Double billed me
I really loved the bike, fast, strong, such a good time in the city, wasn’t too Long to sign up However, their clever bug in the interface didn’t register my apple Pay right away - and tricked me into paying twice So the one star reviews are totally true and my experience, and I suspect intentionality That said, great experience and bike!! Also writing apps that have no bugs is hard

Florence Italy horrific bike sharing company
Rode for two blocks and tried parking it I was in the correct parking spot next to numerous other RideMovi bikes the app kept “glitching” until it charged me another almost 30 minutes. Then charged a five euro inappropriate parking fee. They are scum and a scam artist if I could give it zero stars, I would.

Questa app non è mai stata testata. Si blocca di continuo, devo costantemente forzare la chiusura e riaprirla se no non posso usarla ogni qualvolta cerco una bicicletta. Decisamente poco funzionale
Try to use another ride service
They automatically refill your account so it will just be taking money all the time. Also as others have stated it flagged my credit card as fraud which was a pain being in another country
No app access!
I’ve been unable to login to the app for 5 days now. I’m paying for a monthly pass I can’t use. Customer service has been unable to help and very slow to respond.
Worst App
App did not let me do group ride for the normal bikes (only e-bikes apparently) Why?!? 1/5 stars

Neither American or Chinese phone number works for signing up for the app
fix ur sms verification flow
can't even sign up with a US phone number because the verification flow is broken. try using email or at least a different method with the website. there's no other way to try to sign up, and no easy way to contact support. not at all a thought through software
Worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using
For an app that’s intended to be used outside with moving vehicles, how can it basically only function correctly on WiFi?? I needed to go somewhere quickly in Florence and it would’ve been a 25 minute walk, or a 9 minute bike, so logically I chose the bike. Guess what, it took LONGER because this stupid app barely works and wouldn’t let me end my ride. Also, bikes are not appropriate for use for anyone under 5’2, and because of that I’ve had a yellow bruise on my leg for weeks from the bike falling on me when I could barely get on it. So glad Rome has Uber Lime
