Easier & better then Canada life
This was such a easier app to use & access sadly my company I work for changed hands & the new owners use Canada life app what a horrible app
App keeps crashing.
When i try to login on mobile the screen turns black. There’s no update available so not sure how to fix this.

Long waits
Unfortunately my company has chosen this as an option. My issue is having to wait so long sometimes to have my money. As a single parent in this economy it’s pretty inconvenient to just hand over $150 to wait a week without it.

Customer Service with Aly. Was great. She directed me what was required to complete my claim. Wish there was more live customer service reps all across the board, than the AI garbage that everyone provides.

This app is useless, cannot get any assistance… Total waste of time

It’s nice app but it crashes when I try to view uploaded documents.
Poor communication
Don’t submit more than one message to the adjudicator if they request info. It will reset your claim assessment period (I.e. don’t even ask for an update because this will reset you as well); this wasn’t communicated and a simple claim got dragged out for nothing.
Fast response from the agent
I requested assistance from the chat service, and within a short period of time, someone responded to my query. How quick!
Unable to resolve using the app.
I was unable to resolve the issue using the app. It wasn’t showing the whole thread and there was a large enough delay between responses that the chat before had disappeared so I was missing information. Too time consuming with no results.

App crashes every time you try and open the setting tabs.

Error when uploading pics
Please fix the error that is received when uploading pictures from the gallery. Every time I try to upload pictures I get the following error “Some receipt(s) invalid. Please recheck.” This is extremely frustrating when I could upload pics from my phone previously when submitting receipts.
Domain Name??????
Asking for a Domain Name! What in the world!!!! You guys keep coming up with something to make life harder. It seems you will not let people access the app to make a claim hope not. The old one it's not perfect but at least I can log in.Why change something that's already working???
Great support team and easy to use
Great support for when you don’t 100% understand what is needed. Also, super easy to upload documents. Have worked at 2 companies where I have had to onboard employees and have them use this app. The employees have all been appreciative of how simple and intuitive the app is for reimbursement.
Punishing those who are concerned about health in January.
Locking the money into the HSA/WSA for the whole year is archaic. Give us quarterly opportunities to move the money around. How am I supposed to predict a YEARS worth of heath spending.
Trouble with receipts
This app works fine until you try and take a picture of your receipt. Best of luck after that because the orientation of the receipt on screen is totally different to what you are pointing the camera at. Very challenging to attach a receipt because of that.
Resolution of issue
The app stopped submitting. Alysa was very helpful in resolving the issue.
No uploads
You have changed the app it does not work well we can not upload photos on this app or a computer!!!😖 frustrating!!!!

Domain name?
Had many difficulties logging in with previous version ("forgot my password" would not work) now this new version is asking for domain name? No idea what that is. Hopefully this gets addressed. When it works it's great, however too many bugs to rely on.

Issues saving information
I've logged in to the MyHSA website associated with my account and set up my personal information. After logging in to the app, my personal information doesn't appear to be stored and I'm not able to enter my phone number and birthdate. I'm prevented from saving my information. As well, the balance on my account when viewed from the app is NaN, but shows correctly on the website. Not sure if it's a timing issue or a problem with the app.
Simple and quick
I had a little issue about my banking information, I immediately wanted to call customer service. Found out they don’t have a call centre. Turns out they have a live chat, it was easy and simple also fast.
Outdated and insecure
The very first thing I noticed when I opened the settings tab was that my password was sitting right there in plain text in front of me. This in incredibly insecure, especially for a medical application. For one that means that my password is stored unencrypted on a server somewhere so if they ever suffer a data breach (increasingly common these days, see Target, Home Depot, Sony, etc), then my account would be simple to compromise. Second this also means that if someone were to use my phone and open that app, they would instantly be able to get my password. That's incredibly insecure and I'll be deleting this app immediately. I also noticed that changing the password from the app just doesn't work. You can edit it and save your changes, but the password doesn't actually change. Further, the UI for this app is quite dated and just generally not optimized for any modern iOS device. Garbage app. Unfortunately the website is garbage too but it's the lesser of two evils.
