This app sucks very slow and crashes going from page to page often deleting all that has been written as well as times. (NEEDS WORK)

Several small issues causing distress
The phone app seems to be very slow when your site has a heavy documentation portfolio. We have so much at my current site that the app will take a dozen GB’s of disc space and roughly 5 hours to get the database downloaded since we are 1000 people using a few starlink connections in a northern remote work camp. Without going into download options and setting “Signed Forms” and “Resource PDF’s” to download on-demand, the app gets nearly unusable. Also I often get notifications saying “you need a newer version of the app to interact with this notification “

relentlessly crashes. especially when adding photos to forms. no update has fixed it yet. ugh.

This App is marvellous, I would recommend it to anybody. Everything is covered, support is outstanding, and my staff and I have learned to use it with ease. Prequal requirements passed in record time.
Can’t open the app
I am unable to even open the app there’s no update and it all happened after I got a new phone I can’t open the app it says I need to contact support but your online page is confusing so I’m commenting that I can’t open the app and it says I need to contact support
Does not save.
One issue that has occurred more than once on the mobile app: I just spent an hour writing notes for my daily report. I switched apps to my web browser for a few minutes. When I went back to Site Doc’s, the app had booted me out of my report and when I went back into my report, everything I had just written was erased. Please fix this issue.
Screen freezes and crashes frequently
Would be nice if I could do my documents without the app crashing every 3 times

Very slow app
Okay at a few things, good at none, terrible for its main purpose.
The app is terrible. I can’t say how many times I’ve tried to sign a safety meeting or hazard ID, and it just doesn’t show up. You have to follow an external link almost every time, but logging in that way doesn’t work well at all. Why have an app if I need to go through a URL to see hazard ID’s from my own company?
Needs Bug & freeze fix
The app occasionally freezes and takes a minute or two to respond after that it works normally but the freeze is agonizing though.
10/10 would recommend for safety documentation
Our company implemented SiteDocs almost a year and a half ago and it’s been great! They’re always making improvements to their system hearing what the customers want. We like the app functions without reception for remote workers and that everyone has access to our important docs. From inspections to trainings and certification tracking, SiteDocs is a one stop shop for all things safety!
Can’t view anything without it freezing
Been using this app for almost 3 years and had the usual crashing issues but now since the last update you can’t even read one pjsm without the whole app freezing. “Safety compliance made easy”.. get absolutely bent. Can’t lie having to close and reopen the app and reload everything multiple times for it just to freeze again is getting old. Fix it.
Need fixed
I can log in on the actual website but not the app. Need thst fixed. Don’t like the single sign on deal either. Would also love to sign on with the Face ID deal with the iPhones. Please fix so I can use the app instead

Since day one it was easy to get workers to Sign & Save forms. What we’re most impressed with is the SiteDocs app is always improving based on customer feedback. Easy to use and great Customer Support and gets back to me quickly.

As an older guy I’m not great with tech, and I definitely wasn’t sure about this when my boss rolled it out. But, I was surprised with how easy this app is. If it can make my life easier that’s a win in my books.
Slow. Spend more time loading and syncing than signing
Be prepared to watch every screen you click on load for 5 minutes before you can sign anything. Sucks
So easy and user friendly
Site Docs was exactly what we needed and more. We are an underground telecom company and needed a robust but easy to use incident reporting platform. Site Docs delivered and more. We also got a platform that we could record our inspections and audits. These are then compiled in a way that your safety professionals can easily mine the information needed and use it in creating a positive safety culture. Not only is the app easy to navigate and very intuitive, the Site Docs team went out of their way to help us make sure we got the most out of the use of their product! You will do your company a disservice if you are in the market for a product that will help you in the world of safety and you do not pick Site Docs as that product!
