Le doy 4 estrellas porque en su última actualización no permite que se transfieran fondos a otra cuenta diferente a la del propietario,lo cual es FATAL, su cobro por cuota de manejo es asequible,pero lo que más destaca es su ayuda en soporte,resuelven tus dudas súper rápido,además de que son muy muy eficaces ✅

All the negative reviews are true. Since money has been deposited into my account I can’t transfer it to my bank account they charged me for it and then cancelled my account and gave me a new one, at this point my only hope is I get the physical card, otherwise if I don’t they just stole money. I already switched payment providers, avoid this company at all costs! They will steal your money

I enter my information exactly as I do in browser and get an error message saying “Login service invocation failed”.

I had money that keeps dissapearing from my cosmo account I just came to the conclusions that they have been stealing it!!! Big scammers!!!!!

Die App ist ganz ok wenn man das Geld nur weiterleiten möchte. Sobald man eine Karte bestellt um dein Geld von Automaten zu ziehen, hast du nur Schwierigkeiten mit dem Support was jetzt schon mehrere Monate sind (6). SIE BEKOMMEN NIEMALS IHRE KARTE WENN SIE NICHT 60$ für den Express Versand zahlen! Beim Standard Versand wird niemals gesendet!!! Wenn sie CosmoPayment nutzen wollen stellen sie sich drauf ein das sie 60$ zahlen, ansonsten gibt es viele gute Alternativen.
App crashes on Transfer Funds
I hadn’t had issues prior to a week ago but for the past five days I’ve been unable to transfer my secondary balance to primary, as the app crashes as soon as I click the button.

I was able to log into my account early February with no issue. I used to 2 step authentication for this app which requires biometrics which requires my face but now I can’t use it anymore. Obviously someone must’ve had the authentication to turn off biometrics who has my personal information. They’re stealing peoples money. Don’t use or download.
Access denied
As soon as I updated it it denied me access of logging in and when I tried to put in the code sent in my email it was denied 3 times in a row. I tried to use “contact us” and they still sent me to request an access code in the email in which THEY KEEP DENYING
Worst app even worse service.
I downloaded this app to get paid internationally I was told it was the best way to get paid on time while working for a company outside my own country. I was paid to my Cosmo account almost immediately awesome right? Until I tried to transfer money to my bank account. They needed more verification to do that but not more to take my money after two attempts to get verified each one taking about four days to be reviewed I ordered the plastic card from them and stopped my future payments planning on re setting it up once the verification went through. In the mean Time I decided to try and use the online card to by some stuff because I just have money sitting in an account that I can’t use… but the app malfunctioned and couldn’t pull up my account amounts. So I went online on my MacBook to attempt to transfer funds from my secondary balance to my card and it will not allow me without giving a reason it just says transfer attempt failed. The only time I’ve been able to access any of my money is when I used my account to pay for the card I’ve been waiting for. They have no customer service phone number and it takes them 3 days to get back to you when you contact them through their messaging system so if they have any follow up questions you have to message them back and then they send you an email 3 days later.

Garbage. I dk why these people would even begin to attempt promoting this app u til they at least made their digital card more versatile. It’s virtually useless. Get it together people
