Great App
Love this app honestly. Once you pass the practice test cycles everything else is pretty simple. It is easy to work around and a nice way to make some extra cash
Can someone please contact me? The app is not functional
Can someone that works on this app please contact me? In addition to the login page refresh bug we are now not able to claim any slots via the uTest app and it gives a “network error” on both iOS and Android apps on any internet connection. Please fix this. We cannot use this app in its current state.

Login not working
The Login don‘t work. If I insert my username and Passwort the app only show a white page. iOS 16.0.2 iPhone X
Not a scam but needs improvement
Unlike the other reviews saying it’s a scam, it isn’t. The app is actually quite good and is a good alternative to the website. What puts me off using it though is the need to log in every time I use the app. It doesn’t prompt to recall a saved password or OFA code so I have to go to a different app to look it up. Honestly if this was resolved I’d rate the 5 stars instead.

Best app for testing
Zero communication
What does it take to get a response from this company. I can’t access my account anymore since their new update and I’ve reached out via every possible way and get NOTHING. Not even acknowledgement of the communication. Edgar Arvizu Cortes do better and make our accounts available again or stop emailing me about projects you clearly aren’t giving me access to. 😒
Easy application with lazy functionality.
It’s a great to have U-Test as an app. However some of the most used functionalities are missing. UI - 4 UX- 4.5 FN - 3 I am waiting for the next update.
About as bad as their website
It is hard to say which one is worse though…
My account was disable with pending payment on it
My account was disabled after successfully completing a task and the funds was added to my dashboard ,I’ve been talking to contact support to reactivate my account so I can withdraw my funds for months but still no response

It’s indeed a great app and I love using the uTest app.
Horrible support personnel
I was a long term user of uTest. Since they implemented MFA I have not been able to access my account even though I am still getting emails about projects. I have sent FOUR emails asking for help. I have also emailed two different project managers and have received no response from anyone. I would like to work on their projects, as 30 year plus test engineer, I feel I would be an asset, but I can’t get into my account. I also can find no other way to contact support. I don’t know what happened because this use to be a fun place to make a little extra cash, but somewhere things when bad. So sad to see such a drop in quality.

Sound for push notifications missing
The sound for the push notifications is since some time ago no longer working and there is no option to enable it again.
Sometimes works, other times doesn’t
Sometimes this app works as it states, but more often than not it doesn’t show my invitations or my active tests. I would also hope in the future they also show the projects board.

Can’t log in
They wont’t let you log in. At first I tought it was my email the problem because they say wrong email or wrong password so I created a new email with a new password and I try to log in but they still won’t you log in! I don’t know what’s the problem there
Log in issues
I’m having problems logging into the account,it says that the email or the password is invalid,son check and everything was right (i checked with the computer) and when I try to log in again it says the it is invalid,i have change the password and everything and it doesn’t let me in.help
Feeling buggy
It’s a great app but some things don’t seem to work. Like it’s not possible to click on the acknowledge button for announcements

Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. They will send you a ton of emails asking you to fill out pre selected surveys then they never get back to you. Absolutely a waste of time.

После первого входа закрытия и открытия приложения вновь, снова запрашивает Жанны логин и пароль. Но пуш уведомления при этом приходят. Вводим логин и пароль и снова возвращает на экран авторизации пользователя.
Error
I’ve tried to update my profile but it says ‘network error...” and automatically logs me out.
Incompetent staff
I have brought up an issue I have been having to one of their staff members, and rather than presenting me with a solution to the problem, like sending an email back stating that he will look into it and see what’s going on and get back me at an early convenience, or just send me the information of when and where the project will be starting or how I can participate, he has continued to present the same problem to me, without solution. I’m very annoyed, and also, wondering how people like this have jobs. The level of incompetence is absolutely baffling to me. And if he’s doing this on purpose, to frustrate me, I would highly advise him to focus more on his career and how to better himself, rather than being a nuisance to me, because I refuse to believe someone is THIS STUPID.
Frequent disconnection
Has some promising features that mimic the full website. Nonetheless, this app does not work very well. Often I’m unable to login. Some other times, it frequently produces “network disconnected” errors for no apparent reason. Also features such as browsing for new projects, payment histories, etc, should not be left out as these are pretty easy to implement.
Disregard
This app are trying to play more games like cheating with the work for employees For first time for 3-4 test they pay correctly then latter on all the test which all you do will be rejected by saying rubbish things If you go with TTl reporting such activities they just terminate your account without any explanation So I personally recommend not to go with it
Sign up / log in
This app desperately needs to be tested! Once I signed up it redirected me to sign up page again. Tried it 3 times. Does it again and again. No email confirmation about creating an account. Can’t log in, not even sure if I created it. Tried “forgot the password” button and it gives me an error.
Notifications
Lately notifications are sporadic, some days you receive them and some you don’t. Hopefully you’re working on the problem because as a Tester, time is of the essence in order to grab a test cycle.
