The gal that did my poke was super nice. I couldn’t even tell that she inserted the needle. I can be a troublesome donator with my rolly veins.

horrible place, taking advantage of people who really need the money. when you refer someone make sure to just do it there in person because the process is ridiculous. my referral donated twice, signed up with the link & somehow it’s not working. on top of that whenever you get a bonus make sure to show the voucher about 4x because they will input the wrong information so on your next donation you’re only getting paid out $40. absolutely unprofessional & disgusting. stop donating your plasma to this place. ITS A SCAM. they charge you $2.50 for a new card with out telling you.

Only the first 4 times you donate you will get compensated a fair amount after that they only give you $40 not worth it

Their pay sign app is terrible and crashes all the time. My only complaint on this app is one time I was promised a $30 bonus and didn’t get it.
Best plasma spot
The faculty here at my location (52 ave Camelback) are the most friendly and happy staff ever, always make you feel appreciated for donating and this location is the cleanest I ve ever been to.

I can’t even book any appointments on the app & online makes me make a whole new account when I already have one the app needs an update !!!

This app is soo bad!! It constantly wants you to change your password and then when you do change it it doesn't want to log you in!! You guys need to do better!!

First week ever donating.
Good afternoon went for the first time ever to go and donate on a Monday every owner perfectly fine went my second time the phlebotomist couldn’t find my vein on my left arm kept taking it in and out called another person both of them messed it up. Then they commence to work on my right arm instantly felt pain they had blown my right vein. Not worth the money or time then they want to apologize to the phlebotomist why my arms are the ones that got messed up. She should be fired.

Every week forgets my password and makes me make a new one keep requiring me to add more and more apps info for, other app like Facebook and goggle I’m petty sure they are date mining us

Tried to login 2 times, locked out
I tried to login to my account. Forgot password so had to try 2 times. Got locked out after TWO TIMES ?! Let me remember my password yall have all these different rules per website- nothing is standard. And passwords are to BE UNIQUE LET ME TRY MORE THA 2 TIMES BEFORE LOCKING ME OUT. Also After waiting the locked out period, I had to change my password, and NOW I CANNOT LOG IN AT ALL

It literally doesn't allow you to use letters for your postal code, and it only gives you 5 characters 💀. And the braindead devs won't listen to the reviewers.
