Addictive and…
OK so I’m addicted. That being said I wish the game offered a little more challenges. I wish there was a amount you could add to “weight“ to the cubes so they could have more gravity so to speak, and I wish there were more levels I could achieve more bonuses. It’s also annoying that the game will encourage me to get, let’s say for example, 64,000K when I already HAVE 64,000K. I feel like this game was designed by someone new to gaming. Or if not at least they were just aiming for sort of a low bar. I wish they would update it so it would be more interesting

I love this game, but…
I always come back to this game. After quite a few years and too many restarts, I finally made it into the quads. But with the recent upgrade,I noticed I could no longer see the global high scores in the leaderboards. I really miss that feature. Please bring it back. OTOH, I am constantly amazed at the vibrant colors, and the mesmerizing fluidity of movement. When I get a streak going, it’s like watching an acrobats and dancers. Never fails to make my day!
My score is frozen
And I also can’t view the leaderboard. No matter how many cubes I combine, my score of 1,033,329,784,901,026 just flashes and stays the same.

My favorite game
I’ve really enjoyed this game over the years. There has been some updates to make it look cute and more enticing. Yet the premise has remained mainly the same. However, this most recent change to the colors is ghastly and must not endure!
And I’m not even complaining about ads
I’m so tired of all the pointless changes to the game. You keep changing the cube colors; why? A while back you changed the format of the “congratulations” screens where you form a new cube or drop the lowest value cube. What did this change help? Now you’re popping up congratulations just for reaching some random new total score. That is a very uninteresting thing to celebrate. I mean, numbers do tend to get bigger when you perform addition and multiplication… Is someone bored over there? Or does nobody really understand the difference between substantive changes and cosmetic changes? The last meaningful change you made was to add thousands separators for the current score. People who didn’t enjoy running their thumbnail over the screen to count digits were happy, but how many years ago was that? For all those people who hate the ads or the silly expensive subscriptions, the game wouldn’t be as expensive if you weren’t wasting so much time making nonsensical changes.

I actually really like this game. It’s great for my anxiety but I hate the new update particularly that the interruptions and rewards are based on high score instead of block numbers. I don’t get a dopamine hit from my score but I do get one when I make a large number block. Also I like being notified of a large block and often if the game board has several rows full you don’t know if a big number was created way in the back. Please change back

Love the game but the ads are beyond ridiculous. Between that and the pop ups and then it’s 99$ a year for some version of vip.

I understand that it’s free to play with ads but it’s not enjoyable to play and I’m not spending 8 bucks a week to get rid of them. The greed disguises me.

It’s a cute game and I had a good time playing it, but I couldn’t even finish my first game because I was up to 15 ads for one game. It was literally every 30 seconds to a minute there was another ad. And the answers are close to a minute and you have to click tiny little buttons. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to finish my first game before I deleted it
Highest record bug!
Hello, I would like to report a possible issue with the global leaderboard in Chain Cube: 2048 Number Match. My current in-game high score is: 10,248,245,992,213,040 However, my score on the Global Leaderboard is displayed as: 1,089,098,280,213,040 (Rank #686) I noticed that the player currently ranked #1 has a score of: 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 which is exactly the maximum value of a signed 64-bit integer (2⁶³−1). This makes me wonder whether the leaderboard may be limited by a 64-bit integer overflow issue, preventing scores above this value from being correctly uploaded or ranked. I have attached screenshots showing: * My in-game high score, * My current global leaderboard position, * The top-ranked player’s score. Could you please investigate whether scores exceeding this limit are being handled correctly? I achieved this score using the official game mechanics and boosters available within the game, without any hacks, modifications, or third-party tools. Thank you very much for your time and support. Are this many ads really necessary??
The game itself is fun & not terribly difficult. The frequency of commercial interruptions is just simply way over the top!! Depending on your progress, they can pop up within 10-15 seconds if each other & last for 30 or more! I am spending twice as much time waiting for ads to play through before I can actually resume play. I’m seriously considering deleting this game.

