My account got banned for no reason, no explanation absolutely nothing not even a mail about the thought process.

Great app, notifications are on time, but it has a few bugs and hopefully the new update allows users add iPhone

I’ve had to redo the bug attachment practical because, as the team leader states, “missing steps”. These steps cannot be completed because of, what i assume to be, a bug. Which is what the assignment is about isn’t it? So how could I progress with the other steps if it’s not possible?
upload files fail although size < 25 MB
I can not upload video with type mp4 and it’s size < 25MB. So I can not complete my task in course. Please team will fix this issue soon!
Great experience
Even when i joined without any experience in bug testing , Test IO guided me with onboarding courses. Quite easy to use app I downloaded this app a week ago and guess what $30 already. I get atleast 1 test per day. GREAT! Great
Indeed a scam
After working hard, I had $40 pending in my account. However, this morning when I tried to access the site, I received a message saying that my account had been banned without any prior notification. I suspect this action is related to two disputes I opened last night. There’s no way to contact them, no support email, no chat. It appears that this site is indeed a scam.
Great app but needs improvement
The app does not last long when its minimized but that is about the only issue i've had so far, It would also be great to be able to import videos from file not only photos app Its a great app and handy app, would like to see more improvements

Great app
The app's GUI is very intuitive and easy to use. "Push notifications" feature works amazingly well, so I rarely miss any invites. I can do almost anything with the app, which is super handy for reserving a testing slot, doing BFC/bug repros or even for submitting bug reports, etc. All works fine and smooth. Thanks to the Dev team, can't wait to see more great features in the future.
One of the best Testing app for Freelancers
I'd never thought of reporting the Bug reports using the phone but all thanks to the testNow app which allows me to submit Bug reports, Bug repros very conveniently. The most valuable thing about this app is that you can earn money even if you're away from home and not carrying your lapi. Thanks for making my testing more effortless and more convenient.
