I’ve had Zengo for going on 2 years now and compared to the other wallets out there they are definitely the best! Highly recommended!

All good until you wake up one day, and can’t send your own money because their buggy app can’t fetch fee calculation, ridiculous and I won’t leave my money there for sure. Support doesn’t know anything tbh.

Super application. Technologie au top. Seul bémol, l’achat de crypto via banxa est beaucoup trop onéreux. Les commissions affichées semblent raisonnables mais en pratique, le cours de change de la crypto est entre 5 à 10 % plus onéreux que le cours réel ce qui plombe le coût d’achat. Cela revient donc trop cher et il est donc plus intéressant de passer via une autre passerelle pour un achat. Je n’ai pas essayé la vente mais de la même façons, le cours de change semble à nouveau inversement défavorable… En revanche, le portefeuille en tant que tel est génial.
Sync problems remain
Dropbox and google drive are banned in some countries, it’s difficult to perform Zengo multiple recovery files backup and legacy transfer activation, Microsoft OneDrive or self hosted NAS drives should be considered,and end to end encrypted cloud storage like Sync.com should also be considered for more secure backup

I was promised $15 for writing a review and after many months I’ve yet to receive anything. Update: i received an email from the “developer” stating they don’t pay for reviews. That’s funny because I have the original email claiming otherwise.

Don’t get the Pro version
When attempting to make a purchase Zengo recommends Moonpay. (I will research the relationship). If the transaction fails it is recommended you contact your bank or credit card company. I get this suggestion if you have insufficient funds. But not in my case. The bank will not process any crypto transactions. Then why does Zengo say it takes Apple Pay if it fails. I suggested to Zengo support that it’s a reputation issue with Moonpay but they pointed me back to the bank. I also requested a refund for the pro version of the app. But again ask someone else.
Can’t Buy XRP
I like Zengo Wallet and what it can offer, but because I cannot trade RippleXRP on this platform, I will not use it. For such a good DeFi wallet, it’s unfortunate that we can’t buy or trade XRP on it. If XRP is added in the future, I believe Zengo should receive 5 stars.

No Good
Only used it for about a week. Majority of the time when I attempt to make transfers to my exchanges or other wallets get errors and have to reboot phone or reinstall app.

About zengo not working perfectly
Have been waiting for good two days I have my Btc on my zengo wallet I can't send it for days and I reported to zengo its been hours and no feedback yet I don't advice using zengo as of this moment

Expensive for limited capabilities
I purchased the Zengo app in hopes that seeing how the service was very responsive, and it appeared to have listed itself as being an effective cold wallet for crypto, but as I soon came to learn after purchasing the products to the pro version that the banking side of it is extremely limited and questionable and be all the support still stands to be very responsive. The number of crypto coins it can manage is extremely small unlimited and for the cost it’s not sustainable. I don’t see the value of It. I don’t recommend buying this product, especially for the cost of $129 a year I think that that is excessive for what it’s supposed to be able to do and they don’t seem to be announcing any kind of initiatives or advancements towards expanding its capabilities.

Genuinely the worst website ever
Cant take out my own money without putting in more money to take it out. Disgusting. No help from support, ridiculous app fees. I lost 10$ just putting it in the wallet alone. Disgusting app. Scame. Dont download under any circumstances because everyone who uses this is a scammer, developers of app are desperate to defend themselves in other 1 star reviews to the point of coming off as pretentious. They know what they are doing. I imagine how many clueless people they get with thes fees and confusing app layout with no explanations that arent buried in hours of reading

Been using it for many months now. Very easy and fast to use. Stable too. Gets my top recommendation!
Slow and expensive
They must use the lowest SATOSHI prices . The time it takes to get confirmed can be Up 45 minutes/. The men pool is clogged up at the moment but they hide the satoshi rate but it can’t be more. Than £0.15 and they charged me over &15 pounds £180 paid and £165.88 worth of coins and took nearly Over 1 hour. I ONLY Used Because I been bared from blockchain so beggars can’t be choosers 😭

I love this wallet but i wish it can be trading “Nodle” crypto, because i have so much of it but other apps that exchanges it are giving me serious problems, pls the developer of this app should consider adding “Nodle” to their exchanges

Been using ZenGo for some months Easy to use to buy and send crypto currency the wait time can sometimes be nerve wracking though But very reliable
Crypto exchange
I’m a member of quite a few different crypto exchange apps/sites, I find the “tax” on this one to be rather heavy, for example 5.99% is taken from your (minimum deposit) £100 is quite a lot to ask for such a high minimum deposit. If your looking to deposit £10/£20 a month to build your crypto portfolio I suggest Coinbase or Celsius wallet, make sure you check transaction fees or “tax” before you part with your cash on any crypto exchange!
Why calculating network fee for so long ?
After sending out the first coin successfully. Zengo doesn’t allow me to send again just keep showing me calculating network fee for minutes and hours so bad that I can’t even withdraw my money at my own time .

They have a special wallet address which pops up when ever you copy your wallet address and then they ask you to paste from clipboard Note it’s their unique wallet address “ and then you send to their wallet address instead of your. And then you think you made a mistake. They’re fraud guys

And for all your needs has a wall built into it only thing is a $30 transaction fee over $300 less than that it’s not that bad verification is very easy getting your cards are very easily to a link. The staff are friendly and they love to help they respond immediately and are on the problem as fast as they can.I had a problem where a lot of my money disappeared and they were able to get it back for me which I am very thankful for I would recommend This app at 10/10 this app for anybody that uses
Think twice before you download it
It takes only a few minutes to purchase the cryptocurrency you’d like which is good although when it comes to transfer a token. The fees are way to expensive. I understand it is the commission for the miners, however I have other wallets where when I want to trade or send my tokens the fees are not that expensive and it doesn’t require me to deposit more money to be able to send or trade my money. Other than that it is a good app to start, but think twice if you want to use it for trade your tokens.

ZenGo is the best site I’ve found for trading Bitcoin. It has LIVE people who are always available to help via chat. I’m not a technical wizard so I get frustrated. Fees are very high
Great app, brilliant customer service but as I was about to make my first purchase off of ZenGo I was suprised with the network fee and other fees being charged, I use other places to buy crytpto and feel like you can get more out of your money elsewhere. Plus when I wanted a certain crypto I was getting less compared to other exchanges

Nice App but not worth the Fee’s
The app itself is really fresh and simple to use. Customer support is good!.. However you more than pay for it with the fee’s.. in my view this out-weighs the positives. *Example I deposited £100 on numerous occasions to be charged a processing fee of £6.48 and a network fee of £2.12.. okay. Selling £450 bitcoin (100% of my wallet) there was a fee of about *£25* and I received £415.54.. I couldn’t even tell you where the rest of my sale went?! I must say I received it within about 10 minutes which is rapid! To sum up it’s a neat, easy to use app but there are cheaper apps out there. It all depends what you’re looking for I guess.
