Thank you for making this app more user friendly than before. One suggestion- the appointment booking interface can be more flexible. That means I can pick the most suitable time slot from the available ones. I currently have to accept the only one shown on the page. Or, I need to cancel the appointment I order to search other available time slot.
Always crash after Face ID login
After login with Face ID, the interface stuck unloading, can not do anything when check schedule, mess up everything. Low end mistake unacceptable

不達標的數據最好能夠顯示對健康的利害和影響。否則一般病人無從理解，得物無所用。而且HAGO 病人收到報告顯示等待時間太長。
希望能設計iPad版本的HA GO
因為長者復康治療往往要跟着影片做，現時手機程式螢幕不大長者比較難看到

Deeplink issue when update
Whenever there is version update and there is prompt came out. Expected should be redirected to App Store and perform the update but instead downloading a zero-byte file.

Can’t even read anything with large font size after the update. Go FIX YOUR UI and DO A UAT before changing anything please.

The HA Go app is clearly very well designed, covers all the required aspects of medical appointments. I find it very helpful in managing and being reminded of my appointments, and so rate it 5 stars without hesitation.

更新後字體排列不正常，透過醫健通連接HA Go預約家庭醫學診所，無法開啟為照顧者或自己預約畫面

實用方便，多年來一直有改善，確實縮短覆診等候時間，查閱化驗檢查報告也方便，是香港政府部門之中最好的APP
Idiotic registration logic, somebody pls fix
I’m trying to register my child under 18 who’s a patient at the hospital but it requires an adult to log in HA GO app first, how am I going to do that if one of the qualification to create an account is to be a patient at the hospital which I’m not?? I also tried to use iAMsmart, or rather iAMstupud, to log into HA GO which was another failure saying personal details missing when they are fully filled out in iAMstupid
