Great App
This app has very accurate information about were things are and what’s happening with thing such as games, crafts, and more! I would very much recommend this app if you are staying at the resort!

Works great, but needs Apple Watch support
This app works great but it needs the Apple Watch for unlocking rooms and the abilities of the cards. I have the Series 3. Please add support.
Needs more features and character profile icons
This resort app needs characters for Disney account profiles like: Lilo and Nani Pelekai, Stitch, Jumba, Pleakley, Cobra Bubbles, David Kawena, Moana, Gramma Tala, Chief Tui, Sina, Maui, Pua, Hei Hei, Simea, and all Lilo & Stitch and Moana characters. This app needs more features, the WDW and DL apps have more features than the Aulani app. Lilo and Nani Pelekai need to be part of the character meet & greets since Lilo & Stitch takes place in Hawaii just like Moana supposedly does.
Only 1 parent can link reservation
I tried to link my reservation and it says “it’s already been claimed”. Yes my wife linked it to her Disney account. I’m trying to do the same to me Disney account - we each obviously have our own phones. But oddly that’s not supported?! So I guess I won’t really use the app

The app is improving , many new features are implemented , it will be great if the app can have the photo pass feature
REALLY BAD App!
This app is really bad. So bad that the designers should be moved off this project, and a new team created. Not anywhere near the Disney standard. This is what I would expect from Motel 6.
It’s ok
This app is tough to get working because it doesn’t fully integrate with the rest of the Disney application. Once you get it going, you can’t do some useful things like online ordering for one of the restaurants seen your agenda and seeing your bill. Keep improving and better integration with the regular Disney World application would be helpful
App is not useful
This app needs help - the reservations need a waitlist function instead of just selling out instantly. They should also either only let each person reserve a certain amount of activities per visit or charge a small amount to reserve in advance so people don’t just hog reservations and then cancel them when they actually know what they are doing Also the activities should filter based on what is available instead of having to click into each one just to find out it’s not available. Awful organization

Great to know character schedules!
Won’t link my reservation, cannot book any activities
We are paying to stay at a resort where we cannot book anything because of this terrible app. To book any activities, resaurants, order food, etc you must you the app. The app won’t link our reservation and keeps saying it’s already claimed. The dates we are staying up in the app, but it won’t let us book a single activity or reservation because it keeps asking us to “link our reservation”, but when I put in our information, it says “reservation already claimed”. This has resulted in us being unable to book anything and having to ask to be added to waitlists for everything. There are multiple reviews for this EXACT problem. It’s ridiculous to have people be unable to participate in activities because of a malfunctioning app, especially as is a documented & reoccurring issue. I tried calling Aulani help, but they had no solutions. The only work around is to try to get on the website and book things, which is super glitchy as well.

Almost useful
I don’t understand why I had to call reservations to have them manually add my reserved activities to my schedule and why I couldn’t book them all in the same experience. And when I use the app to unlock my door it stops my headphones and transfers my audiobook audio to my phone audio.

アウラニアプリ、ダウンロードしてみました！まだ現地に行って使用していないので、実際の使用状況はわかりませんが、日本でも会員権の販売をしていたのですから、日本語にも対応したアプリにして欲しいです。これからのアップデートを期待します！
Helpful and User Friendly
The app was easy to use and nice to look at. We found the daily schedule, dining reservations, and character and activity schedules helpful in planning our day.
this app is so utterly horrible
this app sucks and is a total failure. more often than not, it just decides it doesn’t want to load some of the things you absolutely NEED to do. don’t waste your time with this horrible app. just use the website
Terrible
Terrible trash all that is a glorified web browser wrapper. Doesn’t even integrate with their trash booking system that is Book4Time. Broken UI for linking reservation. Overcrowded resort, overpriced food, poor check-in procedures (have fun spending an hour just to check-in and have them tell you your room isn’t ready by their specified time), poor everything.
Not working properly
When entering the checkin date, the app freezes.

Worthless
Looking for resort information, like available restaurants…not there. Map of grounds…not there.
iPhone functionality issue
I downloaded this app and was able to sign in using my Disney account credentials. However when I tried to retrieve my reservation, I was defeated by the checkin date picker tool. On my iPhone, I could define the date, but there was no way to enter it for the retrieval form, and no way to back out of the picker. Would love to just enter my/dd/yyyy into that box!

Exceptionally poor
Resort is nice, rooms, food, staff are all excellent. This app lacks info. The authentication does not appear to be coordinated with mydisney or the website - tried to make a dinner reservation from the app and it forced a password change. Got a push notification that the room was ready for check in - app displayed room number but not which building. Got to room, unlock door failed. App also seems to be draining my battery.
Very buggy
Many features re-prompt for credentials and then just kick you back to the previous page without even opening the page you were trying to look at. For example under Plans not possible to open Dining. Under profile not possible to open Magic Bands.

Falls short
This app has great potential to offer full service with the ability to do so but instead it errors out and is not intuitive. It should allow you to see everything at a glance but I only got frustrated trying to enter my itinerary and keep up with the grounds on for the day. It’s surprising for Disney but it’s not very useful.
Not user friendly
Having been very familiar to the Disneyland app this one was a disappointment. My gosh… couldn’t book anything directly through the app, had to click click click and finally accidentally stumble across what I’m looking for. There’s no search bar. If this app was more like the Disneyland app it would have made our trip so much more organized and enjoyable. It was hard to coordinate activities or see what was available. Fix it!
Wasn’t helpful at all
App is pointless. Since you can book dinner & events well in advance, I believe over a month, all reservations except 1 were full by the time we had a chance to download the app. We were told by staff we would have the best luck booking all reservations in person, which we did. So what is the point of the app? To tell me all about the events that are full? Also, the food order ahead feature only worked once and the 1 event we were able to schedule was cancelled last min.
Needs more Disney Magic
Never could get the room key to work on our stay. 3/4 of the time the one mobile order restaurant didn’t even show up in the app to order from. (Not user error, we use the WDW app frequently with no issues.) It would really be helpful to give full menus & notate cup refill stations in the dining section. And it’s a shame that photos require downloading the Disneyland app.
Clunky and defunct app
Too hard to navigate. Also would not let me link my reservation number as a room guest so you can’t do many of the activities on the resort without this app. Resort should be less app dependent.
Below Disney Standards
App is basically a hotel map with daily schedule of activities. Need further development to integrate all aspects of ones reservation. Specifically, being able to see dining, and excursion reservations. Possibly being able to see room invoice to keep track of expenses. Lastly, having the opportunity or use the app as a room key, access device through out hotel est. We have experienced these in hotels of less stature, so we were surprised to see Aulani still has a long way to go with technology.
App freezes
Disney can do better they direct you to the app for everything yet it gets stuck which requires relaunching. Adding guests isn’t any better. We gave up and called customer service. As a company if you are going to make the app the primary way to interface then fix it!!!
Tech support please
The app added one of my family members 2 times and deleted another. Front desk and Disney member services could not help at all. Hope my check in process goes smoothly because I don’t have another hour to wast on the phone .
