WORST SERVICE EVER
If you have chance to avoid using their service - do so, there is only headache with them. They act like they do some important security stuff but in real world they just making usage of service impossible. You will lost your patience, you will lost your nerves and yet still you wont get your money from them. All of them people who created this system have to be suspended and convicted. Never deal with them

Пользуюсь паксум уже 3 года и скажу что за всё время еще не один мой перевод не проходил без проблем,каждый раз новый повод приостановить вывод.Очень проблемный банк,сейчас они уже 2 недели одобряют мне паспорт.Судя по количеству негативных отзывов,ребята и не планируют решать проблему.Если у вас есть возможность выводить через другой банк,то пробуйте ,ибо у этого банка вечные проблемы

App is working better after update
Это просто кошмар
Невозможно подтвердить адрес никакими способами. «Можете приложить договор аренды,» - а он нам не подходит; «свидетельство о заключении брака, регистрация по месту жительства» - не нравится; «счет за интернет» - не настоящий. Вид на жительство тоже не доказательство. Пишите обо всем в службу поддержки? Напишем три слова «да, к сожалению приложите другой документ». На вопрос «какой другой и какие критерии» кидают как повторяющийся вопрос. Теперь мои деньги зависли на неопределенное время, видимо пока paxum излечится от шизофрении.
Нее пришли деньги
Вывела деньги на карту.Всегда выводила и никаких проблем не было,приходили сразу,тут они решили,что видимо нужно задержать Вывожу всегда с одной платформы,остальные суммы проходят спокойно,а одна зависла Поддержка отвечает раз в день и никакой ясности не дает.Сказали лишь,что нужно подождать 1 день.Прошло уже больше суток-денег никаких нету Порой кажется,что с моего аккаунта берут деньги в долг Ужас какой-то

Finally, a year later, I was able to go to my profile. (Indeed, I've been waiting for a fix for a year.) I didn't even hope that something would work here😊 Now I'm just waiting for the withdrawal to Bitcoin, and there will be no price for this wallet.

I could not use app or go in from computer. What happened? Issues?
Verification and transaction fees
The main drawbacks are the hefty transaction fees and the slow verification process. They told me they couldn’t accept my bank statement at first because it wasn’t a bank statement. It was. Then they told me they couldn’t accept it before of the specific bank (a major UK bank). Then they changed their mind through all the talking to support.
Always been good to me
One of the more functional, simple userx apps for finance. I think Paxum is great and haven’t had any issues. Have had an account and the credit card for 3 years. Definitely recommend.

This website arbitrarily suspended my account ,claiming my IP address from overseas ーeven though I’m a Taiwanese citizen .It seems that they only know how to avoid responsibility by shutting down accounts.Are people not allowed to travel or go on business trips anymore? Beware that your account cloud be closed at anytime just because you’re aboard and they don’t like it.

The hotline.
Fancy new design but nothing is working properly. Very stressful and unprofessional business to work with. Strongly don’t recommend and rely on their services only because it’s the only possible way to payout from my income source at the moment. Tickets are answered by a poorly written bot that’ll get you absolutely frustrated. Whoever is in their programming team does horrible job. BUT their hotline is ready good! If you have any problems (which you 100%will) just call straight to the hotline.

You update the application every day and introduce new verification methods, come up with a new bank to block, but you probably can't make the card number entry window active from both the computer and the phone

I’m a freelancer and I really appreciate their services. Getting paid is easy, companies can send funds directly to my USA ACH or EUR account.
The worse app ever
They never answer, and if they do, they don't solve anything. They blocked my card without reason and they don't want to unblock it. I lost my money there.

Полгода пытаюсь паспорт. Как только не фотографировала.. Прописку одобрили, а паспорт никак. Поддержка не помогла, конкретно не направила, только общие фразы :(
