Good, but a glaring issue
Long review short, I can't exit text fields after entering text. I've tried to review strains, but it won't let me post because the keyboard covers the "Save Review" button no matter how much I try to scroll. Would be 5 stars otherwise. 🤷
Can’t save a review
Review impossible to save when reviewing strains, because keyboard will never get hidden and it covers the save review button. I spend almost an hour trying to figure it out and I finally gave up.
Buggy
I always have an issue with notifications. I deleted the app uploaded again. It cleared the notification issue temporarily and then came back.
Just a thought
So far Iam loving this app! I even placed my 1st order on it! My thought is… it would be cool to have a quiz that matches you up with your perfect edibles.
Unreliable
Place an order tonight at 11 means prior to closing when normally I would be suspicious of whether or not they would actually show up, but they had a little clock with that timer counting down how much time I had so they would follow through and it’s been over an hour now, and they still have my order stuck in the confirmation phase I texted two or three times I’ve called twice . No response. This is actually the second time they’ve done this to me except this day is the worst days of my life and I really needed it to show up for me. Even if I’m desperate, I won’t be doing business with them again.

It’s great, I just wish there was the quiz options like the website does. Maybe even one to recommend certain strains
Permanent Marker
I don’t think it smells /tastes anything like permanent marker, maybe more like a bitter diesel??? 🤷🏻♀️It definitely doesn’t taste great but I could easily tolerate it if I actually enjoyed it. I barely felt anything, I do have a high tolerance but I always feel something good!! after 2 hits I felt slightly uplifted for less than 20 min. I took at least 2 more hits & afterwards just felt off. It kinda put me in a bad mood.. no mental anxiety or paranoia , but did improved my appetite , I did not necessarily get the “munchies” I just ate more at meals.

Help you find any and everything you need
Leafly does not know the actual hours of the store.
Put in an order for delivery, 820pm, leafly told me it was confirmed and being prepared. I waited an hour before calling the store to check on my order, as it was getting close to closing time. The store said they stop deliveries altogether at 7pm. Do not trust the hours on this app. First time using the app, what a bummer.
For the Suggestion Box
Why not include a notepad feature where you can log your own personal thoughts about strains, as oppose to having to make a public review — the benefit of having a log is you can refer back to it, personally compare and contrast info to find patterns about strains, flavors, etc? App is cool otherwise; does what it’s suppose to.
Search feature is trash
Vaporizers are never in the type menu. Searching by words using cartridge or vaporizer turns up nothing. There’s no way to find what you really want except to stumble on it
Deleted after a month
This app is buggy and the UI sucks. I have to go into sub menus for everything on the app. and then the products won't load correctly if I sort them by thc or price rather than the default recommended. I wanted to like the app, but this is the usual case of capturing people in a shoddily designed and closed ecosystem when the desktop site on the www works flawlessly. used for a month. its going in the trash.

Update messed up searching for deals
It used to be that you could use a search bar on the desktop website and look up specific products that were on sale by browsing the dispensaries with the products now when you search the dispensary that holds the product doesn’t show, but only the products are shown now. This causes us to have to browse thousands of products to figure out which dispensary might have a deal for that specific brand.
Good app
Mostly good. For the UX team: when you tap on browse, it’s very easy to miss the box up top where you can type things in. Since none of the buttons below say anything about strain, it took me a while to realize I could search for strains there. Also, it would be nice if your recent searches were still there the next time you open the app. You should hire me ;)

Informational but Bad UI
The storefront UI for this app almost never works. It will fail to load, it will scroll back up and reset my scrolling progress & the search function is completely unusable. The worst part is that my dispensary doesn't keep stock of what they have without this app, so I can't even browse in store without immense difficulty. I also don't think the effects filters work correctly. I'm not looking for something that hits all those boxes, I'm looking for something that hits *any* of those boxes. Overall this app is super frustrating to use even if the information it provides on each strain is helpful.

