When added to calendar, the default alert is 30 AFTER the event. What!?

For some reason my app doesn’t show my past record after opening it today. It showed in the morning, but at noon and right now at night all my record is gone even though I am signed in (the notification page has record, but all the other stuff is gone) Please fix it 🙏

登入都登入唔到，有智方便連結認證咗之後返回捐血app但係冇反應都係登入唔到。廢！ 睇返佢其他用戶嘅評論，兩年前已經係咁，仲成日鼓勵人哋捐血，今日都登入唔到，搞一大輪嘥人哋啲時間！
