Adds very little to the experience of dealing with QHMS. Impossible to book an appt unless same day. Cannot book for family members. No history visible in the app. No linkage between appts made outside the app and in. All round very poor despite being in existence for some time

程式根本不能夠進行任何預約。預約的時候，卻說有什麼錯誤？此外，當預約的時候，被強迫要我選擇一些什麼家庭成員，但是我根本沒有得選擇的，然後造成預約不成功的狀況。

Can’t login as it doesn’t even allow you to use your key board to type in any details. I have been trying to get a doctors appointment for several days now. This level of service is not acceptable.