Where’s the map?
I’m trying to view the map and all it does is bring up a list of dispensaries but no map.
this app has rlly helped me
i’ve been using Leafly via their website for years and after moving to Colorado realized they had an app! I think some of the UI could be improved, having more rating options, and overall the clicking is a bit clunky imo. BUT Leafly has taught me sm about weed, the plant, and the stoner community. I love feeling a bit more in control of what i consume by learning about strains and effects. And reading others reviews always makes me laugh when i’m stoned. i just rlly love the education Leafly gives stoners!
Love it; needs work
I lovee what this app has going for it so far but the index of strains, stores, terpenes, etc is insufficient. The weed industry is booming nationally in many countries at the moment; new strains, new stores. Work on finding a system to register these necessities in your database in a relative and timely manner. Many strains are quickly interbred and forgotten so new information is essential if you want your company to be successful. But this app is beautifully laid out is easy to use, so there is a really good foundation here

Granddaddy Purple Nowhere can I find this strain within 100 miles. It doesn’t let me scan out that far and I hope you change that feature for the better.

Terrible UI, poor filter options
The app is nothing but a container for the website. Unnecessary bloatware that provides no advantages over simply going to the website. Save your time, data, space, and just use the site, if using their product at all. Companies have gotten so lazy with native app development- this is not exception.

Terrible search functionality
Typing will produce a list of strains or searches with the terms in the list but if you don’t select one of the suggestions the app will not return anything but a blank page. It’s been Iike this for years so quite unlikely these clowns will do anything to rectify it
wrong miles
I’ve noticed a recurring issue with how distances to businesses are being displayed on the map. For example, one listing showed a location as only 5.4 miles away, but in reality, it ended up being closer to 25 miles from my actual location. This kind of misrepresentation is frustrating and misleading, especially when users rely on these estimates to make decisions.

Cannot read review
Please fix this issue. When I search for a strain and want to read review. I can only read 1 review. I cannot read others even I click to read all. This is happen to iPhone 14. Thank you so much Ps. The rest of the app is superb.
Fix the Search Function!
The search function only works while you’re typing the strain in the search bar. As soon as you press ‘search’, all of the results disappear (the ‘Darn! No results found’ doesn’t even appear). This is incredibly frustrating as it’s habit to hit the search button, however, doing so just clears the results and wastes your time as you have to go back to typing and remove/add a character to get the results back.

I am unable to find disposable pins on your website. I can find what looks like disposables, but it says cartridge.. how do you do a search for disposables?

Terpene diamond scheme
They are the most reliable source for information of strains but they used to do a little colour coded diamond analysis of the terpene profiles and I wish they would go back to having that as the base for their strain profiles.
Bad search tool
The site and content are good but the app’s search function is terrible and very frustrating to use. Doesn’t show search results that should otherwise show up (I.e. says “nothing found” even when the item exists and has a whole page of its own, such as a specific strain).

Only thing I’d suggest, would be some how vetting the pictures of strains. 5 differnt pictures of a strain, all 5 will look like different flower. Supposedly the same strain. I understand dif growers, diff nute, diff set up, diff pheno. But there’s gotta be a way to get consistent pictures of each strain.
Please fix the web browser and include everything in the app
I love the user interface of this app, but I’m so confused about the point of the internal web browser. I ordered product from a shop and they sent me a message, but the app opened leafly.com brought me to a sign in page, even though I was logged in on the app the whole time. After I signed in i was faced with the desktop version of leafly. It would make the userability of this app so much better if every function was included in the app. You honestly might as well use leafly on safari instead of downloading the app.

The “all strains” filter doesn’t seem to work as it just shows the same top plants whenever I change filters.
Missing functionality from website & missed opportunities
I have used their website a couple of times before, and really appreciated the “best bud quiz” to match effects (positive & negative) with selected strains. Not only is this functionality seemingly unavailable, I had hoped that there would be the option to fill out said quiz and be presented with “best match” strains available locally.
