have been donating here since it was opened and never once had a problem….. only tiny issue is sometimes they rather “play around” than actually do what’s supposed to be done…. which is understandable…. 4 stars 👍🏽😬
Poor staff
Horrible horrible service last three times I’ve been here and I’ve been quite a bit one person screening and having over an hour wait in the screening area and get to the bed quicker and then today I waited almost 30 mins to get unhooked when I was done not to mention they unhooked 4 people they got done after me and I even said something didn’t matter to bad place is starting to go down the drain

They messed my right arm up not once not twice not thrice not frice not five times and wiggled the needle around then proceeded to move to my left arm and do the same.
Delete and reinstall
Had to delete the app and reinstall it on my phone to get the app update to work.

Go to octapharma. Managers are overly freaked out with power. Make a complaint to corporate? They just call the location & the location takes revenge by deferring you. Poor business model.
Need to be investigated
This place is so bad ima just be honest it’s people that don’t know how to stick that stick they play all day they don’t care about the people only they self. both Chris that work there think they entitled to everything and they lie about what time they open and don’t give no notifications they just sit in the back have good talks but leave people outside in the cold
Update Broke It
This was was good a few days ago but since the update I can’t login anymore. It keeps telling me to update and I have but its still not working

The worst place you can go they take advantage of people by putting their centers in low income neighborhoods where people are desperate and paying them barely anything but every time you donate they get $1500 and the staff treat you like dirt they are very smug and self-righteous like they’re better than you

Great Place & Experience
I recommend CSL Plasma in Fort Collins. Every employee I have met has been friendly, patient, & helpful. Their compensation has been a tremendous help to my budget, plus it feels good to know that my plasma donations are helping people who medically need it.

Pathetic app considering the importance of the service the company performs. Insertion of apostrophes for no good reason, failed to accept date in the requested format & “optional” fields were actually mandatory.

THE POINT SYSTEM IS FLAWED.
You get points for donating , and after a certain amount you can redeem the points for money . The only problem is , the so called points expire so fast that you never really get a chance to save up any points . Now we ask why even have a point system in the first place if we can’t save up any points . Idk it just seems like false hope or some type of before hand lie , If anyone has saved over a 1000 points from donating let me know . Couldn’t get an answer , so I left a review.

I can’t see my referral code in the app and customer service could not figure out why smh terrible company
APP IS TERRIBLE
It is so unstable and difficult to get into, yet nothing is ever updated or made more useful, so why the constant hangups and glitchiness? You have the money, CSL, so maybe make your platform better if it’s what you expect us to use for our data, pre-donation questions, etc. Make the app useful!
