable(you need to create a new entry if you want to adjust levels after first initialization), dark mode is absent, and the UI is a bit janky, but the MeloBuds Pro sound good enough that most of the app-related drawbacks can be stomached. Hope to see them remove the always-on data requirement and add a bit of polish so I can update my rating to 5 stars!

Atualização com falha
Após essa última atualização nesse mês, que foi quase “obrigatória” até, não aparecem as caixas para migrar entre o anc e o transparente (ESPECIALMENTE O TRANSPARENTE) o antes aparecia uma caixa preta e você selecionava o nível de ANC ou o transparente até quando você queria ouvir além do APRIMORAMENTO VOCAL. Agora após a nova atualização quando clico em anc ou transparente não aparece mais a caixa, nem o aprimoramento vocal, o anc funciona pra mim pq sempre uso ele no máximo, mas o transparente que é necessário e eu usava simplesmente não da pra usar pois não aparece onde clicar ou como.
Connect issue
Only one earbud can connect at a time, there should be an option in the app, where you can connect both at the same time. Other than the the app has good features, and good sound options.