Update on ad mania
I stick to my disapproval of to many ads. But I decided to pay the $6 to have ads removed and obviously it made a huge difference on frustration. However My only complaint now is every time there is a new block added it lets you know the very moment that it occurs. It just pops up in the middle of a move and it happens a lot like every 45 seconds or so and its a huge distraction and it breaks your concentration. Sometimes it pops up letting you know you earned a prize the window has an option to click and watch ads to double your prize and that button is in the playing area causing you to accidentally click it Developers did get in contact with me about previous issue so im hope this gets resolved as well Maybe have a window open on the side or border. This could be a five star game with that change but for now I updated from 1 star to 3 stars it could be five if that issue gets resolved

Constant pop-ups & ads. I’d buy the app if they had a one-time app purchase price like these iPhone games used to have, but now they want $8/week?!?! Or $100/year?! That subscription pricing is absolutely insane.
Very Enjoyable Except…
Love the game, which for the most part is stress free. Lots of ads can be annoying, but the real culprit for me was when I was approaching a trillion, and then the next time I opened it, it was back to zero. Anyway, restarting again, after my third time at a billion with the same issue.

Too many point pop-ups
This is somewhat of an OK game, but there’s too many pop-ups just within the game itself of letting you know that you merge two cubes together and it interrupts your gameplay just as you’re about to shoot. It’ll stop to alert you that you merged two cubes together. Completely unnecessary.

I have been playing this for years. Now it's trying to get me to pay for no ads. I already paid for no ads years ago! Now it wants me to pay per week! What a con!
Playable without internet
That’s the best thing about this game; switch to flight mode and the game still works, unlike a lot of games these days. Yeah you can’t be contacted for a few minutes, but you’ll be OK. The game itself is really fun and therapeutic too. Only criticism is that it’s too easy, especially if you use the bomb or the multicoloured block bonuses, which are awarded far too often, even without watching an ad. I got to well in excess of 300 of each bonus cube, and when I eventually used a few of them I got to a 512bn cube, which is the maximum. My score is over 1 trillion and there’s nothing left for me to do on it now. Didn’t take me long enough to “complete” the game. And on my first attempt. All that said, it’s still a fun game to while away a few hours.
Grandfather clause???
Listen this has been my idle game for years now. After the first month I “bought” the game so that it would be ad free and could play offline. With recent updates, and restoring my purchases, I continually am blocked from playing in offline mode. This game is not an $8/week game and it’s not an A-list release like halo, cod, forza, etc so I’m sure not paying $100/year for this. I have yet to “lose” the game, am sitting at something like 67T in points and I have no idea how many power ups I have because all I see is 999+. If you had already paid for ad free and offline play then the developer should automatically grant those players the same level of perks. It WAS those players after all who helped you get where you are now.

(2021) I’ve paid for the game to get rid of advertising and still have them showing, if I claim a new higher score block! It’s not good to say no advertising and then still force minutes to be lost, watching them, if you want to progress through the game with higher value blocks! Apart from this annoyance the game is very good for calming the mind and de-stressing. UPDATE (2025): it’s now 4 years since I purchased this game!!’ The advert keeps popping up with a ‘Get rid of the Adverts’ message today - when it only showed general adverts since my FIRST review submission.

Too many ads
I got this game, started playing, and was forced to watch two ads in the first three minutes of gameplay. Usually apps give you at least some time to figure out if you even like the game before they start spamming ads. Not this one! I deleted it and will never know if I was having enough fun to buy the ad free version.

This could be a good fun game. It is totally ruined by the VERY AGGRESSIVE ads. There were several times when playing it that I didn't even get one play in. I had an ad, then was just about to play and another ad came on before I had a chance. Really stupid game because its only purpose is to get you to see ads.

Current version has been updated to allow more ads. Almost every time “No thanks” to bonuses is tapped, ads pop in. No longer enjoying game as it used to be relaxing. Not any more with all the ads!

I have "earned" billion point blocks on this game, but they disappear. The points still accumulate at the top, but I'm wondering if the game doesn't support any blocks over a certain level.

Very disappointed
I am very disappointed in the trajectory of the game. I have played this game for quite some time now and this news subscription service seems extremely overpriced, especially when you have loyal members that has played for a while. My game continues to reset and for someone who’s up there in the millions billions and then randomly reset again I am not paying $20 a month or $20 a year for a game this basic. Yes, perhaps $20 a year.
Like the game
I liked the game. Played to bout 215,000 and lost. Started over and just don’t have the patience to go through the required videos when ever a new cube earned. Videos were frequent, but not crazy qty. however many of the videos did lock and or freeze the game requiring a restart. Unfortunately will be deleting game
New ugly colors
Opened this today and the colors and style of all the cubes have completely changed. They’re garish and harsh on the eyes. Go back to what it was before!
Ad issues
Don’t mind the ads, even though I say no thanks they pop up but they seem to get stuck all the time and the game locks up so having to reboot my phone every time as the whole thing slows to a crawl and can’t even text
